Aqua Operators did a complete pool renovation including converting it to a salt installation. They were prompt, efficient and very reasonable on their price. We discovered several unknown conditions during construction and they worked with us to help keep the costs down. Their people are all very friendly, work hard and clean up before they leave. All in all a very pleasant experience with a fabulous result.

These guys are great! We had a pool renovation job in early summer, and were pretty anxious because it was a big investment, but it turned out great. Tim knows what hes doing. ON SCHEDULE. When you get an estimated completion date on the pool renovation, then a firm date, you can bank on it - start to finish. This is a well oiled machine. The guys who get in and get dirty worked so hard and diligently they made ME tired. And the final result is incredible. And when there were a couple super small issues they came out and took care of them quickly. Very thankful and appreciative of the excellent work

For many years, our neighborhood pool was managed on a volunteer basis. We hired and fired lifeguards, contracted with a separate individual for pump and pool maintenance, handled the chemicals and repairs ourselvesWe decided to hire Aqua for the start of the 2019 summer season and the results were immediate! The lifeguards were all well trained and courteous, the water clarity improved dramatically and the general operation of the pool was much improved.Summer 2020 brought the unique challenges of COVID. We would not have been able to open our pool AT ALL if it were not for the guidance and advice form Aqua. They were instrumental in navigating swimming pool operating rules under Phase 2 and Phase 3 guidelines so all we had to do was communicate with our neighborhood. It only took a few days for Aqua to get our pool ready for swimmers with furniture spaced apart, lane lines installed, and an online reservation suggestion for us. It saved the summer for hundreds of our neighbors!Aqua has done an excellent job for our neighborhood for the two plus years we have had them at our pool. WOW!Godfrey came out to give us an estimate, very knowledge, very patient, and explained all of the steps and processes.Godfrey and his team were very nice to us throughout the process where we went to their showroom to pick out colors, textures, even down to how much skid guard (grip) we wanted!Patrick and Sam came out to start the process on Monday, but mother nature had other plans and washed away all of his hard work with a pop-up thunderstorm. No worries, he was back ASAP to get back to work! Patrick and Sam did a fantastic job. He worked hard and he gave everything the appropriate detail it deserved. Sam even took time to make faces and make my daughter laugh throughout the day as she watched him work from our glass sliding doors!In the end Patrick watched the weather and decided the patio needed to get done Friday because Saturday had a high chance of rain. He came out at 7:15AM and worked until around 7pm in order to make sure our patio was finished and safe from the rain (which it did) the next day.Top class pool remodel company all around, the work speaks for itself, boy am I happy we went with them!!

Ive been a customer of Aqua since 2012 and have been very satisfied. Our pool stays blue, and they are willing to come out and fix it on the rare occasions there are issues during the tough months. Sam quickly ran through his problem solving process and quickly identified the issues that were affecting my pool filtration system and a leaking issues. He repaired my short term issues and made recommendations that would make future operation and maintenance more sensible and less cumbersome. His prices were more than reasonable and fair. Mike and Sam did a great job of locating and repairing a major underwater pool leak. They both arrived on time and went about the pool leak detection process very in depth very detailed. He found the source of the pool leak fairly quickly and completed the needed repair. Mike even took care of a couple if other, unrelated issues. I will definitely call Aqua the next time I need work done on the pool.

The pool at the house we moved into was neglected for over 3 years, needless to say it needed some serious help! Aqua Operators was very busy, and made time to come out and get started on transforming our frog pond into a crystal clear pool again. My weekly pool service and with any maintenance/additional work that I choose to have completed. Mike is very quick to respond to my requests and always follows thru with what he says he is going to do. Both Mike and Godfrey were out and completed a job that should have been a standard install. However, they ran into obstacles because of old equipment that had been installed prior to my using ASP. They spent the necessary time it took to do the job correctly even when they had expected to be at my pool for an hour. They take such pride in their work! They continue to impress!!

I had been struggling for months with my pool builder and maintenance company, to get my brand new pool working properly. After another, finger pointing incident between the two on who adjusted the chlorinator wrong to cause it to implode and drain my pool, once again, I decided, I needed to fire them all and find and a new pool maintenance company. And I am so glad I did! I called Aqua Operators, explained, my situation to Sam and in the next day, Mike was at my house, reviewing the issues and immediately giving me confidence in Aqua Operators and their team. Mike come out and made adjustments and quickly repaired the issues. One week later, (with a wedding in my backyard, 7 days away) my neighbors tree fell on the pool equipment. Sam and Mike were at the house at Monday at 8 am, accessed the damage, two days later Mike was out, making the pool repairs, filled the pool and again Sam and Mike were back getting the pool ready & I had a wedding in the backyard. They were sensitive to my issues and worked hard to ensure the pool looked perfect for the wedding. If things are not right, they are going to make them right! I cannot thank the team enough at Aqua Operators for turning a very stressful pool owner into one who now worries about nothing, because, Sam and Mike and the Aqua Operators residential pool services team manage my pool. I called the office of Aqua Operators to inquire about doing a filter cleaning. I was helped by Godfrey and he talked me through the process so I could try the filter cleaning on my own. His calm walkthrough helped me complete the task quickly. He walked me through how to backwash the filter, and what I needed to do to ensure everything would work well. I will be giving them my business going forward. You cant find customer care like this anymore.

Great experience with the pool cleaning. Mike came out on a service call and was very informative. He took his time and answered our questions and didnt make us feel stupid (which we are in regards to pools). He showed us what we can do to keep our pool sparkling in between our weekly cleanings.
