This was my second time for underarm waxing coming here and I decided to try someone else because I did not have the best experience the first time, I left with a decent amount of hair still on my armpits. I wanted to give it another try so I booked with JESSICA this time She went above and beyond for me and made sure I was very comfortable, left no hairs behind . I fully recommend her.

I had received an email with a free wax coupon because I hadnt gone in a couple of months. I decided to use it to get my brows waxed for the first time. Im always so so nervous when I get them done because the person doing them usually makes them too thin or uneven. However, Salma exceeded my expectations. I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered, while being extremely friendly! Ill be back!

I literally drive an hour every 4 weeks just to come here because it’s nearly painless with the best wax specialist SALMA !

First time getting a Brazilian wax and my wax specialist, Jessica, was very nice & informative. She made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend her. The receptionist was very nice as well. Overall, they were very professional and clean!

As good as a wax center can be. I really like this locations because the products are recommended but not pushed excessively. I go to the same girl most of the time and she is gentil (while I prefer, especially when it comes to brazilian) but sometimes some hairs are left behind.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could. Drove all the way from Ontario and because I was 1 minute over there grace time allowance of being late, they wanted me to chose only 1 of the original 3 that I booked. I have been a loyal customer of European Wax Center for over 8yrs and this center is hands down the worst I’ve ever been to! Wont be going here anymore.

Erica, April, Angelina, and Brenda are the best! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. Love the products too! Cant go wrong with the exfoliator, apply to face- Its like a quick mini-facial. Facility is super clean and sanitized. Definitely recommend checking it out.

I bought a wax pass from European Wax Center Rancho Cucamonga location and will be coming back every 3-4 weeks. The center is clean and spotless and the guest services girls working the front desk are excellent. Id recommend this location to anyone!

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and didnt have an appointment, they got me in with in the next 15 mins. The ladys at the desk are very nice, and my wax specialist was very nice and chatty. Waxing always hurts but the lady I had used extra baby powder and it seemed to hurt less.

I came in at 6:15pm as a walk-in and was out by 6:30. I was able to get great help from the front desk, who found my wax pass and were very easy to talk to and helpful. My waxer, Sulma (I think) did an AMAZING job with my eyebrows. She was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing, and I was able to very easily communicate to her exactly what I wanted. We chatted the whole time and got to know each other, and then at the end she showed me how to fill in my brows a little better. She was wonderful! Ive been going to different European Wax Center locations for my eyebrows for 6+ years, and I am so satisfied with this experience!

I have tried all types of hair removal, sugaring, laser and all the at home products. European Wax Center has by far been the best place I have ever been to. The wax is much more gentle on my skin, and I have far less redness and breaks outs than I have had in the past. Their product line is also great, and helps with any after care. The center is clean and the staff is friendly too!

I made an appointment for my daughter to get her brows waxed. When we arrived the girls at the front desk were really nice and able to answer all my questions. The room was very clean and relaxing. Lyllie explained everything she wanted to do to fix my daughters brows and took her time. My daughter said the wax really didnt hurt and she felt really comfortable with Lyllie. European wax center in Rancho Cucamonga has such a friendly and attentive staff. They make you feel so comfortable in a situation which is many times awkward. The most important thing for me is how efficient the waxers are and I was extremely happy with my final outcome! I will defiantly be going back and would recommend it to everyone!!!

I have had other waxing done before and my face was red and itchy. But when I went to EWC Rancho I did not have any redness or itching and my eyebrows looked really great.I highly recommend coming to European Wax Center located in Rancho Cucamonga. The customer service is excellent.

I absolutely love this European Wax Center location. First off, the reception girls are always very welcoming and polite. They make it a point to greet you and then quickly make sure to let your Wax Specialist know you are there and ready. I had gotten a Brazilian wax before at a different place but my experience wasnt that great. Naturally, I was very hesitant this time around. By luck, my Wax Specialist ended up being Anntoinett. She is AMAZING to say the least. Like I said, I was very hesitant and scared (who isnt?!), however, Anntoinett was patient with me and talked me through everything. She had little tips and tricks to get me through the wax, and answered any question I had and continues to do so whenever I go to see her. She made me feel super comfortable and is just an all around a nice person. She explains the waxing process, products, and before/after care for your waxed areas thoroughly. If its your first time, or you just need a switch to an awesome Wax Specialist, I highly recommend Anntoinett and this location. I have numerous friends who go here as well and they too have great reviews for their Wax Specialists. I promise you wont be disappointed.

This location is great. Ive gone to this center a few times now and have received several different services, including my underarms, lower legs, arms, and brazilian. I had never waxed before going here, and needless to say I was quite nervous, especially for the brazilian. But, overall, each time Ive gone Ive been completely satisfied. The staff is excellent; the girls at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, and the waxers that Ive had are equally as friendly and do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Also, Ive purchased a few of their products, such as their ingrown hair serum, brow powder and exfoliate, and I absolutely love them. This place is definitely worth the visit!
