Cody was on time, friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable with the type of dryer we have and was able to pin point the problem right away.I initially contacted the previous company, David’s appliance in Upland because I always had a great experience with them in the past and their pricing for repairs was always below any competitor. I was pleasantly surprised that this new company provided the same quality of service. David and he family would be very proud and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their pricing is a bit higher than what David’s Appliance probably would have charged, but the quality of service is worth it.

Mr. Appliance came to my rescue! After a horrific experience with Home Depot installation services, I called Mr. Appliance late afternoon in tears. The owner was empathetic and so nice, and worked to get me a technician early the next morning. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the professionalism, care, and concern he showed me. Cody showed up on time the next morning and again, showed me kindness and understanding. I even had purchased the wrong gas line, and instead of saying he can’t help, Cody took the time to go to Home Depot to secure the right parts for me. He also pointed out a significant fire safety concern and provided me with a quick solution. I am beyond grateful for the Mr. Appliance team, and they will forever be my first call. First, I spent the same price for a company to never finish the job! I am still waiting 7 weeks later. However, this was the best experience ever. Cody had excellent customer service. I needed my dryer repaired right away and they found an appointment for me immediately. It was fixed quickly and excellently. I would use them again if needed without hesitation.

VERY honest, wed give a higher rate if we could. They checked our freezer& made a temp repair while the parts were being ordered. When the tech came out today with the parts, the freezer was fine & still working. Theyll save the parts so they have them on hand if it goes out again. They adjusted our bill so we only paid for the service call. Definitely recommend them!!!

I did a bad thing. I washed a old feather pillow and it exploded in the washer. After removing all of the feathers that I could see, I started a cleaning cycle and it just died so I had to call in the professionals. It turns out the feathers really clogged the filter of the water pump and the pump finally said enough! I know all of this because the repairman, Kyle, perfectly explained and showed me what happened. Fixing this was not an easy task. I could have had a replacement water pump installed and discovered later that the feathers had clogged everything else. Kyle (and David, who came by to help with his years of experience) pulled out the washer and cleaned it thoroughly. They ran the new pump several times to continue cleaning the washer and to make sure it worked. I am thankful that I had a crew of very smart professionals that knew what they were doing. I have a washer that works after that fiasco and its as clean as when I bought it!

Service tech Brock was great! He was very helpful on diagnosing my fridge which was not working. He figured out the issue and referred me on the best way to get it fixed. Great service!

I loved their friendless, I was very comfortable with Brock and he was very professional and explained everything that was needed. He knew what he was doing. He acknowledged and accessed the problem and demonstrated how the problem should sound and the speed it should be running when it’s operating correctly. After a week long fight with Samsung, I called Mr. Appliances and decided to have them fix my refrigerator! Everyone I spoke with on the phone and the actual technician were beyond professional. Brock came out and fixed my insulation system and at the same time, he educated me on why and how and got the job done quickly. He was very educational and professional. I do have to admit, though, they are pricy. I did shop around before confirming the appointment but they were able to come out before anyone else, so I decided to pay a little bit more for convenience. Bottom line, it was worth it. 5 STARS!!! We tried for two weeks to get a company to come out to fix our dryer. We finally found Mr Appliance, and they came out SAME DAY! Super fast, professional and they fixed our dryer! We would recommend them to anyone that needs their appliances fixed!

Let me reiterate on the Good Value ;what used to be Daves is no longer due to a sell out to Mr. Appliance. Apparently Daves refusal to up his fees to his customers base was a heart breaker for him so with that in mind was why he sold. So you still get all the QUALITIES but you just have to pay the now going prices. A tip for the wise; if your in the market for a new washer or dryer look for the old 70,80,90 Kenmore sires for they are the TANKS of washer /dryers, the newer models today are basically disposable; good enough for about seven to ten years then its best to buy another for what it will cost you to have it repaired, you could get a new one. So give Mr. Appliance a call for its still a little part of Old DAVES and dont get angry about what you might have to pay now for i tipped you on not to buy that Maserati of a washer/dryer. Had an issue with my Bosch dishwasher. Received a text the night before with a picture of the technician. Received another text when the technician was on his way. Cody arrived on the early end of the appointment window. He was able to diagnose and address the issue with ease, and had a great attitude while doing so. While Im sad to see Davids Appliance so, I think this new company will service the local needs just fine.

Brock came out to repair my refrigerator. He found out what the problem was, he called into the shop to see if they had the part that was needed in stock. They didn’t have it. He personally went to pick up the part that was needed at another location and brought it back to repair my fridge. I was amazed at the personal service this company gave. My BOSCH DW, needed replacement of PUMP Drain. While was still working, 6 yrs old and didnt drain 100%, opted to have it replaced now. 1st visit was here within the 2 hr window, 2nd visit was late by 30 min. Altho extremely good work. Will have them repair all appliances.

He fit me in and gave me an appointment quicker than I even expected. Mr. Appliance sent Brock to our rescue. Brock arrived in full safety mode. Mask shoe covers and gloves. I cant say enough good things about Brock. He was super punctual, professional, friendly, helpful and insert other great adjectives here. He explained everything in detail and actually showed us what was wrong. He gave us realistic timelines on competing the repair as we had to wait for a part. When the part came in we were once again given a convenient appointment that, you guessed it, Brock was right on time for. He replaced the part and put our fridge back together all while engaging in genuine and reciprocated conversation. If you are ever in need of appliance repair the ONLY company you should call is Mr. Appliance.

Contacted Mr Appliance around 10:00am. Service Technician (Brock) sent text message with his contact info & photo 20 minutes before arrival at 3:00pm. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately, had the replacement part in his truck and made the repair within 30 minutes. Refrigerator works like new! Brock and Mr Appliance were amazing and I highly recommend them!

I guess excelling in these two areas does require hiring and training the right people; so I understand the costs may be higher.It started with the young lady that answered the phone, Jessica I believe her name is. She was polite, professional and followed thru when she stated she would. Many of these companies are only as good as the person answering or not answering the phone. Mr. Appliance has a good front person on the line in Jessica.The actual repair technician Cody was also very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and phoned his support team to confirm things. It’s great when the tech isn’t a self-claimed “know it all” and actually uses the power of this team to properly and accurately address and repair the problem.Solid service all the way around.Burnt out heating element. Replacement cost about $85 - $100.Cost to have it installed, an additional $400.

I used them to fix my freezer/refrigerator which was extremely costly.its been over a month now.The repairman promised to put a filter in for icemaker.The day he did install of freezer parts he said he forgot but he would return to do it.he never returned to do this and I dont have icemaker to use now.So I dont think I need to say anything else

Your technician was polite and timely. He inspected my dryer after I smelled gas. It was determined that it was coming from the valve at the wall. He informed me that I should contact Southern California Gas Company. I contacted them and they sent out a technician right away. After checking the valve, all that was required was a nut tightening on the button of the valve. I feel this is something that your technician could have diagnosed, and taken care of. He didn’t do anything, and charged me $99. Now that I know that nut is on the bottom of the valve, I will be taking care of it myself. Save myself $99.
