I ordered the Package deal.. I was told by Todd That I Would Have a Bouncy House Elmo and a magic show for My Little Girls birthday.. I spoke with him the day before to confirm our event as well as the day of the event. He called at the time he was supposed to show up and told me that he had a blow out on the highway on the way to me. Need less to say he never showed up nor did he answer the phone after I called him multiple times.. My Daughters Party Was RUINED and I Didnt Even Get a Simple apology. THERE WAS NO ENTERTAINMENT AT THE PARTY FOR THE KIDS NOTHING. I was very upset and disappointed. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES OR RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE USE IT. I RATE THEIR SERVICE. -0

Todd was phenonminal!! Even though I was unable to pay the deposit over the phone he showed up to my event on time. He delivered everything in the package deal as promised. He even asked to help me assist the party. I will refer all I know that looking entertainment to you. Thanks again

Its funny how you stated that I never paid the deposit but you didnt dispute that I called You and set up the event as well as You Calling Me The Day Of The Event Stating That You Were On The Way to The Event but Was Delayed.. I set up the event because I could afford to and I also asked if you needed a deposit the original day I booked you because I was ready to pay it over the phone you said no need for a deposit because it was short notice and you wouldnt be able to go thru the normal process .whatever that was. You asked that I pay you when you arrived. Which you never did after calling and saying you was on the way...why would say you was coming to the event if you felt you hadnt been compensated properly.. Money was never an issue your Absence and UnProfessionalism was The Issue. Instead of you coming on here defending yourself your should have been man enough to call and apologize for How you carried your self in this professional situation. All in all Thanks For Nothing.
