They did great work on my son’s truck and completed it in a timely fashion so he was able to bring it back on campus and minimize his inconvenience. From the day that I received my estimate to the day my serviced car was returned to me, Jason, Vanessa and his staff were professional and good communicators regarding timelines and what to expect. Jason provided a less expensive alternative for the repair of a side-swipe scrape on the drivers side of my car. The job turned out beautifully and he and his staff went above and beyond. Xtreme Auto Collision did an excellent job on my car for a collision repair from a deer hitting pretty much the entire right side of my car. They go out of their way to find factory parts even if your insurance company says an aftermarket would have to be used (I had a couple of parts that were like this and Xtreme got them sourced straight from the factory) paint work looked phenomenal. The whole right side of the car looks just like nothing has happened. Paint blends perfectly and nothing would tell you that it was blended or painted again. Great customer service and always nice and willing to work with you. I will surely take my car back there again if it needed anything done to it for body repair or anything paint related.

I found this place on a google search of body shops in the area, I noticed the extremely positive reviews and pics of them working on high end luxury cars. I have a Lexus IS 350 and my driver side door had to be replaced from a fender bender. I was being cautious picking a body shop and literally spent a couple hours scrolling through many body shops in the area on google. Google shows you the closest body shops to you by default and this one was on like the 3rd page of search results for me since I live near Garner and they are a good distance away in N. Raleigh(might be worth it for them to get promoted higher in search results). I got estimates from a couple other shops before finding this one but they didnt have consistent positive reviews and that worried me, so I went with Xtreme Auto the luxury car pics won me over honestly.This shop holds themselves to a high standard! Vanessa at the front desk is extremely polite and does a great job of keeping you up to date with the progress of your car repair. I know the car repair business is a very stressful job especially when youre the main person that has to talk to customers every day and she is excellent at addressing concerns in the most polite way possible, I would say she is the face of the business. I called them before driving there and got an appt for an estimate that same afternoon which was done by the owner and he was very polite as well and patiently answered my many questions.I noticed from the pics that their body shop floor is coated with epoxy(something I had researched in the past for my garage floor), it looks very well kept and not extremely dirty or greasy like most body shops, so that told me they like to keep the place clean and well kept which is a good sign to how they view their repair work.They have great attention to detail:- had a cup with sanitized pens to use, even used a sanitizing wipe on my key fob before handing it back to me- had a paper floor mat on driver side so the techs shoes wouldnt dirty up my factory car mats (cant tell you how many times other shops didnt do this in my old car and got my mats dirty)- I got the add on discounted hand wash and my car was shining when I picked it up, wheels had months of brake dust on them prior and they were super clean and tire gloss on tires too!This is a long review but I wanted to be detailed just like they were in fixing my car and doing such a great job. I hope my car isnt involved in any more accidents but if so I will surely be back and will refer you guys to anyone I run across looking for a body shop, thanks again!!

Xtreme Auto did a great job with our Toyota Sequoia. The main job was replacing the front bumper but in addition to that we had them restore the headlights HIGHLY recommend!), replaced the stripping on all 4 windows and detail the car (another high recommendation!). Xtreme did a fantastic job all around! I highly recommend them for body work as well as detailing. With two young kiddos, the car was pretty dirty…but they made it look brand new!

I brought my new 2020 All Black RAM 1500 to Xtreme Auto Collision (XAC) for minor bumper damage and ended up getting The Works: Ceramic Coating, wheel sealant, window sealant, window tinting, and Paint Protection Film (PPF) on the front bumper/sensitive areas. Jason and Vanessa at XAC were absolute professionals to deal with on scheduling, insurance, and knowledge of the products. Wow just WOW - the truck looks better now than it did when I drove it off the dealers lot. I strongly recommend if you want the job done correctly and hassle free go to XAC!

Nice and friendly people, but they seemingly practice price discrimination and inflation.Guy verbally quoted me $2000 - $8000 to fix clear coat scratches and said they’d need to remove all the car panels to do the job. The most significant issue is shown in the image. Why is the price range so drastic for such experienced people?Their prices are outrageous.They ask for your insurance information for a reason.Will most likely never use this business.

