I just got picked up by one of their cabs, told driver I needed to go to the store. When we get to the store he locked the doors and told me I had to pay and he wouldnt wait for me. After arguing with him for five minutes I paid and got out. Crap service. CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!

Horrible experience. Couldnt accept credit card, made me stop off at ATM, then stopped to fill up his car with something, not sure what was needed under the hood. Also started out the trip the wrong way.

Wish I could give a big fat ZERO STARS.Called for a taxi an hour in advance and double checked to make sure they could pick me up and take me to my work location.Waited and waited. TAXI NEVER SHOWED UP.Horrible service.I would never recommend this company, EVER.

Ive been using U.S. Taxi for about five years since I moved to the Triangle area.I havent had any issues.I would think that sometimes things might go wrong, but most of the time everything goes okay.It is true that one cant use a debit card or credit card though.
