Mike was very knowledgeable concerning my dryer issue! I called him one day and was available the next! Price for repair was reasonable! Would definitely recommend him if you are having problems with a dryer!

I will absolutely use Mike again. It’s always frustrating to have an appliance break. I called a different company on Monday and didn’t hear back so I gave Mike a call on Tuesday. He answered right away and got me scheduled the next day. Arrived on time. Easily diagnosed and fixed the problem. I don’t think it took longer than 30 min, start to finish (including clean up). He offered recommendations to keep this from occurring again. I’ll absolutely use him again.We were initially going to try to fix ourselves but it would’ve been a waste because we thought it was something else. Mikes prices are so reasonable, it really just makes more sense to go with a professional than the to do it on your own.Thanks Mike for getting us squared away!

I contacted Mike on the phone for a Maytag dryer repair issue (dryer wouldnt heat). He stated that he didnt service the area code that I was calling from. However, he suggested that I try checking the breaker switch on the home electric panel. The suggestion was the solution. The breaker had tripped. Mike D, you saved the day. Cheers.

I was dreading making a call to have someone come out and surely cheat me out of something, as is my feelings regarding any services I’m inexperienced finding. I read the positive reviews on here and felt confident giving Mike a call.He answered the phone personally when I called, promptly listening to my issues and walking me through the appropriate preparations to repair them. I was highly relieved from how quickly he diagnosed everything, a handful of problems I had been avoiding for years until now that it was finally unmanageable.Mike skills are in demand, as expected, and I had to wait a few days until he had time to come over.It felt like I was having a friend over who was doing me a solid favor. Including a trip to the parts warehouse, he was done with everything in just over an hour. I can’t revere his honesty enough. I’m certain anybody else would have just strong armed me into buying a new washer. I wanted my best option for not going to all that trouble, and he respected that.Look no further, he’s your man.

Mike came out today and fixed both my washer and dryer! He is very professional, very thorough...took the time to explain what needed to be done. In the end, it was almost half what I had expected to pay (this truly NEVER happens). I cannot recommend him enough! I feel like I have two new appliances!

Mike came out quickly to take a look at our washer. He is very knowledgeable and very honest. We had something stuck in our pump. Very reasonably priced compared to other places we called. Highly recommend and will use him again!

Mike D is such an awesome guy who knows his stuff. Our washer kept flashing a code with (dr) on the control panel. Eventually, our machine wouldnt start a cycle. He came over with the part and installed a new door latch, which immediately cleared the code after installation. In addition, the price of the part and labor saved us a tremendous amount of money through Mike D. He literally installed our part in less than 2 minutes. Our machine was back up and running with all diagnostic codes cleared. He will be cleaning our dryer and adjusting our drum this week as well. You cant go wrong with this guy. He will even tell you if it is worth spending the money for him to fix your issues or buy a new machine(s). Thanks Mike D!! You are the man brother. Mike is a life saver! I called him around 10am and he was able to get to my house before our scheduled time which was 2:30pm. Mike introduced himself and went right to work. Mike did some trouble shooting on issues and said I would need apart. Furthermore I was able to get the part myself to cut down on labor. Then something amazing happens he said before yout order this part let me check something else. What do you know he checked my dryer again and he noticed that I had a number of long screws that was in my husband work clothes had made my dryer drum get stuck. He pulled out the screws put the dryer back together and turned it on.........it works!!! Thank God nothing was wrong with my dryer. If this was any other company or person I wouldve gotten charged for stuff I didnt really need.

I called Mike in the morning about setting up an appointment to fix my dryer, which had stopped heating. He was able to come out later that same day, find the issue, and fix my dryer in less than an hour. Came out to repair my dryer when all it needed was a new dryer knob, and didnt charge me since all I had to do was order that piece. Charges a very fair price to begin with, will def. recommend to family and friends.

There was a big puddle of water around my washer and the washer didnt dispose of all the laundry soap as expected. The next morning I called Mike to see if he could come out and take a look at the washer. He was able to fit me in his schedule later that afternoon. He was very pleasant, professional and most of all honest. He inspected the washer and didnt see an issue and thought that the load may have too much for the washer. He charged me just the service call fee ($25.00) and instructed me to keep and eye on it and if it happened again, he would come out to fix the issue. If he had to fix the washer, he would deduct the service fee from the bill.
