If you are a shipper, avoid this company at all cost. They are late on a delivery to us and of course are using the excuse of delivery times are not guaranteed. The shipment is at their local terminal and I am willing to drive 40 miles to pick it up. But they want to charge a terminal pick up fee of $60. So they are late, I am saving them a trip and they want to charge me for the privilege. They do not understand customer service nor do they care about their business relationship

This is a horrible company to work for as a driver.If you ever encounter a Clear Lane driver with horrible attitude its because hes being forced to work long hours against his will without even being paid a fair rate.If a driver ever decides not to work 10-12 plus hours, and go home on time to his family, the company implicitly threatens him with termination, even though hes classified as independent contractor and not an employee.The bottom line is that this company was a horrible experience and theyre lucky they havent been sued by their drivers for wage theft and other labor violations.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Clearly no one here cares about customer service what so ever, I literally had a representative tell me to cross my fingers and hope that the driver shows up. Several days of no call no shows, and then waiting on hold for over 2 hours just to be hung up on.We spend a lot of money importing and exporting, and I will go out of my way to make sure that I NEVER book with them again. I hope they go under and their business shuts down so they cant go on screwing other people over.Would post 0 stars if it would let me.

Still looking for lost freight from a month ago. Been on hold AGAIN FOR 30 minutes. We could potentially loose one of our biggest clients over CLEAR LANE’s lack of help and lack of response. Do not use this company! They deserve ZERO STARS! Nobody cares about your freight here. We will never use this company again.

They dont answer the phone, my emails are unanswered, and my freight is missing. Rates are good but not when they lose your freight and cant get a hold of anyone for an update. Many sleepless nights because of them, stay away.

They called me Monday and my delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. Still no shipment. Its lost and no one calls me back. I paid for 4 day shipping and it was picked up 11/11/20. I understand things are not normal right now but NO ONE calls back. What do I tell my customers?

This company is a total JOKE. My shipment is late for two weeks and there is no information on website. There is ZERO customer service. Every time I called them I have to wait on hold at least an hour before the line just DROPS and no one answers the damn phone. This is not a reliable company and we will never use this unreliable company ever again!

This is the worst trucking company. I have been waiting for my shipment for 2 weeks now and they wont tell me when it will be delivered. They just keep saying oh it will be delivered tomorrow. The only reason they are still around is because they low ball everyone else on quotes.

This company is a complete scam. We sent 4 pallets and every single pallet was damaged. We had thousand of dollars in damages. Very irresponsible handling and transportation. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.

The absolute worst LTL company in the US. Do not be fooled by their low rates. We own 3 different companies and ship a ton of construction products via LTL. The company that regularly loses shipments, is ALWAYS late, and never answers the phone.......CLEAR LANE! I could walk these shipments faster than clear lane. When i say bad customer service I mean ZERO customer service. I am doubt that this company will be in business much longer if they dont make some serious improvements to their business model. Stick with a reputable company like XPO or R&L they are worth the extra money.

Worst experience EVER!My pallet has been missing for over a month now. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. By far the worst customer service.

I had two pallets picked up on 11/9/20. Its now 12/11/20 and I have no pallets. I have no response to multiple calls and emails. Will never use AGAIN for my companys inbound or outbound shipping. My invoice is due before I even will receive my merchandise. Very unprofessional.

I have referred several customers to Clear Lane Freight who did not want a rush service. They were low cost and efficient. It was a LTL shipment from Los Angeles to the East Coast of the USA and it went smoothly. The people are simply easy to work with. I highly recommend Clear Lane Freight.

They will deliver your shipment over twice the provided estimated transit time (every single time) and dont ever expect them to answer the phone. Ive waited in queue for over 30 minutes several times. Horrible service. Pretty sad that Id rather use Central Transport. Use literally anyone else.

Sent a shipment from NY to CA. I wrapped the pallets myself and upon arrival (which was late by about a week), two of the boxes were missing, meaning someone ripped them out of my shipment. I have talked with customer service over email and phone and they have not been helpful whatsoever, when you can even reach them. Never use this company.

That girl who wrote the previous review must be the owners daughter. Do not use this company for any important freight, they rail it and their supposed estimate of 4-5business days turns into 3weeks for delivery. Just goes to show dont be cheap!

A reliable carrier with strong customer service. Clear Lane is a very good option to keep freight cost down as long as your lead time allows for it to go on rail.

My advice, call ANYONE else to ship your item. Theyre communication is terrible and my item showed up over 7 days late with no notice
