My first service with Pool Scouts was great! Just switched to Pool Scouts for biweekly service. When I first spoke with Sherry on the phone, she was courteous and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I like that they only deal with pool maintenance. I also like the image from the actual apparatus they use to test your chemicals as opposed to just a computerized printout that was inputted. Last but not least, they bill you immediately after service! Past service company billed me anywhere from 30 to 60 days after services which made it more difficult to track. All in all, Pool Scouts has been great so far and I hope it continues this way.

I’ve never had a company that has been so concerned with our satisfaction before. After having a pool for 14 years they are the most professional and thorough company I’ve ever used. Would give 10 stars if they had more than five.

Finding a company to maintain your pool as well as address any issues with equipment is hard to find and Tiffiny and the team at Pool Scouts has far exceeded our expectations. After using a few less than ideal companies a few years back, we found Pool Scouts and have been a loyal recurring customer ever since. Theyve helped with everything from diagnosing issues we had with our salt system, pump & filter to maintaining our pool throughout the spring, summer and early fall months. They are always on time, thorough and very fair priced that hands down we will continue using them to keep our pool looking great all summer long and even getting ahead of some of the issues to avoid such as algae (common in the heat) or other other mechanical problems. Thank you for taking such great care of us - good service is hard to find and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable pool company!

Pool Scouts has great customer service! When I need to contact the staff with a pool related question, I can always count on them getting back to me in a timely manner. A plus is that they are in communication; they send a text as to when they will arrive prior to cleaning. Once cleaning is complete, they provide a detailed report on the work performed. I would highly recommend Pool Scouts to anyone needing a pool service.

My wife even witnessed one of your techs saving a frog from its demise! He had put some chemicals in the pool when the little guy jumped in. So, he quickly took him out, HOSED HIM OFF and set him free. Especially during these crazy times, it was heartwarming to see there is still such goodness in people :)

We had a terrific experience with Pool Scouts after Hurricane Isaias made an unbelievable mess of our pool on the coast. Since our regular pool company was inundated, I found Pool Scouts online and hoped for the best. I could not have made a better choice. Cheri and Tiffiny were wonderful to work with, very responsive and professional, and the pool tech, Ron, did a great job replacing the pump and getting the pool back to normal. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service, very responsive and got a very green and murky pool cleared up within days! Arrived when promised. The text communication is great also ... advising when on the way and when here. I had one minor concern that I communicated and it was responded to very quickly.

Pool Scouts recently replaced my pump. I reported that my pump had died on Monday & on Wednesday, a repair tech arrived & installed a new one! The tech answered some questions that I had about operation to extend the life of my pump, got the repair done & I was back in business quickly!

This company has been great with helping us get our pool ready for the season. They came quick, were honest with what needed to be done, and answered any and all questions. Highly recommend after dealing with other companies that aren’t as helpful!

My first impression with this company was very personal, pleasant and professional. We had a green pool for weeks. The representative that I spoke with over the phone, did a fantastic job outlining the cost and even help me anticipate the number of times it would likely take to resolve the issue. She booked an appointment for me within two business days of our conversation and she even arranged for the follow up appointment. She was fantastic! We did have their team come and they did the job, the only reason I cannot give a 5 star rating is because the Technician left the value open on our pool. We were not home and did not realize that our pool was releasing water. I called to share my feedback that the Technician cost us wasted water, however I received no call back. If they had completed the job with important attention to detail, this would be a 5 star rating.

Great Service, we have them come out to do a regular monthly maintenance on our pool. You receive notifications when theyre there and a report afterwards which is really helpful.

As a first time pool owner, Pool Scouts has been amazing. Jonathan is super knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to talk to. The team makes sure the pool is looking great and everything is taken care of. They seem to go above and beyond every time they are here. They take the time to explain things and make sure you are comfortable with everything. Pool Scouts opened our pool this past Monday, they also closed our pool last year. I was quite surprized to find our pool almost perfectly clear. The team came back this past Wednesday to do the final steps (I needed 2 visits because our water level was very low). We will only use Pool Scouts to service our pool.

Just had a pool inspection done for our new house. Both the guys that came out were very helpful and already started educating me on how to run the pool! Spent a long time with both me and my dad figuring out the electrical components. This was my first pool service experience and these two guys were top notch.

Im a big fan of Pool Scouts of the Greater Triangle Area after using their services these past few months. My relationship with them began when they opened my pool this season (it was in a green swampy state before they got here), and they have been keeping it crystal clear and blue since then. Beyond their actual work, perhaps the thing I like most about them is their consistent professionalism and clear communication (beyond their fair prices as well). They respond quickly and clearly to my inquiries and needs, and they have a great system/ process for notifying me when they are en route, on site, and completed with their work (I get a full detailed report after each visit). I used these guys for the first time this week. I got as flier in the mail and was just to lazy to do the cleaning, checking and filter change myself. They were great to talk to on the phone. Actually came out the next day. The did a great job, documented what they did, called the next day to discuss and were very reasonable. I have found a new pool company. I2nd trip went very well also. Glad I found these guys!

They are amazing! Highly recommend versus other local pool companies who were only there 10 minutes, threw in some chemicals and you never heard from them again. Pool Scouts on the other hand took their time, even cleaned the algae off the pool walls and came back a few days later to make sure the pool was perfectly clear and clean.

Being a first year homeowner/pool owner it was a breath of fresh air to have Pool Scouts coordinate everything. The customer service was excellent (especially Tiffany), call backs were prompt, and the price was hard to beat. I plan on using Pool Scouts to open my pool for the 2018 season as well.

The first visit was scheduled for 3 pm. The crew showed up at 4:45. They were in a hurry. They pulled the cover off dumping all of the water and debris into the pool, and on the surrounding deck. They left the cover and tubes in a heap and left. I made contact and said I would not pay the bill unless someone came and made it right. I didnt babysit, wish I had, so I dont know for sure that the cover is clean. It was rolled up and put in the bin I provided. The tubes that held it down were left filthy and wet. (I guess that wasnt included in cleaning of the cover) The bill included chemicals which I assume were put in, but the pool was NOT clean when they left, nor was the deck surrounding it. We had to backwash the pool THREE times to get all the crap out of it that they left behind! I spent an hour sweeping up all of the debris they left behind when they pulled the cover off the pool. I expected all of this to be done according to the postcard I received in the mail. Never using Pool Scouts again!
