Terrible Customer Service - ordered shredded rubber mulch from Sams Club - no choice in how it was delivered, weighs over 2000 lbs and I live on 20 acres with a driveway about 1/4 mile long. Driver wanted to literally dump it on the side of the road - huge ditch between my property and the major road I live on - NOT OKAY!!! Driver was so rude, he refused to drive down the public road that runs alongside my property and unload at the shorter of my two driveways. Finally got the supervisor to speak with the driver and have him drive the extra 1/4 mile down the public road to the second access point, where there is ample room to turn around and maneuver. I cant understand why the driver was so rude and made a routine delivery a major ordeal.

Going through raliegh one of their drivers was tail gating cars and cutting people off. Very wreckers with doubles, stay clear of this company its obvious thats whats representing the company

Dont waste your time with this company. The worse company i ever dealt with. I had 2 shipments from them. One of them as it shows on the image below, supposed to be delivered to Raleigh NC. It passes Raleigh and went somewhere else. Contacted them and they said it was misload. The other shipment was supposed to be delivered Today, and i was told it got delay. Stay away from this cheap company that makes up many excuses for their bad service.

Their driver drove through my yard while making a delivery up the street. When I told him that I didnt appreciate him driving through my yard he said Im delivering this to your neighbor and I dont care about your yard. Very unprofessional.

They delivered an ATV in a severely damaged crate. We ordered another one and went there to pick it up the next time. Guy gave me the wrong paperwork, eager to sign over five Honda generators without so much as an ID. After locating my actual paperwork I had to wait in the work area to bring it around. Four or five guys riding around on Nissan forklifts, not once getting off the lifts when it would be far easier to move small cargo. Saw one guy shoehorn a 16 long small stack of siding into a trailer with just the left fork. He took fifteen minutes to literally 50 point turn this thing around a 90 degree turn when he could have manually straightened it easily; ramming this thing over and over. Do not recommend unless you have forklift proof packaging.

I give these people a negative one for a star....they are absolutely the worst...they call and schedule my delivery for between 10 am and 1 pm.....then dont show....when I called to ask about my shipment, I was told the driver would call me 30 minutes before he heads my way....now they are 2 hours late and when I talked to the man at the terminal, he acted like he really didnt care....avoid these fools at all cost
