Im really pleased. They answered my call and got me in within the week. Not only that, but everyone was extremely kind and the environment was very welcoming. The service was thorough but not overwhelming. Dr. Naran was friendly and informative. I enjoyed talking to every single person there. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I havent been too the dentist in quite some time and Ive always had some level of anxiety going. Naran Family Dentistry was wonderful! My hygienist kept telling me how great I was doing and chatting with me so I would feel more relaxed and distracted. She took her time with me and throughout my visit my anxiety reduced a lot and I felt more comfortable. When I met with Dr. Naran he actually spent time with me going over some areas I need to work on and really listened to me and addresses my questions. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Im writing because Naran Family dentistry sent me a birthday email. I went to Dr. Naran and needed a root canal. His exact words were he, thought he could save the tooth with a new procedure. He didnt, and when I asked for a reduced price for the root canal on the same tooth - per his own front desks advisement, he refused. I have not been back since. The pain is now excruciating and Im seeing if I can pursue any legal recourse in this matter.Follow Up: Dr. Naran, Im glad that you trust that you conveyed that pertinent information. YOU DID NOT. Which is why Im wasting my time writing this review.You NEVER ONCE stated that the procedure was not guaranteed to be successful until after the procedure was completed. If you had expressed that fact initially I would have elected for the root canal to avoid this exact situation. I came to get the tooth fixed, not POSSIBLY get it fixed and waste my hard earned money. As such I followed YOUR knowledge, guidance, and trusted your ability - after all, you are the dentist - to which you NEVER alluded to may not actually work before the procedure. Thats not the way to do things. And your future clients should know this to avoid the mess that youve created for me.

I have waited several years since I went to Naran Family Dentistry to collect my thoughts before writing this review. I was a patient at Naran Family Dentistry for several years. Over those years, my oral health worsened as a result of the treatments I received. Dr. Naran placed several amalgam (also known as mercury or silver) fillings in my teeth. At the time he assured me that these were stronger and would last longer than composite or white fillings. Due to their mercury content, amalgam fillings can expand and retract with changes of temperature which can cause incorrect bonding to the tooth and cracks in the tooth. This is what has happened to me. I have had to replace almost all of the amalgam fillings Dr. Naran gave me due to decay underneath the fillings and had to get a crown from the cracks it caused in my tooth. I have been told by other dentists that this was due to the use of the amalgam filling material. This has cost me thousands of dollars to correct. Also I would like to note that the FDA has issued a warning that mercury fillings should not be placed in women who are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. As a woman who was married and planning to have children this was not taken into consideration. I would not have consented to the mercury containing fillings if I had known these risks. It is just unnecessary when there is a viable alternative of white fillings that dont have the same warnings. Overall, I wish I had never been a patient here. Dr. Naran made my longterm oral health much worse by his recommendations for my teeth. While I was a patient I was shamed by the staff for not having perfectly white teeth in an effort to sell me bleaching treatments. Besides being expensive, I believe these treatments caused my teeth to be brittle and easily chip. After leaving the practice I have worked with another dentist to restore my dental health and I now have strong resilient teeth.

The staff was so kind from answering the phone to making my emergency appointment. I went into the office and was seen right away. Dr.Naran demonstrated an extraordinary degree of knowledge and expertise while being professional,honest and gentle . I left the office pain free. I highly recommend Naran Family Denstiry.

I thought the staff was very friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable The only disappointment I have is I was coming as a new patient and did not receive And X-ray of all of my teeth as a new patient. I thought the Consultation was very informative but I am disappointed they dentist didnt have time to perform any of the work suggested and I couldnt get scheduled until next week. I was also told to pay a few to schedule the earliest date which i never heard of prior. Overall not a bad experience. I felt i should have left being able to have something done.

I was quite nervous coming into this appointment because it had been too long since I had seen any dentist. This place and the people who work there are wonderful. They made the experience painless for both my teeth and my wallet. Cant recommend them enough. Also very happy with their Covid protocols. Felt safe.

Dr Naran and his staff were superb. Going to the dentist increases my anxiety, but I always feel comfortable at my appts. I really like to the hear the staff have chit chat about every day stuff while performing my services. That makes me feel more relaxed, rather than just listening to the drill, suction, etc. I like them so much that I have referred coworkers and friends.

Our whole family LOVES this family-friendly office...Dr. Naran and all of his staff! They really know their patients. My husband & I are on different schedules with our cleanings, and dont come in together, but they know that he is my husband and dont look at me with a blank stare if I reference him or our kids during my appointment. My 5 year old likes going to the dentist because they make the experience fun. My 2.5 year old just went for the first time, and did great! Ive referred others to this office, and they have also had positive experiences. Dr. Naran does well with balancing the health of your teeth today with the long-term effects of too-aggressive dental care. He doesnt fill every potential cavity in site right away. He works with the patient to instruct them on how to help avoid cavities, and even try to keep potential cavities from requiring fillings, but includes thorough follow-up to see how things are progressing. And even though theyre a small office, I dont have issues with scheduling or even rescheduling appointments (even within the same week). I usually dont even have time to sit in the waiting area before they call me back for my appointment to begin!

Dr. Naran is great! After switching dentists, I feel like I am actually valued as a patient. Very friendly staff, and he is very reasonable in assessing what needs to be done - unlike some Ive been to in RTP, who try to squeeze as much as they can out of you. They are usually pretty busy, so budget a couple of hours.

Prices are comparable or less than 10+ other dentists I surveyed and his office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Did not attempt to get me to agree to any services that were not necessary. Dr. Naran and his team have been so supportive in my restoration process. I came into the office last year with a wisdom tooth causing me lots of pain. I fell in love with this dentist office and have had everything under the sun including fillings, root canal, extractions, and crowns. I will be coming here for years. I am now cavity and pain free after ten years of having pain and discomfort.

Ive been waiting to review until Ive had a few visits under my belt. I started coming to Naran Family Dentistry because its a very convenient location and the reviews looked good. Now after 3 or 4 appointments I know I definitely want to stay. Everyone on staff is incredibly and genuinely pleasant. Dr. Naran is knowledgeable and explains things well. He gives you his opinion and recommendations, but is not pushy. When checking out, they lay out the costs for you very clearly, and gave me an estimate for my next visit without me having to ask. Lastly, they dont just tell you to take better care of your teeth: they also equip you to do so by giving you a gift set of dental care tools (toothbrush, floss, etc) to take home with you after each appointment. The reminders can be a little excessive (I get about 5 calls/texts/emails over the course of a month before the appointment), but because of that I know Ill never accidentally miss my appointment. If youre looking for a dentist, I would definitely recommend this practice.

Ive been going to Dr. Naran for 4 years. Dr. Naran and his staff are friendly, knowledgable and professional. He takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions.The ladies that handle billing, insurance and appointments are very helpful and organized. It is one of the few offices (doctor or dentist) that I have been to where I have never had billing or insurance issues. Theyve always been able to give me a quick and accurate estimate of cost and what is covered under my insurance.
