Ive worked with CE before for many events, but none as special to me as my recent wedding. We had planned for a large hotel ballroom celebration and picked out the perfect rentals with the CE team, however, had to change our plans due to the pandemic. With less than a month prior to the big day, they helped us re-work all of our rentals to fit an intimate dinner reception at a local restaurant. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail were crucial in helping us pivot our plans so seamlessly.In addition to their top-notch service, their wide variety of rental options to select from is impressive. It is clear why CE Rental is the go-to place for wedding industry professionals in the area. As always, I look forward to our next event when we are able to work with their team!

Had a great time looking at linens for my wedding. I had to schedule a 30min session on my work lunch break. They were happy to work with me on times. Selection was great. I am only docking a star because they did not have a complete set of the green cut glass goblets... only the clear glass. I loved the green, but didn’t want my table to clash and ended up with the clear glass and country blue print. As a wedding planner in the Raleigh area, CE Rental is my go-to for weddings and special events. They have a beautiful selection of high-quality linens, plates, flatware and glassware. They are constantly adding to their inventory - which makes it so fun to work and design with them!Their staff is just lovely as well! I am not sure where to begin, I guess to start, I need to thank a few of CE’s most amazing staff. From our first call to final pick up, they have truly been amazing.A huge should out to Daniel, who always answered within hours at the most, even on Sundays. He never gave up on us and made sure we had everything we needed.Marie, who did not relent until all issues were resolved. Who came to the venue, 4 hours way from her work, before even booking the event just to make sure it was all possible.Maybe I should have started by mentioning that I am a wedding planner and have been for over 13 wonderful wedding seasons. I have dealt with multiple rental companies and can not say enough about CE.This was my Cousin’s wedding, needless to say, quite near and dear to my heart, not only family, but at my venue with my staff and my catering. It was so very important that everything be perfect.The tent company we had hired dropped the ball, they delivered the wrong tent, a day late and 5 hours from their warehouse. They cowardly gave up and left without saying a word when we said we would not accept that tent. This caused as you can imagine quite a bit of drama, on a level I had never experienced before.Marie and Daniel stayed up with me on the phone, text and email until 11 PM that night trying to figure out a solution. Then again calls started at 5 AM the next day.Needless to say, October, in the High Country after Michael would have been disastrous without a tent and walls, they delivered. The high that day was 57 and low was 40. I cannot even begin to imagine how this would have all unfolded without Daniel and Marie’s help.Another special thank you to Cole, Jimmy, Jared, Greg and Fred, who came 4 times doing a 7 hour round trip to set up. They again stayed till 11 PM or later multiple nights and where on the road so very early, I am amazed at the dedication and camaraderie these guys showed. They really help keep the edge off during the process.Between the weather, the drama, the wrong tent, the new tent, the forgotten farm table, they persevered and helped me and my staff deliver the very best wedding I ever could have ever hoped for.Many thanks guys, again, I am not sure how to express my gratitude! You have something truly special at CE, never loose that kind of customer service, it is what makes you most amazing and what will make me come back again, this time using your tents and a lot less head ache 😊

Everything we rented from CE was absolutely beautiful! They had an amazing selection of linens and table settings and were very responsive to all of my questions. The quality of everything, product and service, was amazing. Their website was pretty easy to look through, they were and they were able to send swatches of their linens which was great because I could not go see them in person!

Came from TN to assist my Grandsons Bday party...Paid in full...Ordered 4 tables and 25 chairs for pick up and the State mandated parties could not house over 10 people. Party had to be canceled. CE Rental refused to give me 50%. Not Kool...👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾No disputes the claim of Chairs and tables we ready for pick up...and cancelation occurred the day of pick...I did not ask for a full refund.. Yet, its understood of the restocking fee..The 50% refund should have been honored none the less...Its related to future customers to be aware. I spoke with Rachel placing the order and this information was not disclosed at purchase...I was not advised. The Rep Sarah called saying 50% refund had to be done in a 72 hr...Contract says with a 48 hr...BAD BUSINESS....

CE Rentals was wonderful to work with for our daughters wedding. Anything you might need, they can provide. Very patient and professional service. The wedding venue was not one that normally hosts weddings so the conference room had to be beautified. CE Rentals drapped yards and yards and yards of fabric along the walls to give the room an elegant and romantic atmosphere. They even dropped three banners of fabric on the ceiling rafters and strung the little white lights.We had to rent everything from chairs, linens and tableware.Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend their services.

Meghan from CE Rentals was fantastic to work with! She made the process of picking everything out clear and easy. We had a few changes in the last month or so and it was incredible simple to make those adjustments. We rented tables, chairs, plates, silverware, glassware, napkins, and linens. They have such a huge variety of options that you can truly customize everything to be just the way you want it. All of the rentals were of such high quality and really added a level of elegance to our space. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I are so impressed with CE Rentals! We have not yet had our wedding, but if their delivery and day-of service is anything like our experience leading up to then, we will be so happy! We had Sarah help us as we chose our linens and we were so impressed with her happy and helpful demeanor! She gave us enough space to discuss and look through everything ourselves without “hovering”, yet she was so helpful and available to answer questions. She was so fun!! CE Rentals has laid out their system well and efficiently and it made our experience joyful and a relief, instead of a task we were required to do. I couldn’t be more impressed with the company or the people who are a part of it! From scheduling the appointment, to everything after it, I loved working with CE Rentals. Highly recommend.

