RNR Is the absolute best! I called and they were very professional and I had my tires the same day. When I went to the store to get my tires I went to the wrong building first! I went to rent a wheel. They told me I was in the wrong building and proceeded to tell me that they were better and RNR was terrible. One of the rudest places I’ve ever dealt with the employee Paul hangs up on us when we call to speak with manager and we’ve left numerous messages for managers and no return calls, and there bad for taking money out your account unauthorized if they call you and your working and can’t answer they just pull money out your account they took almost 500$ out of my girlfriend account and caused her rent check to bounce . Beware of the rudeness from Paul he’s a terrible employee

10 am appt. Car in bay by 10:05. Manager made me a cup of coffee. Front end aligned by 10:30. Mechanic met with me and explained what was found and what was done.Service a big issue with me - this was 5 star service.

I want to be fair and say that I understand “All used sales are final and at risk”. My experience was I walked in to purchase a set of wheels and tires. The only wheels they had to fit my bolt pattern 5x112 was a set of used over in the corner near the door. The sales person told me that they would let them go for $600 plus tax. I thought “Great, What a Deal”. We continued on to pricing tires. Well the set they quoted me for Toyo Extensa HP II came to $814. That included tires and installation (balance,TPMS.etc). I decided to take a moment and look at that price of about $200 a tire. I found that same set installed at Discount Tire for $539. I spoke with the sales guy again, and asked if he would even come down $50, he said no, so I purchased the wheels and took them to discount tire to have them mounted. Upon having a tire professional inspect them, he told me 2 of the rims were bent, and would have to be repaired. 1 of the rims had a bruise, but I wasn’t worried about that. Funny enough, the wheel with the bruise was the straightest one. I did call back to the store, not to ask for a refund, but to explain my experience. The Manager there just repeated to me that the sale was final, and that the rims could have been bent in my transit to the tire place. As I’m now paying to have my new rims straightened, and a bit frustrated with this process, I can say that the people I worked with at R-n-R were friendly. The sales guy, the two installation guys were great and friendly. The sales room was clean. The bathroom was amazingly clean for an auto service center. However, I don’t see my transaction as being trustworthy. So I would say take that into account when you decide to do business here. I believe that if I were to enter one of their predatory payment plans, this issue would have been resolved. Maybe if I had them install my wheels and I returned with an uncomfortable ride, they might have fixed it. But I will never know.

Very nice people and the selection is endless. Prices are up and down but no different than anywhere else. Good part is you don’t have to settle for a cheap set of tires or you can add some nice rims if you desire. Bottom line is if your experience was bad then it was you and not them. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Came in at closing time with a flat tire ( I dont know how to fix that) they took care of 2 nails+ one in a difficult place. They stayed after hours and didnt even charge me for the repair!! Very grateful!

RNR is a great tire shop. They fixed the shoddy balancing that a different shop did when they installed my tires and were too nice to even bad-mouth the previous place. Now my car is much more comfortable on the highway.

DO NOT.... I repeat, DO NOT EVER bring your vehicle here. They almost cost my family our lives. I had new tires put on and when they were putting them back on they did not properly bolt it back together and my drivers side wheel was extremely loose. Thankfully I had work at another shop scheduled the next day and when they lifted the car in the air I could see how loose it was. The loose bolt caused the whole wheel hub to crack which needs to be replaced now. When I called to tell them about it they acted like they never had record of me being there. Worst experience of all time.

This was not a very good experience. I initially came in on a Saturday at 1pm but was told that they could not install that day because they close at 3pm. So I was told that I could do the application and pay the $50 and bring my car in Monday and sign paperwork and be good to go. I get here on Monday no paperwork is ready Im told to sit and wait for paperwork and then told that they dont know how long it will be until paperwork is done. Then we sit and wait for hours on end for the car to be serviced. Not good or fast service not very friendly and helpful

Tobias and the staff are great. They do not just treat you like another sale, but like a friend and try to assist you in anyway possible within their means. If you need full set of tires/rims and simply cannot afford to pay straight cash, this is the place to go. They will take care of your needs from the beginning to end.I will say that if you need your service, call and make an appointment. They are always busy so you do have to schedule your rotation/balance in advance.

Definitely would recommend RNR. Called in when I got a flat and was able to get all 4 new tires that same day. They also let me keep the best of my old tires as a spare, which other places have not allowed me to do before. They were faster than any other tire place I have been to. Great plans for payment, but I was able to get a discount for paying cash so thats what I did! Tarvin was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everyone working was very helpful!
