Cafe has some decent food bathrooms were nasty.

This is the place in Virginia station with the wreck they have as a bathroom. I couldnt believe it.

To stand and listen to staff and customer yell and scream at each other is not right. As this is the first time.riding the bus I am concerned as to what future stops hold

Greyhound Package Express has been a major disappointment. My family and I returned to Raleigh, NC, in July following a year in Utah. Greyhound seemed like a great way to get our things across the country. And, honestly, most of it arrived promptly. It took an additional week for one of the boxes to show up, but I sit here more than four months later still waiting for a large piece of luggage that contains most of the clothes I own. I do not have the time or the money to replace those clothes, so working (heck living) has been stressful these months. I have contacted Greyhound by phone or in person more than 20 times. Conversely, I have received one call from a local employee to inform that the initial boxes had arrived. And that was early August! The times I have reached out to Greyhound I have been told that I would be contacted with an update, but nothing has ever come of it. Apparently there are tracers out there and of course Ive submitted a claim. The Richmond station even confirmed back in August that they had seen the suitcase but had sent it to the mysterious Dallas warehouse, which nobody I have spoken to by phone has been able to verify. I am so warn out by this whole thing. I feel powerless and completely dependent on a system that doesnt seem to care. I just want this whole thing to be over. Please find my suitcase (preferred) or process my claim. I just want to put this whole mess behind me once and for all. Dont make me carry this into 2018...

On May 3 I put 4 suitcases from houston so they bought it for me for raleigh nc and its been a month and they still havent delivered them to me and weve already called a lot and we dont have an answer and I speak to houston they have already sent them to raleigh greenhouse and I go and nothing they are not talking to the best they are in Atlanta and I call again there is nothing so I call the greenhouse at the number they give me and they hang up the call then where are my suitcases.
