Huge mistake! I rented a container to place household items and furniture in while trying to sell our home. Upon removal of those items we discovered the container allowed water inside and ruined most everything in it. Items were soaked and covered with black mold. Some older items were irreplaceable. We knew it wasn’t temperature controlled but had a reasonable expectation that we didn’t have to worry about water destroying everything. After all, these are shipping containers that were made for travel outside in all types of weather. I contacted Rick and asked to make a claim on his insurance and he said I had to claim it on my homeowners. Upon speaking to my homeowners (Nationwide) the adjuster said it is not covered by any homeowners policy because it is not a permanent structure we own. Don’t trust any items of value in these containers!

West Brothers has always done a great job delivering clean and ready for use trailers. We use them for dry storage at our loading docks and in the 4 years we have been using them they have always delivered water proof trailers in good condition. West Bros. delivered and picked up within a week of request each time, and provided a solid, leak proof container that was easy to open and close. The email heads up for billing was nice as well, and the monthly rate is hard to beat. If you need storage for at least 6 months and you have the property, its a no-brainer to go with West Brothers container rental.

I was looking to store my house hold goods for a remodeling projects at my house . To carry my stuff to a storage place cost gas and a closet side storage room cost 100.00a month. Westbros I got a 20 footer for half the cost . 4Less is the Best!!!
