Modalia Freight provided me great customer service. As an own operator, I was missing documents to complete my factoring, which delayed payment on a load. After I had exhausted all possible options, I contacted Modalia Freight and the office manager took my information and tracked down exactly what I was looking for. This company is unreliable and always come up with excuses as to why their trucks are ALWAYS late!! Not one time did they show up when they were scheduled to. This caused many back charges from the erector due to the constant wait times they had to endure. We sent this company an invoice for this expense that they created and were met with hostility from the president Mr. Simmons. He threatened to come and beat us! This must be his way of resolving invoice disputes. Many other freight companies exist that actually show up on time and handle issues more professional.

Best communication out there! Definitely a change of pace from the typical brokerage. Would highly recommend.
