Horrible management. We had the same tech for 3 years, Frank. After he left we have been extremely dissatisfied. The manager doesnt seem to know what she is doing. Just tells us what we want to hear with no follow up. I would not recommend this company.it is a shame because we were so happy with Frank but nobody can come close to his work and customer service.

Terrible customer service. They put in some pool lights for our home owners association and when we needed some of those lights replaced we never heard from them again. I called them for weeks and left messages with the secretary but never heard from them again.
