This place is amazing! I went there for a birthday party. The staff were wonderful. They do everything for you. They set up the party while you play with your kids. Everyone gets to jump for 2hrs. It was clean and safe all adults had masks on. It was really fun. I might use them for my daughters birthday next year!

Although my kid had a blast, the SERVICE was horrible! No, one explained anything I was clueless the entire time. When I arrived (5min before my party time), the previous party was just letting out and there was NO parking. My guest had to park around the building and as I waited in the car for a parking spot, the staff started the party without me. The helper was no help AT ALL and was no where to be found when needed. When it was time to rotate rooms, they yelled aggressively at the kids and guest. My ballons were popped without asking if I wanted to keep them (and I did want them), no table clothes were provided, I had to serve my guest their pizza, gather everyone to sing happy birthday, cut and serve the cake. I basically was my own host! The owner was rude and inconsiderate to people patronizing her business. When you spend the amount of money they ask at this venue, you expect great service. I did not get that service and I left dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place to no one. My experience was horrible!

Had my son 3rd birthday party here. The staff and owner were all very friendly and tentative to any request we made and communicated effectively how the party will flow, food, time in the play room etc. The kids all has a great time. I even got a chance to enjoy some bounce house fun racing with my sister. My guest were all pleased with the Somosas we ordered for the adults. The environment was welcoming and fun. Would definitely recommend. I believe they only have private parties on the weekends and open to the public during the week days. We purchased the Ultimate birthday package which was good enough for us. We just brought a fruit tray, bottles of water and cake. The staff handled the rest.

We had never been here before. We were looking to have our sons 5th birthday here. Kelly the owner was great. She showed us around her newly renovated spaces and all new bouncies including a new attraction for little ones. She went over everything they offer and how the parties flow from one room to another. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. She was very helpful in any areas of planning I was not sure of, she made it a little less stressful, and our 3 kids had loads of fun at there open play day. Our soon to be 5yr cant wait to have his birthday here soon. Love Love Love

My kids had a great time here. They took immediately to the bounce houses and they are normally pretty shy around new things. They staff was great too, just visible enough to ensure safety by hidden enough to still have fun.

We got to use 2 out of the 3 rooms, the kids had so much fun! Make sure to get your reservations online! They are covid conscious and have limited openings! I only got pictures of the bouncy room, we were just having so much fun. Since there werent many people, I got to play with my kids and help them in all the activities and obstacle courses, 💞 we will be back soon!

On Fathers day we were able to reserved a spot on their website for jump for 11:30 to 1:30pm upon arrival at the location we learned it was closed. Imagine the disappointment of my 5yoa and 2yoa. Weve called before leaving the house and go no answer. However the website shows that the business was open and we could reserved a time slot and paid up front. Very disappointing and very unprofessional business practice.

Lots of fun, well designed for parties. Time in one big room with lots of inflated attractions, and then you move into a new room with totally different inflated attractions. Most attractions even allow adults (there were only a few that were kids only). Lots of fun inside (so you dont have to worry about the weather).

Came here for a birthday party. What a great time. I cant wait to bring my daughter back. They take care of everything for you, plus the rooms were separated to feel like a private party.

My family, friends and I attended for my grandsons 2nd bday celebration. The staff was friendly and the management was awesome. We arrived around 12:00 for our 2 hours of enjoyment. Prior to playing, I sprayed down the shoe shelter and benches. I also sprayed down all attendees, including myself. The staff assured me that all was sanitizer prior to each event.Once we were done with our play time, we were removed from the two private structure areas to the dining area. But, to my/our dismay I noticed that the staff had immediately let another party in, right behind our party. There was no clean up or sanitizing done. This horrified me because this family stepped right into our potential harm. So unacceptable during these times. It also made me wonder if the structures were throughly cleaned (if cleaned at all) prior to our arrival.Next, I was very disappointed with the quality of the pizza. It was cold and rubbery. For the price that we paid ($300), I wouldve expected much better.I do hope that after this review, the staff will do better. The lay area is nice and the staff is friendly but, no substitute for health safety.

Been coming here for a while. Love this place. They are renovating and we love the new additions. They are doing a great job at spacing people out during COVID with pre-registration and limited amount of people per session.

