Awesome place and friendly staff. The studio is great filled with amazing art all around. Booking is easy, and they provide everything, the instructors are really friendly and the classes are fun! Definitely a place to hang out and do some art. No matter how complex it seems in the end irrespective of your level of experience in painting, you will end up doing a great job! I have been to this place alone and also with friends and I honestly enjoyed both the experiences. Thanks to the staff for making the place such a great experience!!!! Absolutely wonderful experience! The owner and the painting instructor were so nice and welcoming, there was never a moment I felt anything but appreciated. The instructor was patient and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job helping us all create our painting. I will be back and will tell everyone I know to give them a try!

This place is so fun! Went with 2 friends and we were all seated together. Masks were required and we felt very safe. Our instructor, Regan, was wonderful. She worked at our pace and was very open to any questions we had. We did our whole piece in blacklight which was really cool! You could bring your own snacks, and drinks from the bar were very reasonably priced. Great time! Id definitely do this again!

Ive been to Pinots Palette twice now - the first time as a team-building activity with my co-workers, and the second time with a friend. I enjoyed it thoroughly both times! The instructors were kind and patient, and made the mystical process of creating art highly enjoyable and not quite as scary as I thought it would be. Ill definitely be going back again and taking more friends.

We enjoyed a virtual painting session, everyone purchased their kits and I picked them up and delivered them. Then we watched the video and had so much fun painting together over video conference. For our first painting I chose Starry Night at the Lake. We broke it into 2 sessions since we paused the video a few times and since the paint needed to dry. Everyone said they wanted to do another and we were really pleased with how they turned out. And the instructor was entertaining not boring at all. We cant wait to do it again!And we did so another virtual paint session, we narrowed the choices down to 3 paintings and the majority chose, Rainy Pathway. At first halfway through we were all thinking our work was hideous, but at the end, even the person who lamented the most held hers up to the camera and it looked fabulous!!! Ive used my painting in the background of several virtual meetings and received tons of compliments. Most of all Im super happy that a girl with no talent could produce something Im proud of!

Quick date evening for me and the hubby. We’d been eyeing the place since we moved to Brier Creek and so glad we did! Our paintings turned out great, despite my husband being convinced he can’t “draw.” We will be booking again soon.

Best paint and wine place I’ve ever been to. I went by myself on Mother’s Day as a special treat to myself. The class was full by they went above and beyond to make room for me and made me feel super included (most others were couples or mother daughter groups). The teacher was exceptional and the environment was artsy and relaxing.

Loads of fun!! Instructors know their stuff! Everything is provided for you to enjoy a couple of creative hours getting in touch with your inner Picasso or Monet! The wine/beer and beverage counter is a nice touch, too! Happy Painting!

I was totally impressed with how well everything was set up for my pet painting and how professional the staff was. They helped with some of the more difficult parts - eyes and nose - and showed me how to create the fur. The end result was beautiful thanks to them. Following the lines on the canvas based on the picture I sent in made it easy to see what to paint. It was well organized and well done. I’ll be back to paint my other dog.

I have been coming to Pinot’s Palette in Brier Creek for years now! Carol and her artist teammates are phenomenal. They slow down if needed and help out if your piece isn’t coming out how you like! They take lots of pictures so you can save the memories! Having wine or beer there for purchase was always a favorite of mine!

It was a great first experience! My husband and I went for our anniversary and they even gifted us a $10 gift card for our next visit. The instructor was very helpful and nice, I believe his name was Rojo!

A fun easy experience at a great price. I have zero artistic ability so I was a little intimidated by the thought of trying to reproduce a painting in a room full of strangers. The availability of alcohol was honestly what convinced me I might be able to loosen up enough to do it. Turns out I didnt need it! There were two instructors running the class, one in front taking us step by step through the creation process and the other walking around refilling paints, offering to and encouragement, and assisting as needed. They really made the process easy and fun. My painting didnt come out looking exactly like the original but its clearly recognizable and Im happy with that. If youre a total beginner like me, I wouldnt recommend a photo-realistic painting night but any other night will offer you a chance to get outside your comfort zone and do something fun and creative. We will definitely be going back (but but on a photo-realistic night yet!)

I love painting but I dont keep paints, canvases, or brushes on hand and I hate the clean up. Pinots provided all the supplies and I got to just come in, sit down, and paint. My date followed the lesson while I did my own thing. It was great; lots of fun.

Attended a paint night here when Bob Ross was the feature. The instructor was a lot of fun and the set up for the painting provided plenty of room from the person next to you. The bar is a nice touch and the prices for drinks are reasonable considering that you cannot bring your own to this location. If you were planning to bring snacks here I might reconsider as there is only one designated snack area over to one side of the room and you dont really have time when you are painting anyway to walk over and get some.

Very friendly setting with friendly staff. The instructor for my evening was great at giving directions and tips for our portrait we painted that evening. Nice that they have a small bar for our having wine and other drinks, wished we were allowed to bring outside beverages. Small mixed snack assortment available so I would recommend bringing a little snack if youve had a lite meal prior. Planning to visit again!

