Im not happy with the service that I received at all was very nice to get me and my friend in a chair then things went down hill from there. Long story short she was also unhappy they offered to do her daughter nails she 3 years old then had her pay for and our nail quality is not good missing acrylic on sides of nails you can see my real nail i will never return or recommend it to no one.

I been going to this place for a long time I’m basically a regular here I bring my kids I love how they do nails .. very nice but they have a new person who over charged me for my nails witch is very basic no design no jewels only gel and color not long for stilettos but got charged 60 if my nails were longer then I would understand why I got charged that much but I didn’t get them that long I won’t be going to her at all . That really upset me .

I just left this place I asked for a simple pink dip set and I left with nails that looked like they have been on my nails for two weeks they look grown out and the shape is so fat it doesn’t look like anything I asked for… as I was leaving the girl at the front counter asked if everything was ok bc she could tell I wasn’t happy and I said no she looked at them and I could tell she didn’t like them she gave me a discount but iam so not happy with them they are ugly.

Ive gone to this place before for gel manicures. And they do a really good job on that. But today I felt adventurous so I decided to try a new process which is them dipping your nail into some kind of powder to make your nail thicker. I chose a color which was like a off-white pink and the color that is on my nails now is not what the color that I picked and I told him that and they were telling me that that was the one that I picked. She didnt bother bringing the sample back to see if I could compare it to it. She just had nothing else to say and left it like that. Im not happy with that process some of my nails feel nice and smooth but some feel really rough and grainy. Also because the color is so light you can see all the specs of the powder on them I dont like that I like smoother colors and a little bit more darker pink than what I ended up with. I definitely will not come back for this kind of process here but if youre looking for gel manicures or just plain regular color this is a place for you. If you zoom in on to the no pictures youll be able to see the little specks or little flakes whatever you want to call them inside the nail.

I picked 43 $ for pedicure, plus full set they charged me “118$”, . My appointment was at 2, i was there at 1:35 . They started my pedicure at 2:15 . They are very rude with customers. I gave the owner 120 $ I told her keep the change . She Laughed and said thank you as a bullying way . But one Time before she asked me if I want to keep the change or not it was for one dollar .. she said before open the Cash register : do you want the change THEY ARE HUNGRY MONEY, don’t waist your money there.

They charged me $40 for a dip powder. Then they told me that it would be $20 for a fill. One of my nails was not glued straight. The nail technician assured me not to worry that she still needed to file it down. However it was still not straight. My daughter convinced me to come back today and I called beforehand. When I called they gave me a price, however when I got there. They gave me another price for my daughters full set. Then they said that they couldn’t fill my powder dip, that I would have to get a full set again. I then googled it and found out that they can fill dip powder. Then the nail technician approached me and began to talk to the owner the amd them finally said she can do the fill for $35 when they charged me $40 for the set. She then told my daughter $45 for her set when they said $40 on the phone. Then she says that’s why I told her from the beginning $45. I told her that I called and they told me $40. Then she said ok but $50 for the design. They charged me $5.00 two weeks ago. They are money hungry. With you prices. I told him that they should have a sign posted

Lady’s were rushing because they had a New Years party to go to. And the nail tech cut me three times I didn’t even get a sorry. Sad to say next day my gel was peeling and one nail was thin it broke waste of money on coffin no design just color for 75$ 👎🏻 Will not return waste of time and money

Have not been back to this salon since March 2020 due to covid. Came back in October for a new set and pedicure . This place is very clean, all work stations are spaced out to maintain social distance and they do not allow too many people at a time . Also you MUST wear a mask to enter . This place is pricey but the quality they offer is top notch. I am never suspicious about the quality of their work, products, or the outcome of my nails, which is why I keep coming back.

My first time going here, my friend treated me to a pedicure from my birthday. I will definitely be going back because my regular nail salon is charging outrageously crazy prices due to Covid and they are ripping people off.

Love this place! Nice and clean every time I go, upgraded pedicure chairs but overall QUICK AND EFFICIENT! I normally go when I have time to spare but needed a gel manicure ASAP- so I went on my 1 hour lunch break as a walk in. They took me right away and Tam was detail oriented and precise all while managing to get me out in 35-40 minutes.

This place is great! I highly recommend Lina or Amy for nails. Super cute designs and they take their time and do a great job.

Use to be good .No point in making a appt. everyone one I made I had to wait and they would take other clients. If they notice it was a returning client they liked they would take them first or hurry so they can get them because they pay them.

