I called the listed phone number and Andrew picked up on the second or third ring (no phone tree--I like that). I described the issue with my GE refrigerator. Andrew listened to my issue and described to me a possible fix at no charge to me. I was able to complete the fix and solve the problem. Firstly, I am very impressed with Andrews knowledge as the issue was a quirk with just my model. Secondly, I am most impressed with Andrews honesty as he could have come over and upsold me.Andrew will be my first and only call next time.
