The my little farm bounce-house was more then I ever imagine out of a bounce-house! It was interactive and the kids loved it!They delivered on time (early even!) and were thorough in making sure we knew how it worked and safety precautions. They were quick to set up and tear down and very responsive before and during the event. We will absolutely have them back for our next kids party!

Awesome company to work with! We hired Interactive Playgrounds to bring games to a corporate event and they were a total hit! Who says inflatables are just for kids? Franklin was so great to work with, helped me pick out cool activities and made setup/breakdown a breeze. 10/10 would use again!

We rented the Hippo Chow Down inflatable game for a pandemic birthday party - lots of fun for kids & adults. Very easy to schedule & pay, Galen answered all of my questions, team of two did setup & tear down very quickly. I would definitely recommend!

Very pleased with the communication of this company. Franklin did a great job in making sure that everything was set, even with some last minute bad weather. The battle game that was rented was setup on time, cleanly and quickly. The attendant was great, very funny and did really well with the kids. We are very pleased and will definitely do more with this company in the future. Remember, this is a service company, you pay a little more but you it is night and day difference between these guys and their cheaper competition.

We have used Interactive Playgrounds at 3 or 4 different events at our brewery, and we love working with them. They have been a reliable vendor that is very easy to work with. Their upfront process is straightforward, their drivers are courteous and efficient, and they are just generally pleasant to work with. Interactive Playgrounds has a large catalogue of games you can rent at rates that I think are reasonable.

We used Interactive Playgrounds for a school event and were very happy with them. Their carnival games and inflatables were of great quality and their staff was friendly. Their response time was quick and they always answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

We love working with Franklin and Interactive Playgrounds for our annual summer kickoff. The staff sets up our bouncy obstacle course quickly and, last year, were able to move the setup indoors due to rain. They help us select the best attraction and also help with monitoring and their prices are always reasonable.

They provided us with great service. We had a issue with one of the blowers, called them up and they were there to fix it within 15 minutes. We will definitely be using them again.

Franklin was a tremendous help during the whole ordering process! What really helped us out was his great deal on a generator to power the Sports Obstacle Course. The event we had, Love South Durham Festival, was held at an older elementary school and power was an issue for us. The logistics and price to rent a generator on our own was too difficult. Thanks, Franklin! Matt came to set up the attraction and was very professional and really made the process and our event top notch! Give that guy a raise! Matt represents Interactive Playgrounds in the best way possible! The attraction was a hit at our event. I felt very comfortable and proud to display it for all the families to use. They arrived exactly when they said they would and took care of everything from start to finish. There was no pressure on me to provide man-power to help with the set up or tear down. They even provided a little extra gasoline in the event the generator used it up too quickly. I give them 5 stars because of the overall value of what you buy. Great job, and we will be using Interactive Playgrounds again!

I spoke with four people during the planning and execution of our event and all were super people. They were informative and so helpuful in every aspect. They are very professional both when developing the contract and on site when setting up and breaking down the attractions. Our experience has been very consistent and positive. We used Interactive Playgrounds for our Halloween block party last year and they were a great company to work with. For starters, their website is easy to navigate and has videos of the inflatables in use, which is great when trying to get an idea of what to rent. For our event, they were on time, set up quickly, and came back that night to take everything down. I would definitely recommend using this company, and hope to use them again this year for Halloween!

We rented 3 large inflatable challenges - the Big Baller, the Meltdown and the Lagoon of Doom (log roll). All three elements were loved. The lines waiting to try them and the spectators enjoying just watching were incredible! The crews captain was great, professional and easy to work with. The set up team arrived on time, set up quickly and adjusted as needed per location. We will hire this company again next year!

We used Interactive Playgrounds for a late night event at our school. The staff was friendly and amazing, our students had an excellent time! They arrived early to set up quickly and break down and clean up was just as quick and efficient. We will continue to use Interactive Playgrounds and I would recommend them 100%

We work almost exclusively with Interactive playgrounds as our vendor of choice for events large and small. They are the most reasonable and accommodating group I have dealt with thus far. I have had to make last minute requests and changes which they have had worked with. In addition they are timely and staffed to meet our event demands. Delivery truck was 5 min early - fantasic! Showed me what I needed to know for the dunk tank and arrived promptly at 8:30pm for pick-up. Could not have asked for anything better!

The inflatables aren’t great.But they are good with children.Went to a event they did.Couldn’t decide what to rate so a decided on 3 the staff was good.But newer equipment could be good.

I have worked with Interactive Playgrounds now for over 10 years. They have been my go to company for inflatables, rides and carnival type games through my work in campus activities at NC State, Duke University and as part of the Apex Peakfest Commission. I HIGHLY recommend them because of their professionalism, concern for safety, and customer service.

Stay away. After responding inaccurately to my facebook review, they deleted it and reported me to facebook. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! At a kids event, we were in line well before the end time of 5 pm, and at no time did anyone warn those in line that they might not get to ride. We were abruptly turned away after a long wait. Left my kids crying and puffy eyed for the rest of the night - still upset about it 3 days later. A smarter choice for them would have been to 1) shut down the line well before 5pm or 2) let everyone who had been in line before 5 pm ride. Instead, they chose to leave many kids quite upset with unmet expectations.

Extremely poor customer service, bad communication, and an apathetic attitude on the part of staff, who pretty much ruined my kids day. Not recommended!!