My official nail salon, very welcoming. Have gotten my nails by 3-4 different all good but my girl Kimmie is the one to go to. I don’t let no one but her do my full set dip. She gets my coffin shape narrow just like I like it, details on point, and patient with me when idk what I want to get done. 😊

This is my go to spot for dip powder nails. Im a loyal customer. I would recommend my friends and family here. Other places swear they know how to do dip powder. This place actually does know what they are doing and they are usually fast regardless how of busy they are.

Jack is an amazing acrylic nail artist. He listens to what you want and he checks in with you on several occasions to make sure your nail is experience is exactly what you want. He fixed my previously okay nail job and made them a thing of beauty! I also got a royal pedicure with Joanne...she is THE best! She actually understands nail care and does not hurt you even while extracting in grown toe nails....shes amazing! I have found the perfect fill and pedicure team at I Love Nails and will definitely be returning to them for service!

So disappointed. This place seems to have gone downhill. Not only did she not take the time to dip a brush in acetone and remove the excess nail polish off of my skin, but the polish doesnt extend to cuticle. As is thats not bad enough none of my nails have a consistent shape and when she finished, she didnt so much as thank me or tell me she was finished. She did not assist me with putting on my shoes over my wet toenails, hand me my purse she placed on the floor, nothing! She simply got up and moved on to the next client. Never again!

I Love Nails had astonishing customer service and flexibility with their scheduling. I am a new customer and unfamiliar with the employees in the store but they were all heartwarming and friendly. We small talked about our personal lives and I developed a high level of comfort very quickly. I would recommend I Love Nails with confidence. Ill definitely be a regular here!

I had really bad two experiences1. they were so rude specially the owner. The lady after me started before. Just because my nails would take longer to be done.* I decided to not go after that but last week I was in rush and they are the closest to me. So I went2. They charged me $71 after only one week my nails started to fall off and my moms as well. 😡😡

This is a nice salon with polite people and very skilled employees who have you in and out. I got pink and black as my last design and it turned out really well. I love knowing that I can come here as an errand and it will be one of my quickest ones. Thanks for the dependable service!

Went here for a couple months. Acrylic fills. My nails lifted less than a week after each fill. I never had nails lift before. Final straw was when I went in for a fill and pedicure for my wedding. Girls were rude and didnt want to take extra time to make sure everything looked great. I asked for a coat of pink on the French manicure and the nail tech sighed! She promised the nails would look like the pic I showed and it didnt look anything like it. Dont go here

NEVER AGAIN!!! I only gave a star cause I have to, otherwise I would not even bother. I wanted to find a go-to place. From the moment I entered the salon, there was no politeness no welcoming feeling, nothing. It was our first time there and they acted as if we were regulars there. My daughter and I just wanted a gel manicure but we left the salon feeling so unsatisfied. My daughters manicurist did a better job, I will only speak of mine. From the way she DIDNT clean up and cut the skin around my nails to the way she filed my nails making them look super short to the way she painted them.She didnt even provide a bowl with water to soak my nails in like most salons I have been to do. She would also pull on my arms so roughly. She took personal calls on her cell... I wish I didnt go there and I am sure I will NEVER return there. I felt robbed of my $50. Lost 2 potential regular customers.

Its a no for me.I used to go to this nailshop periodically but hadnt been in a while. I noticed it was remodeled and decided to give it a shot.I went 3 weeks ago and had my 3 year old twins with me. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and patient with the kids being in there which was great. Since I was putting so much attention into my girls though, I wasnt paying as much attention to my nails. When I walked out my shape was all types of raggedy. My coffin shape looked like it was literally about to be lowered into a damned coffin.Yesterday I decided to go back. My best friend had gone with me and her nails came out great, so I figured if I tried a different nail tech and was able to actually watch what she was doing, Id likely have a more positive experience.Got there at 5:15 and needed to be out by 6:45 to make it to class. I wanted a pedicure and a fill so and hour and a half should have been plenty of time. I was told to have a seat and they started my pedicure right away. It wasnt until 6:20 that they tried to start my nail. I refused because theres no way they could have done a fill and gel color in 25 minutes. If you know you dont have anyone available to finish my services in a timely manner, let me know that ahead of time!I absolutely would not have chosen to get my pedicure if I had known I wouldnt have been able to get my nails done as well. I had to walk out of the shop mismatched and PISSED. I payed $20 for a mediocre pedicure and have to go to another shop today and pay $10 more for a polish change because Im sure they wont have the same color.Worst part, I was noticeably pissed, and had expressed my concern, and the lady behind the counter was COMPLETELY unapologetic, and kept blaming me. My best friend and I will be getting our services done at another shop nearby from now on. Higher quality work and their customer service is FAR superior. This place is trash and needs to brush up on their customer service skills. Definitely lost 2 customers.