The technician did an amazing job repairing the car from an auto accident. However, I noticed new scratches on the car after picking it up. When my wifes 2016 Subaru Outback was struck by a negligent driver we had her car taken to Xtreme Auto based on recommendations from several of her co-workers. We were not disappointed. Since the negligent drivers insurance refused to pay for OEM parts in some places I paid for them myself and Kimmy expertly negotiated great parts prices from Subaru for me. Great customer service, and an art like repair.During a transfer from another state our Subaru Tribeca was severely damaged on the left rear quart.Kimmy the adjuster is a professional, knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. We got back our car in 10 days, and during this time we’ve got an update on the progress.Now the car looks like new no signs of the damage. They also cleaned and washed the car.I hope you won’t need a collision repair but if you do spare yourself the time this team are the best.

I had to take my car in for detailing recently, as nature decided my car was the prime candidate for growing some odd film on the roof. We had been searching for the last year for someone/somewhere to take our car to have it detailed and hopefully have the paint restored. Our 2012 Honda was looking pretty poorly with her paint so oxidized. We honestly figured that at best she would come out clean and maybe looking a little better. Imagine the surprise we had when we saw the car after we were told it was ready to be picked up! Oh my....it looked BRAND NEW - inside and out!! With the ceramic coating applied, it honestly looks like a new car! Unbelievable! Best news is that it should continue looking like this for a number of years! We had planned to sell her, but think we’ll keep her now. It was a lot cheaper than having a new car payment!

Ive unfortunately been a customer here twice within the last 5 months with 2 different cars. DARN ANIMALS have no respect for my cars. I have to say, I would NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else to be repaired. First trip was my 2017 Honda Accord, deer killed my front end and driver side. My 2018 BMW 430i was struck while parked and suffered fairly significant damage. The bumper had to be replaced and the rear quarter panel fixed, but the most difficult part was color-matching my car’s very unique blue (Snapper Rocks Blue). It’s a notoriously difficult color in the BMW community and on the first try, they made it look like it just came off the showroom floor. It’s the best it’s looked since I bought it and they even washed and detailed it for me at no cost. Beyond the excellent work itself, the employee you’ll usually reach when calling the shop is named Vanessa and she’s provided truly one of the best and most memorable customer service experiences in my life. I had issues with Liberty Mutual (the other party’s insurance company) in the beginning, and Vanessa went so far above and beyond to walk me through the process and instruct me in how to overcome their unreasonable and unethical hurdles even before their shop was able to receive my car. Additionally, she’s just a lovely person to speak to and makes what is usually a rather unfortunate experience so much better than it would ever be otherwise. She was just a shining star who stuck out among all of the different companies and agencies with whom I dealt and there isn’t any great thing I could ever say about her that wouldn’t be entirely justified. There is absolutely nowhere else I’d go for repairs ever again.

I recently purchased a 2012 Tahoe from a family member. It had been washed constantly with well water, therefore, it had deeply etched water spots all over the paint and glass. I had tried everything that I could to correct the issue myself from research online, but no success in getting it out. Ive been dodged twice trying to get my bumper painted by this place. Long story short, I got hit and run a few weeks ago and got stuck with buying a OEM rear bumper for my 2017 Lexus out of pocket. Since no bumper comes painted I had to look for a shop that can spray it. I called the first time and was told they couldnt spray my bumper if I was working on my own car, Im assuming they want to collect as much as they can $$$ from the insurance by overcharging, and working on the car themselves.The second time, I went there personally and filled out an application to set up an appointment . I filled the paper out and gave it to the front desk and waited over 20 min just to ask me if I wanted to make an appointment. Im very disappointed, it looks like you guys can do quality work, but your customer service structure is garbage.

I used to be in the business, so Ive been in a thousand repair shops. This is like none Ive ever seen. Clean, well-lit, organized, well furnished. The whole experience, from start to finish, was first class. They kept me informed of any issues along the way, worked directly with insurance company, repaired my car to my satisfaction. When I picked up my car I was very pleased with the quality of work that was done. An 18 wheeler truck hit my Lexus SUV and pulled of the front bumper off and damaged the headlight and front and passenger side of the vehicle. Customer service was awesome with updates and the new bumper paint and install was done in 1.5 days. It looks amazing! I plan to go back at some point and try their detailing services too. Their prices were very comparable to the other places I checked out but their customer interaction and being able to see some of their work was what made my decision to use them easy. I know you will be thrilled with the work they do. I will be using them for sure in the future!

