Regarding Dave Jones with Rich Realty in Raleigh NC. I will be short and concise like he was with me on the phone. Said the house was under contract and buyers were trying to back out. At this point, he was not interested in talking to anyone or showing the property without a firm commitment (which I, nor I imagine most people, would be willing to do without at least seeing the property). Sounded to me like he didn’t want to get up off the couch to try and make some money or to make his client(s) (who apparently were about to lose their buyers) happy.

I highly recommend working with David Mang. We are in the residential building business, and it is refreshing to work with an agent that understands new construction. He is extremely helpful to both buyers and sellers.

We were relocating the family to Raleigh from CA for my job and had a weekend to find a place without knowing much about the area. He spent the entire long weekend showing us houses and providing great insight into the area from Raleigh to Cary...we probably looked at close to 30. Dave Mang, a representative of Rich Realty Group, was the listing agent for a house that I bought, and working with him has been one of the more frustrating experiences I have ever had as an adult in the business world. He wasnt just simply difficult to communicate with; he was downright unresponsive with important issues and left me and my family stranded when the seller fell short of delivering on many aspects of the exchange, resulting in a significant financial burden that would have otherwise been non-existent in a civil business exchange.
