We have used Designer Glass many many times and have recommended them many times to clients.They recently went to a job site, walked in following the tile installer, (homeowner was home), never announced themselves, NO MASK, No asking if the homeowner wanted them to wear a mask, informed us, when we called them as the homeowner complained, that the person had Covid 19 in the past so was no longer contagious and proceeded to inform us that they also didn’t need or have a vaccination. We received the quote with this response If you want us to do the job the owner / installer said they would NOT wear a mask.” So needless to say, our company will no longer be recommending them to clients. In business, clients should come first. Really, why is it a problem to just wear a mask to protect the client per their request. A customer requests it, it seems a simple gesture of good fait on the part of a contractor.

Designer Glass installed a custom shower surround for me. They did a great job. Employees are very friendly and easy to work with.

Replaced our old outdated shower sliding door with a new swinging door. Looks great, they were prompt, on time and when they couldnt make it, they called. I couldnt ask for more from a contractor.