I am very pleased to write a review for Extreme Auto Collision. You certainly hope you will never need a Body Shop but if and when you do, use Extreme Auto Collision! From the time I requested an appointment on line for an estimate to the day I picked up my car after the repair it was a great experience. I was called promptly for an appointment, got in the same day for an estimate and they would have taken my car that day to start the repair had I been ready. When they did schedule the repair (fitting my timing needs) they completed it on the promise date and came in at the estimated cost. The Estimator (Kimmy) also made great recommendations on the best way to make the repairs, parts that could be salvaged and the most cost effective way to complete the job. The best part of the entire process was that the repair itself far exceeded expectations! The car looked brand new and was returned to us not just cleaned but detailed!I had contact with Kimmy, Michelle and owner Jason. All three were extremely professional, very cordial and a pleasure to do business with. Extreme Auto Collision is a Five Star organization as far as I am concerned and I give them a big thumbs up!

Overall a good experience.I was in a small accident which threw my bumper off, destroyed one of my headlights, and damaged the electrical wiring/system.They directly told me what to expect in the price range in order to have my car pass an inspection.The customer service was professional and warm. Great people there.The place is tidy and made me feel welcome.I really wish this place couldve been open a little later or been available on the weekends. Also, I spent a lot more than I initially thought would be the cost for the repair.

I highly recommend Xtreme Auto Collision. The quality of the work was excellent and they did not use used parts to repair my car. I would give them 5 stars but it took a bit longer than expected but that was partly Geicos fault. That was the insurance used by the person who hit me.

Even if an accident isnt your fault, the process of finding the perfect place to fix your car, getting an estimate, renting a vehicle, and waiting for your vehicle to be repaired is one of the most stressful and maddening things a person can go through. MORE than excellent: Above and beyond service. I only needed my 2010 Honda Fit hood and roof repainted because of the faulty factory paint (ugly deoxidizing) and not only did they do a superb, like-new job, they must have cleaned my car because the wheels are shiny and the inside looks vacuumed! Ive had other work done by them, too: pinstripe, lamp-unclouding, etc... every time: nothing but EXCELLENCE.

My 2016 Silverado was sideswiped, and there was some somewhat substantial damage to the front passenger fender. Not only did Kimmy and the Xtreme Auto team fight with insurance on my behalf to get me the acceptable outcome that a new truck with less than 15k miles deserves, but the fender replacement and paint blending needed is flawless. Not to mention they also detailed my truck and made it look great before i got it back which is a nice added bonus. Long story short, my truck looks brand new again (I am VERY particular about my cars), and I would absolutely point anyone needing any body work done in their direction.

Took a used BMW X3 that I bought sight unseen to Jason for some cosmetic touch ups and to remove some paint that was splashed on the car. Got an appointment right away and left the car the same day. I was referred to Xtreme Auto Collision after I had a front end collision with my Mercedes E350.Jason answered my initial call and explained how my car would be handled. He even offered to give me a lift to the car rental agency when I dropped off the Benz.Jason explained the whole estimate, what was likely to be needed, how he would interact with my insurance company, and how he would communicate with me. He made sure to tell me that, while they would do their very best to repair my car quickly, they would not take short cuts or promise results that were not realistic.I got my car back, and I am very pleased with the way the repaired driver side front fender assembly looks. They stayed open past their posted hours on Friday so that I would have my car for the weekend (and so I could avoid two more days of rental car fees). But they didnt give me the car until they had thoroughly detailed the car from tires to top.In short, I was very pleased with the experience. I would recommend Extreme to anyone unfortunate enough to have body damage to their vehicle. They did a great job matching the paint to the point where you cannot even tell that they grafted on a new rear quarter and door skin on my M3. I had a few things I wanted touched up to match the repair and they were great working with me on those. Jason and Kimi were very kind and patient with me as I know Im very particular. They took owner ship and never once behaved like the large chain or dealerships where its not their problem. This place and the people that work there deserve every star and good review they get. I had to bring my 2014 Chevrolet Impala 2LT in to have some collision work done and excellent just doesnt seem like enough to describe the quality of work. Perhaps outstanding would be better.The front bumper cover, upper grille, and right headlight assembly had to be replaced and the hood had to be repaired. When I got it back you would never know it was in an accident. My car has a dark metallic blue paint and they matched it perfectly with absolutely zero overspray.Jason and his crew at Xtreme Auto are the real deal. They are all polite and up front with everything you need to know and will answer any questions you may have.I very highly recommend Xtreme Auto. They will take care of your car as if it were their own.

What a great place! We felt right at home and at ease. Work performed on our 2008 Pilot and 2011 RidgeLine after the hailstorm from hail was excellent - both vehicles look as if they just rolled off the showroom floor, inside and out. Great shop. Friendly staff and they completed my auto collision repairs faster than estimated and exceeded expectations. There is no evidence at all of a collision and considering how much needed to be replaced and repainted, its extremely impressive.