We had a two day wedding event in Raleigh in early October, and CE Rentals service was exactly what we needed. We worked with Daniel when we got started about 8 months in advance. He was great support in our planning - patient, informative, pressure-free.  And he continued working with us as we nailed down the decisions and details in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding weekend - always enthusiastic, calm, guiding, and easy to work with.  In the days before and the day of the wedding Daniel and CE were great - professional, organized, responsive!  After the events were over, we found out that there was a small problem with the delivery, but Daniel worked seamlessly and behind the scenes with the wedding coordinator and solved the problem without us having to get involved or even know about it.  And on top of that, he went ahead and discounted the delivery fee due to the error!  A very nice gesture that left us with nothing but positive feelings about CE Rental and Daniel. Given that CE Rental was very competitive in their pricing, combined with the service from Daniel made it easy for us to give them a 5-star rating.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The showroom has some very nice placements already set up to help with ideas. There is a blank table to help you create your own table setting. While all of this is very important and good with deciding your event details, however, when planning an event on a conservative budget this is an expensive option even when choosing the lower end items. I can purchase a very elegant plastic table setting for less than a third of the price for 150 guests instead of paying $1400 for porcelain plates/glass drinkware/stainless steel utensils table setting without sacrificing style for my event. This estimate didnt include table cloths, chargers or anything extra. It was just for dinner plate, dessert plate, drinking glass, champagne glasses, utensils, napkins, and delivery. While this may be considered cheap by some, for many on a tight budget this is extravagant.The way to avoid having it going to the landfill is having the caterers pickup all table items. After wiping off food place the plates, utensils, cups in a large bucket with water. This will prevent food from sticking to the plates making cleanup easier when washing them. To me, on a tight budget this extra work is worth saving $1000 especially if you have extra hands to help. In addition, I wont have to worry about replacing any broken dishes if I rent them.Again, the staff was really nice, helpful, and patient. This is just out of my price range.

We have used Classic Party Rentals to provide all the equipment necessary to decorate our house for our holiday party for the past eleven years. We entertain over 140 guests. They provide excellent service, deliveries on time by personnel who are very capable and pleasant. They are responsive to our needs and are quick to respond to any of our calls. Its helpful to be able to see table designs and chair and linen combinations as we plan for events. I have always received great service and attention. John was very helpful with us as we worked out details for our Harvest Festival in downtown Clayton. We used Classic Party Rentals for our 50x50 tent, tables, chairs, fencing and their team went out of their way to help us attach a banner to the tent. So so upset with the service I have received from my sales rep, Katie Hedman through CE Rentals. I am getting married in April at Forest Hall at Chatham Mills. I reached out in hopes to have 9 wooden beams at the venue wrapped with lights and/or white fabric. I sent my initial website inquiry on August 26, and received an email from Katie on August 28th wanting more information. I responded immediately with the given information, where then Katie said she is waiting to hear from my venue owner to see how many strands of lights that would be needed. Come September 3rd, which is six days later, I reached out to Katie so see if she had an answer for me. She responded the next day, September 4th, to say that a member of their team will be going out there to get specific dimensions and measurements. Then comes September 17th, when I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A PRICE QUOTE. I send an email back to Katie, and CC(ed) my venue owner on the email to see if I can finally get my price quote. And here we are today, September 24th, almost a month later with still no price quote. Im extremely disappointed. I have heard so many amazing things about this company, and seen so many beautiful photos of their work at weddings and events. If they wanted to have earned my business, I would have gotten the information I needed in a much more timely manner.

This is the second time Ive had issues with this company. There is a young lady who works there by the name of Andrea aka Andie, she is very RUDE and unconsidered of the customers. The first time was the day before my wedding I spent $1,200 when we arrived to pick up our dishes and other items Andie walks over in full laughter stating Oh, yeah all of the dishes you ordered were broken yesterday! Due to the fact that my wedding was the next day I did not have time to find and new company and had to settle with ugly basic dishes. Then, this past Friday I had been speaking with Andie since Thursday about an order of items for a banquet for our pastor who is also a Cancer survivor I explained to Andie that I was having tech issues and was not able to print and sign the contract but I was on my way into the office also I offered her the payment over the phone and she stated no problem just come on it by 5pm. With it being 5 minutes until 5pm I called and spoke with Andie letting her know that I was in route and that I was on 1 minute away sitting at the stop light her reply was again full laughter saying Oh, Im sorry but I am ready to go home just like our other employee, so the the contract is now voided the hung up the phone in both myself and my mothers ear still laughing. As we drove up it was two minutes until 5pm and she locked the door in our face. But DeeJays rental really came through for us on 6/4/16. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company because the young lady Andie is not professional at all. The one star is for answering the phone.

Failed to deliver items for my daughters wedding...DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! The lighted arch and other items were to be delivered and set up by 11am for the 5pm ceremony. After not hearing from them by 12:30 we began to contact them by phone and only got a voice message saying they were closed. At 3pm I received a phone call with them telling me...Im sorry but we cant deliver the items for your daughters wedding today. Their reason: we have too many deliveries and not enough people on staff. The bill was paid in full with a promise of delivery, THEY WERE A NO SHOW! PLEASE run in the opposite direction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
