Ive been going to tire guys since the 90s back when Frank ran it they have came a very long way and I would encourage anybody who need a tire brand new or used wheel alignment or just total drive diagnostics thats your place five star

On May 19, 2021, I went to go get my tires rotated, and during the rotation, a weight fell off one of the tires causing the tire to be out of balance. When I purchased my tires, I was told free rotation for the life of the tires. So a simple fix cost me $17, for a mistake that was made due to work they performed on the car. Eric was unprofessional and uncaring about the situation. If you purchase a set of tires and get free lifetime rotation, just know that the balancing is not included. The technicians seemed more concerned about the situation than the management. After this set of tires and the bad experience with management, I will take my business to someone who appreciates me as a customer.

I had trouble locating used tires for my truck. Tried around and then called these guys last. The man who answered the phone said that they were hard to fine tires, and asked me had I considered new? He then quoted me the price for new tires. The price he quoted me was $20 per tire less than what I get a get it at Walmart for, and it included mounting balancing tire disposal and taxes. Almost $100 cheaper. I wasn’t far away and drove over there knowing they were about to close. The man waved me in with the Percision of a drill sergeant, and the personality of one too. Don’t get me wrong, he wasn’t rude or anything he was just all about getting the business done. I pulled in at 5:10 PM, and I was in my truck and driving out the driveway at 5:39 PM. They have a nice set of tables outside for waiting, and in cooler or inclement weather they have a waiting room upfront. They will even provide you with bottled water if you want. I’ve always gone to Murray’s and been extremely satisfied with the service there. This place is definitely better priced and the property is much cleaner and modern. I highly recommend this place, and I have gone to Murray’s for 14 years. You have definitely found a new fan!

I will NEVER patronized that place ever again. I purchased 4 brand Nexen tires almost a year ago. I called the location to see if they could fix my flat tire that I woke up too, and ERIC said bring the tire in.. We brought the tire in and immediately ERIC goes to the computer and say “you need a new tire bc I feel bumps in it”. Ummm NO sir please tell me where he said right here... Absolutely NOT one bump and he didn’t honor my warranty. Honestly this is my first bad encounter with this place, I see now all they want is $$$$$.. I hate giving bad reviews but is is horrible..

Not right place to get a new tire to your cars.I don’t recommend this place to no body

Went for an alignment, they say it’s a $25 pre inspection fee to see if we can do the alignment. They do the pre inspection and say you need 2 tires and we can do the alignment. I purchased the 2 tires waited 3 hrs 45 mins for them to tell me they still can’t do my alignment. To top it all off they put the tires on the wrong wheels,I needed one in the front and one in the back. They put both in the front, then talk junk to me when I called back. Very slow unprofessional establishment that rips people off and talk to you rude when they are in the wrong!!!!

Some of the workers doesnt check the tires to insure no issues will occur after your tire is installed.they dont check for leaks like they should everytime,nor do they make sure theres no hidden nails in the tires.but they do have good use and new tires.its the workers that doesnt do there job to insure the customer are getting good service for there money.so thats why I give them 4 Stars instead of 5.

Unfortunately reading the reviews I excepted to get my wheels aligned but instead I got ripped off. I first got a quote for $50 dollars for an alignment and then the guy said he didn’t know what was wrong with car I told them let me go fix it and I’ll come back but they said to me to pay for a diagnostic check but nothing was done to the car when I agreed to pay for 25 which was not required for me to pay they came back with a receipt for 42.90. It’s Crazy how people like this still exist and open up these shops and take advantage of people.

