The female worker who helped me on September 15 (I wished I had asked for her name to properly thank her) was extremely professional and patient. I was on the last day before preparing to move out and had A LOT of returns to do before the big move. I completely forgot to print and tape a return label to one of the packages and she also told me how long I had to get back. I made it back just in time and left with all returns finished. Thanks again!

I dropped my return here. now Amazon told me they receive nothing in the package. the airpod is stolen by UPS. Horrible experience.

Worse ups in area. Girl with red hair is condescending and rude. Wanting to charge $3 to print an Amazon return label. FedEx is $0.12 and other ups stores $0.50. Talk about robbery!!! Owner should be more deligent on hiring quality staff. You are loosing business and paying for it, surprised you are still in business.Response: Barbara, 15 years? The label wasnt received ac Qr. I wasnt able to print, so went to your store as passing it by. Where your associate wanted to charge $3 to print out, and was rude about it at that. Customer service is not your business model.As stated above other locations are consistently exceeding basic customer service skills. You were lacking as a store. My rating was to warns others of the robbery and inform you that your payroll being paid is theft out of your bottom line. Now....that would irritate me thoroughly??? You are paying someone to turn your potential business away.Good luck to your future!

I have used this location quite a few times since moving here from another state. I have found it to be very clean, well-stocked, and the employees have been very friendly to me. Even when they were very busy, I still found them to be courteous and helpful.One of the employees suggested that I create an account to make it easier for me to ship packages. Wow, was she right! It does make it easier for me, and Im sure for them as well, as I can put all of my shipping info into the Website, calculate my cost, choose different shipping options, and print the labels.Keep up the great work, I appreciate you all very much!

This place is not about customer service. All I needed to do was drop off a package nothing for them to do but take it off my hands and they told me no because they had too many people in the store near closing time. Thats why I stick to FedEx

Ive been using this store for years and have never had a problem (Well, once a counter person tried to charge me a dollar for a piece of tape but when I laughed out loud she dropped it). Helpful people, good service. Dont know how to account for the negative reviews.

I have been doing business with this store for almost 6 years. I have a mailbox there and they also handle all my mail and shipping. I pick up my mail on a daily basis and can say that the owner and her employees are always professional and pleasant. They have even referred customers to me for business as I am self employed. I have had mailboxes at 2 other locations over the years and can say their customer service is by far the best. They are a pleasure to deal with.

You need a new manager that is not rude and knows what is going on in the store. When I returned a expensive vacum cleaner to amazon all of a sudden the manager said i couldnt speak to any one that i need to file a claim with amazon and amazon said they are not responsible. The manager with all the tattoos on her entire arm said there is nothing she can do. I asked her if the cameras are working because I dropped off the vacuum so therefore there has to be accountability for the items dropped off. She was very rude and told me there is nothing she can do to call the 1-800 number. WORD OF ADVICE FOR THE FEMALE MANAGER! If you dont like your job QUIT! and find somewhere you are happy. It is obvious that your behavior is effecting everyone else that works there. When she is not there, all the other reps seem relaxed and very helpful. You can not be a manager if you have ZERO customer service skills!

Marisa the younger gal working the counter and the older woman in charge are ALWAYS rude. They never formally greet you and are extremely dismissive. Unfortunately I pre-paid for a series of months at this UPS location however I will be going down the street to utilize the services of that UPS location JUST SO I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE EMPLOYEES at this location. Also filing a complaint with corporate as they need serious customer service training. Treating customers with courtesy because we are paying customers is not painstakingly difficult however this is their exact demeanor and treatment when you walk into their store. My husband & I have gone at different times, alone and together, and have been treated the same. Do not make the mistake I did by giving this location your business, they are completely undeserving!----UPDATE:Barbara - The persona you display on the google reviews is far different from the person we all see & have to deal with in person. Take a look at the google reviews from customers who just pop into your store & dont invest money into your store like my 6 month pre-paid service. Spent hundreds and havent used my box in months to avoid dealing with you and your staff. You can make it better by retraining to provide better customer service, use my 1 month offered refund towards that. Thanks

Went to drop off numerous boxes, large boxes I admit but none over 50lbs.About 20 boxes. They turned me away and made me drop off my boxes at the airport. Had to fight traffic and added several hours to my day because they didnt want to my boxes and they were very rude.

I have been to many UPS Stores to get things notarized. This store is the fastest and most proficient. The other stores take for ever to notarize anything. This is my favorite store of all of them

I went to the UPS store to print a label and to ship an item, found the store clean, supplied, functional and the staff attentive and professionalI was in and out quick, no attitude, no communication barrier and fairly pricedI will recommend this location to anyone and I definitely come back in the futureThank you Barbara for all your help and hard work!

This is the worst UPS experiecne I have. The staff doe NOT know how to work with company account codes. And will tell you, the company made a mistake and refuse to work with u unless you pay through cash which cost alot. I went to another UPS location (N. Fontana), and I was taken care of nicely. for those of you that have a online return and was told to drop off at UPS store with a company code. DONT COME HERE, THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT.

Two stars because the employees are really nice. However, the lady in charge was upset because the ink on my tag was faded. She said next time I would have to reprint label. Just type in the numbers mam, it takes about 5 seconds. Very rude.

Had a box to send back east. a j saved me 10 dollars by repacking and cutting down the entire box. it was undoubtedly one of my best experiences in my life of customer service. rancho Cucamonga post office should learn from him.

My wife went in today and the lady was the rudest and most demeaning Ive ever come across. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! I told my wife she should have told her to F off and give our business to someone else. As I look at other ratings, this seems to be a pattern. UPS Corporate needs to be informed about this lack of customer service - its giving them a bad name.
