The experience was great. I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler with a lift. The drive was dangerous once the Lift was installed. After multiple tries to fix at the original shop, I took the Jeep to Creech Import Repair. Stan and crew went way beyond what I would have expected. They were able to determine the cause and were able to fix. The Jeep drives the way it should, lift kit, big tires and all. The final charge was very reasonable for all the process of elimination that they went through to figure out the issue. Highly recommend.

My timing belt broke and required a valve job. Creech communicates extremely well. Huge job, completed with precision in a week and Jordan wanted it done faster even after I had expressed that I was in no rush! It doesn’t get better than these guys. I highly recommend this place. I’ve had the timing belt/water pump kit, valve cover gasket and spark plugs replaced. My AC compressor and dryer were also replaced. I’ve had some recommendations of service that I’ve denied because I can do them myself. However, Creech performed one of the recommendations at no cost. They also follow up on how my car is doing. I purchased a used Honda for my daughter to take to college. The car had an undisclosed oil leak that was not visible. Which we learned of once it caused other problems. We were told by 2 other places we needed a new engine. I took it to Creech for a quote and was told they could repair the existing engine. And actually fixed it for less than quoted. I stumbled upon Creech because I just didnt have the time to get a few things done myself and needed them done asap. They were able to get me on the schedule very quickly, (they had an overnight/early bird drop off set up, even an after hours pick up set up), and install the parts that I had already purchased. It took them less than half a day and everything was so smooth. Its hard finding shops you can trust and I think I found one!

They just did some major work for me, replacing the head gasket, valve cover gasket, timing belt and water pump on my 2009 Subaru Forester. They exceeded my expectations. The guys there were awesome! I went in expecting to have brake pads replaced but they said the brakes were fine and didnt need replacing. I did have warped rotors causing a shudder when I braked so they turned the rotors, taking care of the shudder and costing me half of what I expected to pay. Its so refreshing to find a local business that doesnt take advantage of customers, especially as a woman whos been down that road before. Id definitely recommend them and will be back when I need future service!

Creech took care of the timing belt/water pump related maintenance on my 2011 Subaru Outback. They also installed a new transmission valve body and spark plugs and they did a wheel alignment. The service and price were extremely better than what the dealership offered. I would highly recommend this shop.

This shop is really good. They did a full assessment of my Acura, but they didnt push me to get anything more done than Id brought the car in to have done. I ended up having them do some additional scheduled maintenance, but primarily because I thought their prices were very reasonable. The brake work they did was excellent. They replaced the rear brakes but recommended only resurfacing the front rotors, again saving some money. Will definitely go to them in the future.

I brought my own LED headlight bulbs in to be replaced in my 2010 Honda Insight EX. They quoted me an excellent price for labor to replace both sides. After the replacement, an error light came on but it was only because the new LED lights was causing the computer system to think the the daytime running lights werent working. The nice gentleman at Creech told me how to work around the error message as it didnt affect the performance of the car. They made me feel very valued as a customer. They took the time to make sure that left there satisfied that everything was safe. Its very important that I can find a reliable mechanic I have found them at Creech. Iwould and do highly recommend them.

Just a great experience through Creech. Took my jeep in to repair a wheel speed sensor and to get some general maintenance done. Creech did a great job of diagnosing every issue and very quickly got back to me with an invoice and called to explain everything.The repair prices were very reasonable and the speed in which they did the work was great; my jeep handled a 9 hour drive immediately after the repairs with no issue. Cant recommend them enough.

Very friendly, very professional, you could have worn a suit or prom dress in the waiting areas they were so clean. Very happy with my experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I was looking for a diagnosis but they not only diagnosed the problem, they completed the repair in just a few hours.

For the past several years, my wife has been dropping her car off at Creech in Raleigh for routine maintenance and anything else it needed. Of course, that means I must follow her from our home in Durham, take her back home and then take her back to Creech when the car is ready. I had often asked if she couldnt find a mechanic closer to home, but she insisted that as far as she was concerned, there were no other mechanics. A week before Christmas 2020, we took her car in for a job that was estimated to cost us $1,300. Later that day, we received a call from Creech telling us the problem was not as bad as originally thought-it was only a fuse-and the cost was only $64. Not only was it great to save that much money, but we think it was even greater to learn that we are dealing with such a gracious, honest business! What a blessing! Thee best auto repair shop in Raleigh. They work on more than imports. I have a 1979 Ford F250 and they have been extremely helpful in getting her back running well again. We also take in our 2014 Toyota Avalon for services. Very affordable, honest and fair. What I mean by honest is they tell you the truth about expected time frames, issues and what they can do. Brought Honda in for state inspection. They are courteous, efficient and charged the legal price. Waiting room is very comfortable with huge, soft chair and sofa.

