Just got home with a comforter I had cleaned. It had a rather large coconut oil stain & some dirt. There is still a shadow stain of the oil. Now I figure its permanent. I had this happen once before & went to Stylish Cleaners & it was completely removed. I didnt take it to Stylish because it usually takes 3 or 4 days to get it back, so I thought Id try Inland Gateway because they could get it back in a day. Guess Im back to Stylish next time.

Usually I dont complain about such petty things like dry cleaning, but this directly reflects my business. I work where appearance does mean alot. I gave this dry cleaners a chance besides the poor reviews that I had read and was very let down to see that after three very happy visits that the last two visits I have found stains. Needless to say I will not be returning which is unfortunate given how close they are to me.

Multiple Failures!!! From lost items to bad press jobs leaving my clean dress shirts with brown water spots from a dirty press, I would not take anything of value to this location. The young girls who work here are rude and have a tremendous lack of customer service skills. Judging by my experience with the owner, its not surprising.If you dont mind wearing a pressed shirt with brown streaks from dirty water, this place is for you.The reviews speak Loudly!On a side not:The owner told me we werent a priority because we only used their service 4 times this year. Well that may be the case, but to have multiple issues in 4 visits says a lot about your business!!!
