She pointed out tears in HVAC ducts, uneven shower floor tiles and scrap wood under porches (termite food) just to name a few examples.We faced a long journey to relocate with many challenges along the way, but Karen was with us from search to close with amazing support. Triangle Real Estate Group (TREG) was great to work with as they helped sell our North Hills home for top dollar. I recently worked with Angela Sarvis from Triangle Real Estate to purchase my first home. Angela was pretty amazing. As a first time home buyer, I needed a lot of hand holding and she was extremely patient with me and I learned so much about the process from her. In addition, shes very thorough and is not afraid to get under the sink for instance to check if things are how they are listed in the property disclosure. She gives intelligent suggestions, but is not pushy. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