Creech performed an oil change and state inspection on my lexus. They were almost half the cost of the same work at Valvoline. They were also quick and friendly. I had to make an appointment because I was waiting (vs leaving the car with them) which is understandable because of COVID.

My catalytic converter was stolen, which the police told me has been happening a lot in Raleigh. (PSA for every Prius owner: get a Cat Security shield--its a $160 deterrent to protect a $1,600 part.) Stan Creech was wonderful. He was sympathetic, helpful, and accommodating, letting me source my parts to bring the cost down and immediately recommending a cat shield to protect myself going forward. He was prompt over email throughout the process. It took under 24 hours for the Creech team to take care of my car, and the cost estimate Id been provided was extremely accurate. The waiting area of the shop was clean and smoke-free and so was my car. Everyone I spoke to was professional, courteous, and masked. I see why people love this shop so much. Creech made a horribly stressful time so much easier and so much more affordable. Ill definitely be a returning customer and will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you all!

I visited Creech Import Repair for the first time in October 2020 for a whole list of overdue services I needed on my car, including a broken door, new brakes, oil change and state inspection. When I dropped my car off, I walked right up to the counter and was out in less than five minutes. Within an hour and a half, I got a call detailing the options and costs for the various services I needed. The options were explained well and they weren’t pushy and didn’t oversell. The work was done within a few hours and I was able to pick my car up that day. The final cost was actually a little bit less than discussed because of a first time customer discount. I’m very happy with the services provided and the price point. Will definitely be using them for my car maintenance needs in the future!

Friendly no upcharge, thought it was my axel then found it to be a backplate on the rotor and fixed it, could have up charged me or replaced a part that was not necessary but they zeroed in on the issue and charged me fairly. will certainly return and recommend to friends and family

I bought a car from a very nice gentleman he kept all the receipts from the work done on the car. All the work done were the issues with the car I bought I got it as a project and I wanted to share this information customers that they may not be getting the best quality service.

Creech auto will send you account to collect if you’re a couple days late. You can only pay with cash or money order at the office. It’s 2020 they should offer different way to pay like online or with a debt card. Nobody wants to drive every 2 weeks or month to make a payment at their office especially if they work a “9am-5pm” job. It can be really hard to get to the office during their business hours if you live a NORMAL life with kids or other lively obligations.

I appreciate that the guys look out for my safety when I bring my car in for service. I would much rather have preventive measures taken early than to wait until failure with additional damage and cost. Thanks to everyone there!

Creech looked car over, called me with itemized list of recommended service items, noting which were priorities. I opted to hold off on some, do some myself, and give them the go-ahead to do the others. Within a couple hours, the work was done. Entire process was transparent and efficient.

Creech has been very good to work with, fast, and reasonable, both in terms of cost and policy. Weve used them several times. Theyre easy to talk to on the phone, give good information, and communicate promptly. Tis last time they replaced my alternator and also tracked down a power drain in my electrical system that was repeatedly draining my battery.

I have been a customer with Creech’s for a few years. Thankfully, they have always done a terrific job and kept my cars in great shape at a fair price. Creech’s has a great pre-purchase inspection, which I have used 3 times - most recently they saved me from buying a lemon and I was able to avoid about $3000 in repair expenses!! (well worth the few hundred dollars to know exactly what you are buying). One of their pre-purchase inspection resulted in the dealer agreeing to repair all of the items listed in the prepurchase report (saving me about $400). The fact Creech does not try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs makes every visit easy and if there is anything of concern it is identified and stated as “You might want to keep an eye on…” – so you are aware that it will be a necessary repair the next visit (which in my experience has always been the case). If they quote a price and they were to low, they take the loss – however, if it is the other way around, the customer gets a saving (which happened with my honda transmission flush). Every interaction has been honest and straightforward. I wish every business were run like Creech. Keep up the great work.

Today was my first visit to Creech Import Repair shop. I have previously taken my Honda CR-V to the Honda dealer for service several times. I was looking for an alternative to the Honda dealer because of the amount of time it took for them to service my vehicle (even when I had an appointment) and for an overall mediocre customer experience.I researched various area Honda service shops online and I chose Creech because of all of the excellent customer reviews I read, the fact that they are a full-service repair shop and that they are family owned. I was not disappointed!I scheduled an appointment online (easy) and they were very friendly and professional when I checked-in at the front desk. I chose to wait for my vehicle to be serviced (oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment) and the service was completed in less than an hour and a half. They have a very nice, clean customer waiting area with complimentary sodas/coffee/snacks for their customers. They also have wifi that you can access. After the work was completed, everything was explained to me in detail and I felt the price I paid was a good value for the service performed.Bottom line for me was I felt truly valued as a customer, the staff was very professional/courteous, the price for service was fair and they performed good work. I will be taking my CR-V for service to Creech from this point on. If you are looking for an alternative to the Honda dealer for service, I would highly recommend Creech.
