Do not do business with Binswagner especially if your sales rep is Thomas Strickland. He will not reply or do anything! I got a quote and called to schedule an appointment (that was on June 15th) it took me a week to get Thomas on the phone at first I thought they might just be busy which is fine I understand that but that is not the case. Thomas schedule someone to come out and take measurements (they came on June 28th) . After the measurements were taken the person who came out to measure said that the entrance to our shower would have to be changed to match what we wanted to have installed. That was an inconvenience but we were able to talk to our contractor and get it situated. We were able to get it fixed and they came out to re-measure around mid July. It is now August 16th and I still have not had Thomas reach back out to me I attempted calling the office, his personal number, and even e-mail and they will not answer. The office staff will cover for his incompetence they have told me that people leave early on Friday and that they work from how to call their personal phone which he does not answer. I strongly recommend not to do business with them. All we wanted was glass for our shower not too much to ask for.

I was really impressed with the quality, value and service from Binswanger in getting a glass top for my table. With kids, I wanted piece of mind knowing my table was protected from crafts, spilled foods and all else that kiddos use a kitchen table for. I am very happy with my purchase. The glass top looks great and protects my table. The whole staff was amazing from sales to service. They could not be a nicer group of people. They were also one of the least expensive places I called. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Great technicians, quality work, they live up to their reputation

We needed to purchase 4 panels for a China cabinet that needed glass replaced. Glass is excellent quality and very well done. However, on the phone, their customer service was lacking. Poor interpersonal skills. When my husband went to pick up the glass, I sat in the car and watched the gentleman walk out right past him and to our car without saying anything or showing my husband the glass and placed it it in our car along with the receipt and walked away. Mind you, he had just stepped out to deliver glass to another vehicle and he spoke with them for about a minute. I know with Covid-19 less talking and less interaction is necessary etc. but Ive not had an interaction quite like this. Again, the glass is very well done. Customer service not so much.

Ive been using this company for years now for windshield replacement and couldnt be happier with the level of service provided and the professionalism provided by the technicians that have done the work for me. I just had two windshields replaced and was extremely impressed by the work ethic of the gentleman that did the installation. He called to confirm the appointment and timeframe, he was here on time and was done with both vehicles quickly. If you need your windshield replaced through your insurance company or paying out of pocket, the prices are excellent and the service is second to none. I will most certainly be using them in the future as they have a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services and Im sure you wont be disappointed. My experience with them was nothing short of superb. Called me a few days later after cutting the glass to inform me it was ready for pick up. Im a big strong guy but my homie at the front desk told me to take a break lol and he carried it out to the car and loaded it as well. If I ever need more glass cut my first choice would be Binswanger. Great service and greater people. 5 stars

Wow. I dont know how these people do any business. I made four attempts -four DIFFERENT ways - to get help for a new shower door. I called first, the man who answered knew nothing about even setting up a quote and sent me to a salesmans voicemail so I left a message. No call back so I went to the shop in person. The guy at the desk wasnt familiar with how to get an estimate for a shower door or how to schedule anything. He gave me a brochure and wrote another employees email address on it and told me hes good with email; hell get right back to you. Well its been two weeks since I wrote that email and no word from that person either. So I completed the online form for a quote where its promised You will receive a reply within 24 hours. NOPE. Nothing.So yeah, I found another company to go with for my shower door, because if theyre not even going to respond to four different attempts to contact them for business, I wonder what quality of work theyd even do. Actually I wonder what they even DO there if its not answer potential customers and the guy on phone and at the front desk doesnt seem to know anything...

I had a cracked windshield that had needed to get fixed for a while, I called around to get quotes and finally found Binswanger Glass, their prices are extremely fair and they came to my house to get the job done. I was given a 2-hour time frame for them to come by (which was much better than the 6 hour time window another shop had given me, for twice the price!) the repairman came by promptly, was super friendly, and did a great job in less than 15 min! I would highly recommend them for glass repair.

Got a referral from a GC in my building. Called the company twice. They never called me back. Still dont have my shower door fixed. If anyone knows a company who actually works please have them contact me. Would live to get my shower door repaired or replaced.

With no returned call, after numerous emails and left messages to the branch manager, I’ve taken my business to another glass company. Prior to this, I felt as if I was just another number and that they could care less if they received my business or not. I figured I would try and give them one more chance, but ultimately, I regret doing that. There’s many more glass companies around Raleigh that would value your business.

Well I suppose if youre not in a hurry or dont care about schedules their quality is fine. But their scheduling leaves a bit to be desired.

Went to have a rock chip repaired that was about 1/8”. When I picked up the car their was still an 1/8” chip. I asked why it wasn’t repaired and I was told that sometimes the repair is level sometimes it’s not. Wished they would have told me before and I could have went somewhere else or tried harder to resolve the issue.