Great place on a rainy day for kids to get some energy out. Two rooms with 4 bounce house in each and an air hockey table in each room. It was not very crowded when I was there. My boys 5 and 2 had fun. Pretty clean and the bounce houses looked pretty clean and in good condition.

One of the most popular places for kids to go and have safe and tested fun. If you dont want have a great time and plenty of fun in a very safe environment this is not the place for you. Your kids will always remember the great time they had.

I went here for a camp field trip and it was actually good and in the last room there is a big mountain not literally but kinda. It was CHAOS!!!!!!!! we were fighting over who gets the top of the mountain and it was fun!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets just say it was a free for all and who was gonna be the alpha male lol. I wish i can go back in time and re live that moment again.

This place is so amazing. I found it online and i would have never found it otherwise. The staff is excellent. The facility is very clean. The service is the best. They help you load and unload your car, they will help set up your party room, and take care of the clean up. I would recommend for anyone looking for a party for their kids and they also have events for the kids.

I wish I didnt have to give a bad review but Im giving my honest experience. My children had a great time at a Birthday party we were invited to, However an entire bag of clothing ended up being stolen from the family we gave it to. They told us there were cameras and they would investigate but we have yet to hear from them. Its been well over 2 weeks and we have heard nothing from the staff or the owner. Very unacceptable. Be careful!!Follow up: the package was delivered personally by the owner. Took over 2 weeks but it got done.

Really needs a good cleaning, holes are patched with tape. Paying over 200$ for a party I expect it to be clean and updated. Really felt like I was being rushed. Some of the party things I provide didnt even get used. I brought a cake and cupcakes and the cake was never cut, they took it upon themselves to only serve the cupcakes. I provided everything for this party, they didnt provide anything but the space. If it wasnt so cold outside it would have been cheaper to do it in my own backyard

Awesome place for my four year old nephews birthday party. Multiple bounce rooms and reception areas. When the kids started getting burned out on the bounce apparatus in the initial room, the attentive employees herded them to the next room! Seemed very safe and the staff was available to assist in all aspects of pulling off a 4 year old birthday party with very little headache. Thanks Pump it up!

Pump it up is a place where families and friends can get together to socialize and fun. They host birthday parties for kids and they are very good in that.. they separate play area and party rooms. Play area have many air filled jump areas for kids and it is big fun for them... In party area they do cake cutting and also serve snacks to guests. A big thumbs up to pump it up team.

AMAZING! I would give more stars if I could. My daughters birthday was so perfect and the staff is the best! WELL WORTH the money! Plan to do it again next year!

Pump It Up helped make my daughter’s birthday party a fun, organized and stress-free celebration! The staff was attentive, organized and super friendly. It’s a fun, safe and clean environment which allows parents to relax while their kids are having a blast! The rooms are huge and private which is definitely a big plus! We will definitely have more parties here in the future.

A really great birthday venue. The people there worked hard to make sure it ran smoothly, and the kids loved it. Moving from one room to another is a brilliant way to move along parties but also increase the fun.

I booked this venue in November for a party in January. Paid on the spot. 3.5 weeks later, I received a call saying there was a glitch in the system and they cant accommodate our party. Gave us options that are either too early or too late. Maybe this is a great place for a birthday party but it is clearly poorly managed if it takes this long to find an error.

My son Jaxson is a regular here. Its never too busy. Natalie is amazing! She always makes my little guy feel special. Cant wait for them to add on.

This place is awesome for the type of event for small children and the set up its nice and very affordable. The location is tucked away but not to hard to find. Perfect for large private events.

Terrible timing by staff for Birthday party. We were asked ahead of time if you would like to open presents here or take them home. We stated we wanted to open them there, since we had family from out of town, that would like to see their gifts opened. Well after cake, the entire party sat around for 15- 20 minutes doing nothing, as the staff cleaned up plates to rush us out. I finally asked the party pro about opening gifts. She said surprisingly oh yea, let me get them. (She obviously forgot)At this point we only had 10- 15 minutes to open gifts, and was told he could only open 2 or 3 gifts because of timing. I went to the front desk where I was told if we go over time, we will be charged. Needless to say we ended up opening gifts in the parkng lot for our out of town family. Totally disappointed in the staffs time management as well as the front desk attitude when asked about this. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES!!!! Sat. November 3rd. 2:20 party!

