SCAM ALERT FOR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES BUYER BEWAREI shopped at the retail store on Venice Blvd, Los Angeles and I was victim of a scam by three of their employees.I now have a phone that I didnt want and cannot return without losing $75 to their lousy operation.To make a long story short, they have horrible customer service and make promises that they cant keep. (Partially because they arent an actual Verizon store)They are are trying to con me into paying a $75 restocking fee when they failed to follow through on their promise?Shame on A Wireless!

For lack of a negative feedback i had to give them a 1 star. They are misleading and give customers the run around! If you deal with any of their wireless dealers! Run from any Verizon Wireless that are part of this retailer! ABC Wireless & A Wireless have NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL!

There is no way that was part of the discussion when I stopped by the BJs in Salem NH to upgrade from Iphone 6 to Iphone 7! Well done A Wireless and Diamond Wireless, you really know how to treat your loyal customers!