Pinots Palette in Brier Creek is the absolutely BEST. I cant rave enough about this place because the experience was more than I or my team expected. I needed to book time for a team building activity and this place made the booking super easy. There werent any confusing fine print, extra fees for anything...it was simple simple simple. The location was so nice, paintings everywhere, a bar in the room, music, we were even able to have catering of our choice come in. All this for such an amazing price for a corporate team builder was ideal. Our paint instructor Sarah was patient with us (we were just all so excited), we were able to take a break several times to check out each others work and laugh and take pictures. Jo Anne Thank you again for EVERYTHING. My team cannot stop talking about the good time they had (we had people from London, Chicago and New York) at your location. They started their business meeting the next day talking about their time. lol I cannot wait to visit again! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK You.

We had a private paint party with a young man by the name of Phillip. Phillip was very informative,hands on and also helpful to those who needed his assistance. Phil was just great overall. But the only issue that we did have was with Ms. Carol she seemed very frustrated while the wine orders were being placed. Her tone and demeanor didnt sit to well with us. But other than that we had a good time.

My fiances parents gave us a experience there. Unfortunately my fiance fell Ill and wasnt able to attend but I went with her father and I must say, it was a very good experience. I personally dont drink wine but drink wise they had a good amount of other choices such as beer and different soda pops. The instructor was super friendly and the painting was gorgeous. My only complaint is that they go quite fast and as my first time I wasnt really ready for the pace, Im sure that if I go again it wont be as hard to keep up now that I know what too expect. The location sadly has very limited parking so if you come too late you have to walk a little distance.

The painting is fun. Some of the staff are absolutely lovely but a few are argumentative and abrasive. Definitely depends who you are with that night. Been a few times and have done multiple large groups. The large groups are better.

I have been to this location a couple of times now and am usually very pleased with the outcome. Always leaving with great works of art that look great in rooms. The biggest difference between this and a competitors is that this one does not have it already pre drawn for you. You have to do it yourself with the help of the instructor. It’s not as bad as it sounds it just brings out the creativity in you. Can usually show up about half an hour before the actual starting time. I would do this to get settled in before the painting begins. Then once there always in for some fun. It’s good for people who aren’t artistic too.The location is also great because it’s on the quieter side of BC. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to feel like Van Gogh or Picasso for a day.

I love coming here and making paintings. My girlfriends and I have a group called Peeps Who Paint and get together every month or so to do a painting; this has been our preferred spot for several months because they have a constantly changing calendar, kids programs, theme parties, etc. Plus the location is really convenient for all of us, and none of the other local paint and drink type places have that going for them!

My wife and I had a great date night here. The experience definitely challenged my limited artistic skills, but the instructors did a great job of explaining things, and the three-hour class flew by. I ended up with a great-looking painting too.

Rubbish experience yesterday! First time, too! My wife, along with her friend from work, went, arrived for the 10:30am entrance for the 11am session. We were directed, via email, to arrive 1/2 hour prior to session beginning. Woman who greeted us seemed surprised and said that session begins at 11, not 10:30. The self-guided painting pages offered ranged from interesting to MEH.I finally settled on a silhouette of a bear against the moon in a starry sky. At first the artist assigned to our room couldnt even find the picture to use for reference! And then when she did, it had been done on a small 4x4 canvas, which is what the instructions were geared towards, not an 11x14 canvas, which is what I was given! End result: the painting was a disappointment!As far as customer service, i give them a 1 out of 10. The artist assigned to us treated us as if we were guests that were tolerated, not welcomed. When asking her for paints or posing questions, we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing her!Oh, and drinks.. So, one of the aspects to Pinots that stands out from the other painting studios is they offered wine and/or beer for purchase. However, we were there **2 HOURS** before being offered anything to drink! Not good!Overall, this was a bland, rubbish impression to make first time round! All of three of us have concluded that we will not be back to Pinots Palette, nor will we recommend! #failfailfail!

We went here for my birthday, a girlfriend and I, and absolutely loved it. Definitely considering this for a date night for my husband and I. They are friendly and walk you through step by step so that you end up with a beautiful painting with flair of your own.

I had a terrible experience here on Sunday 18Feb2018. The info online had said to come 30 minutes before our scheduled time; my friends and I followed this instruction but when we arrived, rather than being welcomed we were scolded and told we dont open until 11. We attended the session where you select a painting and go at it alone; the website indicates that their instructors will guide you if you are stuck, this is not true. Our artist was very disinterested in us, she spent a lot of time staring at her cell phone and painting her own picture. About two hours after we arrived someone else asked if we wanted to order a drink; quite late in our visit. So over all the staff seemed to regard us as an inconvenience, we did not feel welcome and we were not pleased.

This my second time here. 1st time was good, but this second time was not great. We had a private party and I thought that the instructor was not super enjoyable. She did not really engage with our group and often would move forward in the lesson without communicating with the group. Most of us left that evening feeling a little dissapointed.

I loved it! The instructor was very nice and helpful. The painting experience was excellent! I will definitely revisit this place!

I liked enjoyed my experience with one of the painting events here. I went to the starry night with the wooden boat event and the painting turned out great- mind you Im not an artist at all but the techniques that they showed us allowed our paintings to look like a professional and the colors were very vibrant and not dull, plus its a fun activity to do with friends and family if youre looking for something fun to do on the weekends! The only downfall was that its not in the brier creek area that im used to so( Ross, Kohls, Bath and body) it was a little hard to find at night. Everyone should check this place out- you wont be disappointed!
