WOW FANTASTIC. I have an old classic car so few have the knowledge how to do this installation. 1965I had called around looking at reviews which are often not reliable as google is often a waste of time. But not on this review. I spoke to a few companies about installation, most flat out said they dont install these.Bobby the owner was meticulous and persistent about getting it perfect with his assistant Greg. The price I felt for a classic on site install was better than great.All in all what a pleasure to hire people who are honest excellent at what they do .The only draw back as its important to always try and cover all sides. They are very busy it might take a few calls but more than worth it.My opinion is there is no other company in my address book for windshields and auto glass.

Had a Hickory nut shatter my rear window on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. Most shops were closed or I could only get an appointment 4 or 5 days later, but Bobby made it happen same day. He was able to get the window replaced before noon and my weekend was saved.

Great customer service and responsiveness. My windshield had a large crack so they replaced it for me, and the new one looks great. Plus, they charged much less than Safelite would have, and they came to my apartment to do the job.

I submitted a quote request online in the morning and had a new windshield by that evening. Bobby did an excellent job replacing the windshield and back window in our 22 year old truck that had developed leaks due to seals that had deteriorated. He removed all of the damaged metal to ensure a proper new seal. He has been repairing vehicles for several years and his experience shows. He does not take short-cuts and works by himself. Yesterday I called 8 businesses that came up in my area on a Google search when looking for replacement of my cracked windshield. Sharkys was the last place I called. The prices were all over the map but I was asked only 1 question by EVERY other person I spoke to do you have a rain sensor? That was it. Sounded reasonable to me at the time. I explained to all of the nice people I spoke to that I dont have much experience shopping for this kind of thing and I dont even know the right questions to ask. Bobby was the only person who asked me multiple questions and took the time to talk to me and explain what differences there might be. There was no pressure and no charge for the valuable information he shared with me. I truly wish that every business person/contractor I dealt with had an ounce of this mans integrity and experience. His patience for those of us who are making a purchase that we dont know much about is truly a gift and something that can put you at ease when making this decision. Tremendous experience. I left a message via the website. I got a phone call to let me know they were really busy, but theyd be back in touch in an hour. An hour later I got a call to let me know they were still busy. WOW! The job they did on the vehicle was very thorough. The communication explaining what was going to happen, and the options provided were very clear. The cost / value were unexpected. I dont think Ive ever been to a vehicle services provider before that made me a fan / repeat customer. But I can honestly say that for any of my windshields that require replacement or repair, I trust the workmanship and the integrity of this one.

Mr Bobby is a great guy. He came out to my home and did what he stated to me he was going to do for my windshield. I had minor rock chip damage on my windshield and after he finished I couldnt tell there was ever in rock damage. He was also very helpful with suggesting how I should go about working with my insurance company also. This was not my first service I had him complete. A rock hit my windshield this morning on my way to work. Sharkys was at my office to repair the windshield by lunchtime. With most auto shops theyre always too busy and take days to meet an appointment, but Sharkys was absolutely accommodating and professional. I had a crack on my 1999 Corollas front windshield and had to replace the whole glass. Bobby and Ward provided great service for a great price. They can go to your house or parking lot for the service, so you can work on other things in your home until they finish the work. For replacing windshield, it took around 20-30mins. The replaced glass looks pretty good and all the edges are sealed perfectly.Based on the experience I had this time, I will highly recommend their service to all my friends who are in need of :)

Unreliable. Unresponsive. Requested service with Sharkys. He wasnt sure how to do my car because it is new (2017) and has all the bells and whistles for avoidance. I researched and was told that the system would need to be calibrated at the dealer. Well might as well get it all done at the dealer I thought. Sharkys called and said that they could take care of it but wanted me to contact the dealer and get the part number just to make sure. Did that and forwarded to Sharkys. Then I got a run around about checking with suppliers, calling the dealer, dealing with the insurance. Asked for a simple follow up via text last Wednesday and was told he would call on Thursday. No call. Requested a follow up via text on Friday. No response. Called yesterday and left a message requesting an update. It is now Tuesday of the ollowing week. Still no call. Sorry. Gotta get my windshield fixed. May may do good work (have no clue) but I can say they score very low on responsiveness.

If you need your windshield replaced then look no further than Sharkys Auto Glass. I will be honest, Sharkys was not my first call as this was the first time I had to have my windshield replaced. Like most people would I called up Safelite and they did not have an appointment until Friday but boy am I glad that was the case.My rear windshield on my Volkswagen busted on Tuesday and Bobby had a replacement windshield put in the very next day. Bobby did not have my windshield in stock so he drove out to the airport and picked one up for me. Bobby was prompt and took every measure to make sure that all of the glass shards were cleaned up and everything was hooked up correctly (defrosters, ground, & rear brake light). Chose them because of the high reviews, and Im glad I did. My whole experience with them was great. I called in around 9:30 this morning and was given a 1:30 appointment, and they showed up right on time. I was very impressed with how thorough they were, they maintain a high level of craftsmanship and and attention to detail that you just dont see very often. They even vacuumed out my car afterwards to remove any glass pieces that had fallen in. They werent the cheapest quote I got, but its true you get what you pay for... and its worth the extra money knowing that the job is done right and you never have to worry about it again. Unlike most companies out there, they really are motivated in making the customer happy while doing work the best and right way possible...the first time. Their prices were fair and they explain to you why prices can be different at different places (ranging from $150-$340 with mine and Sharkys was right in the middle of that). The passenger window regulator broke on my Honda Odyssey on July 3rd @ 7:00 P.M. I thought for sure I would be duct taping plastic over my window just so I would have some protection from the weather until after the 4th of July. I picked Sharkys to replace my cracked windscreen after seeing the great reviews on Google Plus. I must say they are awesome. They contacted me twice the day of the replacement, once to give me a rough time of day for their arrival and again when they were a few minutes away.Once on site they were very quick and careful when removing the parts of my car that required removal to replace the windscreen. They installed the window and did wonderful work getting all the trim work back into place just right, a MINI has a lot of curves and plastic bits to get put back on after the window is replaced. Finally they installed the new A pillar covers I supplied, since the old covers were broken when I had the window replaced over a year ago.They did all this work quickly and professionally, and best of all they beat the quote from my insurance company by $150. I will recommend them to anyone I know who gets a chipped window.

I had Sharkys auto glass come out and replace my Safelite windshield because it got two large cracks in it (two months after Safelite had installed it!). Sharkys did a great job! They arrived on time and took their time so as to not damage any of the trim parts. I was very impressed and will definitely use Sharkys for any future glass repairs on my cars.

Sharkys saved me several hundred dollars! My rear passenger window became immobile. I took it to Firestone where I was told both its regulator and motor would need to be replaced and each would cost a couple hundred dollars. I wanted a second opinion, as Id narrowed it down to a problem with the Master Switch, and found Sharkys. In under 1 hour of service, they found out my windows regulator was simply missing a bolt that had not been reinserted by an auto body shop whod done work on and around the door several years ago. All within 1 hour, they replaced my Master Switch (at my request), added the missing regulator bolts, readjusted the regulator, and educated me on what had gone wrong. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt confident that I was in good hands and havent had any problems with the window since. They saved me at least $400! I would refer them to anyone.

Im no glass repairer, but the repair to my window seems shotty. I can still see the lines he apparently filled and was told this was typical and its just to prevent it from cracking more (which is true- its to keep the glass from cracking more). But the spot where the rock hit my window is still very visible and there are still lines that are visible. Was also told it would take 20 minutes and sat in his garage for over an hour.