I give up. For over 3 years I keep being dumb and giving this place another try. (Ill go 6 months of trying somewhere else and then when I am needing services last minute i end up here) The service is so inconsistent. I was charged for a full pedicure when honestly the girl did nothing but take off my polish and slap some lotion on my feet. Never again.They advertise that they have 500 colors but they give you 60-70 to choose from. Where are the 400+ other colors??

Id seriously like to know who the hell does the designs that show up on the reviews because when I ask for something, their designs suck! Dont be fooled by that. The first time I came here the guy was friendly and did alright for places Ive found in California. This time it was a different guy and he was so rude. He was on the phone for over 20 minutes of me sitting there, he literally made me bleed on EVERY finger. I was pissed and to top it off their color selection is so minimal. He also did not shape the nail, they are flat and ugly. I am so disappointed with this place. Ive also never seen them sanitize their tools which is disgusting.

I Love Nails had such fast and organized service. I was just a walk-in customer and they were able to give me my manicure within 10 minutes of arrival! Would recommend to anyone!

Be extremely specific, because I asked for a French dip and even though they charged me for pink and white they didnt do the pink, just a tinted clear coat. The image I showed her clearly had a pink base under the tip. Not entirely happy especially since I paid $45 for just a tip.

Was told that the wait would be 20 minutes, and ended up waiting over an hour. The nail technician was very very rough, pulling at my arm, hitting my fingers down, and hurting me with the file. He also made fun of how I wanted to do my nails, and laughed with the other workers every time I spoke. Overall the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

They have some female techs that give attitude to customers when asked to do their nails a certain way. The customer is paying for a service, if these girls dont like being told how to do the customers nails the way the customer wants, then go get a job elsewhere. And the 5 star ratings from the guys are employees.

I came in here with my friend she loves this place the atmosphere is really nice and the decor amazing so I figured I would give it a try first let me say this I’m really picky with my nails so instead of getting acrylics I got simple manicure my nails were growing but needed to be even out and the results were terrible she cut them extremely short and did not clean the skin around my nails left all the gel around my nails and I ended up having my nails look like I been chewing on them .. lol

I had an amazing spa pedicure. Oh man this place was awesome i got on one of those spa chairs and relaxed while they broke thier back on my jacked up feet. I felt bad cuz julia was fantastic. I salute her and this place for being clean, spacious, and awesome customer service.

Now coming from 3D nails very disappointed in navys departure( my nail tech) after being loyal years all they way back to just diamond nail days, so scouting the internet I ran across this place FALSE ADVERTISEMENT all the way from the jump I LOVE Nails. This place is horrible I called made a appointment drove 1 hour to get there was told to still wait over 30 min after being seated i was told by the manager Annie that I couldnt get all three of my services because they didnt have time when I arrived at 530 closing isnt till 7pm then i agreed to just a full set after selecting one of there own personal design hands I was told they didnt have the designs rimstones & if I wanted a different kind The manager Annie showed me a different design & asked if I wanted them I asked her did she have a hand design I could view to see how they would look I was told none of there hand designs had it and that they were new designs I informed her I would try it she then gave me a real long look and said she refused service I believe they didnt have time for my appointment and was double booked for all the work I was asking to be done 3D work that takes time & I even called prior to my coming talked to them 3 whole minutes getting the right directions making sure the services I needed would be met due to me driving so far and me being very picky with my nails due to coming from 3D nails of upland so many years I know craft .I was so upset I showed them my call I also screenshot it I wish I could upload it to this message they had no remorse no consideration and to think my first look walking inside the establishment it was so lovely & pretty I dont know what kinda work they do but to begin with i wouldnt want anyone working on my nails who lie about there rimstones designs better yet dont even use what they promote and and also tell there customers they ran outta time after having a appointment she was on time for, for them to be so expensive you would think they value there customers they dont I will never return there and I hope they learn the value of customer service after driving a hour on my only day off I didnt get my nails done witch put the icing on the cake I will be going further with this they need to be corrected . And understand there not nail techs there a spa learn how to treat people and of not at least accommodate there stress .

First time there, even though they were super busy, the girl that did my nails did an excellent job.

They seem to get mad because I did not want to get a gel manicure. They had me wait 10 minutes and help people who came in after me because of it. I will not go back.

I called to ask how long the wait would be, they said 15 min I waited almost an hour and on top of that they were very very rude, my mom wanted a some designs on her nails and the lady said no because they were busy. Never going back 😡