Its fun for kids

Went there for a birthday party for my sons classmate. They usher you in to one of the arenas full of bouncy houses and then close the door. For the next 45 minutes your kid wears them self out. Next they call all the kids to line up. All the parents were thinking “ cool I guess it is cake time.” Nope another 30 minutes for your kids to play in a different arena with different bouncy houses.My kid is going to sleep the best tonight.

My son has attended several birthday parties here and everybody has a great time, every time. The staff - mostly high school/college students from what Ive seen - is very friendly and keeps everything organized. There are two big rooms with lots of inflatables and air hockey tables. Its not very obvious from the road, but the location is very convenient to 40, 540, and 7- right near Brier Creek.

Kids always have fun here. Wish their pizza was a little better, but the parents night out is always great, and never wants to leave. Great staff that seem to enjoy having fun with the kids and making sure they all have a good time

We have 4 children and have had birthdays all over this city. This is by far the best birthday celebration there is. From the staff, the place, the bounce houses, and the overall experience, saying it is unmatched does not do it justice, it is by far the best place in this city. I would encourage every parent to celebrate your childrens birthdays here. You will not be disappointed. Our 6 year old (the birthday boy) said he wants every birthday here, our 4 year old daughter asked if she could have her next birthday here, our 2 year old was overjoyed and didnt want to leave, and our 9 month old just loved it all. Dont miss it!!! You will regret it if you go anywhere else.

If you are throwing a birthday party for kids 3+ then this is the spot!Came for a birthday party hosted by another family and enjoyed myself. They have this party thing down to a science! Your party members gather in the front to sign waivers and wait. They will provide a bucket for guest to drop gifts. After watching a safety video they take you to the first jump area, then the next and then to your party room.You dont feel rushed and can truly enjoy yourself! Will be hosting a birthday party here soon!

Pump it up was not too bad ... nothing super spectacular. The selection of inflatables was suitable, but my youngster got bored after about 30 minutes ... luckily she met a new friend which made it a bit more exciting. I got the feelings the inflatables were a little on the older side. And be careful with the slides, they are super FAST! I thought my 3 year was going to slide right off, I think it caught her off guard as she didnt want to do the slides anymore, LOL. The staff was extra friendly which makes a difference.

We had a birthday party for our daughter today at this location. We had opted for the ultimate package hoping they would do it right. It started out okay, but soon became a total disappointment. The pizzas that were ordered never came in on time. They just had 3 pizzas out of the 7 pizzas ordered come in just 10 min prior to the end of the party slot, almost 45 minutes late. Even those were not all the correct toppings. Due to the delay, most guests left without food, which is terrible. Even though the pizzas never came on time, they still needed the party room for the next group. After talking to the manager, he allowed playtime, but it was too late for most of the guests. Some guests stayed over, and the pizzas finally arrived after another 1 hr delay, again with incorrect toppings on all but 2 of them. The balloons were also not the colors I asked for.In short, it was a terrible experience and shows the poor management. While they didnt charge us for the pizzas, it is still not acceptable. The evening was ruined and we were dissatisfied with the whole situation. The management is totally not capable of handling any emergencies as in our case. They have had the pizza delivery issue for the group prior to us as well. They could have taken contingency measures and ordered pizzas elsewhere once they knew about the delay, but they didnt. They didnt inform us until it was time for the pizza at the party, giving us no choice for an alternative.The staff helping during the cake cut were good and helpful, but the management is just inexperienced.If you want to have a party with good experience, this is not your location. I would NOT recommend Pump It Up.

We went for open gym. Love that you typically have use of all the bounce houses throughout both rooms, helps keeps the kids occupied longer. Enjoy that the parents are allowed in with younger children.

Had a birthday party for my kid, kids enjoyed a lot and place is clean.they did organize it well. Never purchase the Photos package as the quality of the pictures is really bad. we ordered the balloons and they got them ready late. Finally they were not able to accept my gift cards as their system seems to have problem.