They broke my tire and made like it was already like that .....they did this 3 times I dont blame them I blame myself cuz I shouldnt have dropped the tire off and left.. and the only reason why I give them one star because it makes you at least put one star but if it was up to me this business would be shut down

I really wanted to leave a wonderful review. However, my experience was a lot of things and wonderful is not one of them. On 7/24 I went to this establishment in search for answers as to why the air icon was showing on the dashboard of the car. I figured it would be a simple problem such as low air pressure, small leak, and/or replacement of tire(s). The associates employed by the business checked out the tires for leaks and low air pressure. Associates advised me that one tire would need replacement and the other three just need to be filled up to standard PSI. I agreed to the solution. Thus, one associate took off the defective tire. This same associate left to assist more customers. No other associates came to take his position in assisting me with the solution we agreed upon regarding the tires. An easy 40 minutes passed by before this same associate came back to finish the job. This one associate seemed to be assisting most of the customers. However, there were a lot of other associates walking around seemingly doing nothing at all. Nonetheless, the service was performed and payment was rendered. Oddly enough the air icon on the dashboard still lit up. Obviously this is a problem as that was the initial reason why I decided to engage in business with this entity. Thus, went back next day to have the problem addressed. Problem was handled to my satisfaction in a timely fashion. One star is given for the unprofessional and “on the hook” tactics used once your car is the air.

Best price in Raleigh!!!!! Let me explain.......I went to a quick lube and tire shop in North Raleigh where I live. I just wanted to replace my TPMs which I had my own. They quoted me $98! just to swap the old one with mine. NO THANKS. Tire Guy said theyll do it for $15....WOW LOVE IT!!! Ive been going to tire guy for 3 years now and I see the same service tech which is GREAT because I know the company is taking care of the techs and I know two of them on a first name bases. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TIRE GUY over ANY other automotive shop!!!! BEST PRICE AND BEST PEOPLE!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone. The three gentlemen I talk to today were very polite, helpful, and didn’t act as if I was an inconvenience to them. From what I seen just in the hour I was there; the system they had flowed really well. Everyone there knew what they needed to be doing. And it was one of the most organized, cleanest garages I’ve ever seen. Even though I thought I had something major wrong with my tire they made sure I didn’t. If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. On May 9th, I took my car to Tire Guy due to my car shaking really bad. On that day, I was told that it was my control arm was bent and I need to get that fixed and it would cost me around 250.00 because they would also need to do an alignment on my car. The mechanic suggested that I have my tires balanced. However, i informed him that I did not need my tires balanced I just need him to fix the control arm that would stop my car from shaking. He then tells me that my car will be ready for pick on the following Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday, as Im traveling to pick up my car, I called them to get an exact price, the guy tells me that my car was not ready because the part did not come in until 12:30pm, when I called Tire Guy it was 3:45pm, so I asked the guy why didnt anyone call me to inform me of that *insert silence*. Moving forward to Thursday, I picked up my car and noticed that the charged me 32.00 for tire rotation *never gave them permission to rotate my tires* when I questioned Eric *manager* about the charge *insert silence*. So on Wednesday, the GM called me, im explaining that I never gave permission for them to rotate my tires and I would like my 32.00 back, I was then told that they gave my a discount and under charged me by 20.00. My reply to him was that is not my issue, you all charged me for something I did not agree too. The GM then tells me that if I want my 32.00 back that they gonna charged me 300.00 for the work they completed *insert blankstare*. This business is very unprofessional especially when it comes to dealing with women, he was rude, belligerent and ignorant. The worse part is when I picked up my car it was still shaking so they didnt even fix the reason why I brought my car in. I am truly upset with how the situation was handled and I had to turn around and pay another company to have my car fixed.Terrible customer service, lack of integrity, unprofessional and a RIP off!DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CAR!

I was recommended to Tire Guy to get some tires mounted and balanced. I had a special need where I wanted to keep my 1 good tire which required it being moved around. They were extremely helpful! Went to have an alignment done and get a new tire. They were very quick and extremely reasonable in price. There was a complication because I have a newer car so my dashboard lights were on due to a sensor issue,but I took it back the next day and they fixed everything on the spot no charge. I needed two used tires for my Impala and they went above and beyond to help since my car was stuck at my house and I couldnt get flat tire off. Then when I got to the shop the worker was very pleasant (even let me use his phone charger when my phone was almost dead) and we carried on conversation the entire time her got new tires on rims and rotated the tires and the management was also very nice. Would definitely recommend them if youre looking for some good used tires.
