This is by far the worst phone provider. All they are really doing is over charging you for Spectrum services. And if you have any problems (which you will) you will be on hold for minimum an hour and rarely receive competent help.

Completely useless internet. not usable about 70% of the time and I have NEVER gotten what we pay for. complete trash

Terrible customer service. They sound nice and polite, but wont help get anything done. The price is ridiculous for what youre being given. Ive gone over a week without internet service, but are quick to send out the bill. I hope that all you need your internet for is to check email, because thats all its good for. Too freaking slow for even a freaking YouTube video

These idiots will call you over and over and over even though you tell them not to call anymore because you are NOT INTERESTED!!
