Alexis (I believe) does a great job at asking your type of shape and is gentle . Threading can really hurt and ppl can be rough or thread REALLY SLOW smh. She does a great job and offers products . Haven’t been here since covid happened . Patiently waiting . Would recommend. No appointment needed but make sure she’s working when you go

Ive been coming here several months now and I love this place! The vibe is great, its super clean and they really take good care of you; Alexis is always always very gentle. They also make these awesome oils now and a peach hair/skin softener that Im officially hooked on! Ive gotten some of my friends hooked on it too because they liked how my brows looked and now they get their whole faces done. I would definitely recommend it!
