If anyone can help me with Ameritech construction office in the Raleigh area I would appreciate it, I have just about lost faith in the company at this point. I was approached by a salesman in BJs for window replacement for my home almost 3 years ago. I decided to do a test run and replace the windows on the front of my house before doing the rest as a test to make sure the product was good before I invested in replacing the rest of the 25 windows (Its a big house). The installation was fine but the support is horrible. One of the sidelight windows failed and I put in a request to have it replaced under warranty.. I have been putting that same request in for over two years and no one still hasnt shown up. Ive talked to salesman, office people, and all say that it will be done soon but still no results.. I finally have just moved on and had the rest of the house windows replaced by another company. At this point I am giving one last try to see if someone from Ameritech is willing to truly help.
We went through BJs wholesale for ameritech to do our gutters. They came out felt rushed good quality product but felt rushed and did not complete. We are missing a downspout and they other downspouts didnt always line up and there are a few gaps in the work. took us 6 months to finally get the right person to contact and still have not had any contact with that person we had to pay an additional company to fix ameritech problem who was going to help us we paid in full year ago, good money,. This needs to be resolved!!
A guy named Mason came to my house and quoted us $8k for a new door. He also told us that they had a A+ rating on BBB. Took a look and did not see a A+ rating for their company. He also tried to guilt us by saying that the sale was important as that is how he provided for his family. Earlier in the consultation he mentioned he only had a girlfriend. When giving us the quote and we daid we did not like it, he instantly turned the paper he had the quote on over, with a cheaper estimate. Eventually he got the price down to right around $3.5K. Having an initial quote of $8K to $3.5K was not only surprising but alarming. It felt as if the price was inflated dramatically for the first qoute, and that the lowest price would be the original price without the price gouging. Stear clear of this company they seem very predatory and untruthful.

Ameirtech contacted me and my wife because of our membership with BJs. At first I was skeptical about it. Even Diab and Kevin came out and presented me with the options. After their presentation, my wife and I decided to go the them.They told us how the process would work and what to expect for the project. We had 12 windows replaced. The installation team, lead by Mark, Jr. came, measured the windows and advised us when he would return to install them.When he came to install the windows, it was done professionally and did impact our work as me and my wife were both working from home.We have 7 additional windows to be installed and will use Ameritech again.I have already recommended them to one neighbor and a close family friend.
Three days ago, we had a person from Ameritech knock on our door and let us know that business is slow during CoVID times and wanted to offer us a free quote on window repair/replacement. We had a quote appointment today at 1 pm - had the worst experience ever and had to walk the person out in 15 minutes. I was running a few minutes late from a grocery store visit and my husband was working with the person on measurements. We were offered a free quote and analysis to check if the windows need repair/replacement. The person who came for the appointment had a horrible attitude, very rude and kept forcing us with repeated questions on ‘what is wrong’ with our windows. I told him we had no issues as such and wanted an analysis to see if any specific windows need minor repair but he made faces all along and made us feel horrible in our own house! The company definitely needs to deal better with specific employees who are treating customers horribly.
Love my new windows! We had plastic before... we cant feel the heat during the summer and our energy bills went down.