Went here for my nephews birthday party. Everything was great until the host informed us that he could only open 3 gifts because of the time. We sat with nothing to do for 15 minutes while they cleaned up. His gifts werent even in the room. When asked, they stated they would have to charge extra if his party ran over. It was sad to see a 3 year old have to take a bag of unopened gifts home with him. Bad time management on the staffs part.

Nice on the weekdays, not as many people. The bouncing facilities were nice enough, several bouncing areas for children to choose from, along with 2 air hockey tables. However, the bathrooms were truly disgusting. No ventilation, reeked of vomit and illness, generally unclean and either no toilet paper or just a naked roll set on top of the toilet.Kids seem to enjoy it. Take hand sanitizer and wet wipes with you.

Dont bother going to Toddler Time if you have a rambunctious toddler. The whole reason I tried it was to let my 2 year old go wild in the play area and it was one hour of the kids being stuck in a classroom. Good for some toddlers maybe, but not mine. Just skip it and do open play.

Great place, but they really need open play time. I know the moneys in birthday parties and they have a lot of them. But theres essentially no option to walk in. Sad for those of us that want our kids to go more than once a year or so.

We visited for a birthday party. The staff was efficient and kept the party moving. The kids had enough stimulation that they never seemed to get bored. We were shuttled into various rooms, which gave the kids plenty to do and kept the play fresh. By the time we were moved into the room for food and drink, the kids were hungry and ready for a break. It exceeded ny expectations!

Recently had a party for my sons 7th Birthday and he had a blast. It was late (started at 7pm) and the staff seemed like they were ready to go home when we got there. To their credit I was 6 minutes late trying to make sure my son had all of his family there. They made sure to whisper about it while I was checking in and when I asked if there was a problem, Natalie said the host has not shown up...Natalie I am the host. Tones changed but they still did not know which way was up. I didnt know we would be moved from one room to another but that was fine. Staff made sure to collect the birthday items. It was helpful to not have to carry the items back and forth. I paid to have pictures taken, the guy with the camera never spoke to me, snapped random pictures and they were blurry when sent to me. DID NOT GET ONE PIC OF ME WITH MY SON? They looked great on the slideshow but I didnt get to see the whole show because there was a lot going on. We didnt get to open gifts and were rushed out, 10 minutes before the party was scheduled to end. My daughter wants her 6th bday (in November) here and I refuse to spend any more money to be treated like an inconvenience. My advice to pump it up, dont have late parties because the staff does not seem to want to do it.

Went for my best friends son birthday party. My kids had a ball but its no jumpys. Mostly slides.

Visited first time for a birthday party. Pump it team organized it very well, stage by stage. Place was good and kids enjoyed it. Some cons- inflator are kind of old but works well, food is not great. But places like this you cant expect a good food.

My sons shoes were stolen while were playing there. My son had fun but we were out $30 for a new pair of shoes. I asked that the owner review security footage but no one bothered to call me back. Would not play here again.

Went to Pump It Up for a birthday party and all had a great time. There are two seperate rooms with inflatables and both have a corner for those too little to play on the inflatables. Kids and adults can play and we did, everyone enjoyed themselves. There were obstacle courses, slides, basketball and areas to simply bounce. For birthdays the staff go around and take pictures, everyone gets a little over 30m in each room and there are several party rooms. While eating cake and ice cream we got to watch a slideshow of the pictures taken by staff. That was a nice touch, not sure if the host gets the pictures or not, hope so. Overall its a place to have lots of fun!

Was here for a birthday party. They really have a great system and run it well. The kids love the bouncy houses and there is good variety. Plus its closed to the public during parties ibn the weekend, so you dont feel crowded.

Been here twice for birthday parties. For the parties, they do a great job rotating the party through a couple of play areas and then to a room for eating and cake. The staff is friendly and seem to enjoy their work. WARNING: this can be a parents hell. It came become extremely loud and cause headaches ... take your favorite OTC meds before entering. I will say they do have a parents corner in each of the play areas. So you can get some sanity if needed.

They do kids birthday parties here. They have 2 or 3 big rooms filled with different inflatable things (bounce house, slides, obstacle course, ball games) and theyll move your group through them like a progressive dinner party. Maybe an hour in each room, ending in a room with tables where youll eat lunch and cake.I have no clue what that costs, but it works pretty well.
