I gave him a high end JVC VCR to repair. He said itd take a week. Its now 5+ weeks later, and I finally have my VCR back.He gets 2 stars because he did fix it, and supposedly did try to source the parts to replace the entire motherboard.He doesnt call you at all - you must call him to follow up.He stood there holding my VCR until Id given him a review, and preached to me the entire time.Hes a nice guy, but speaking as a business owner, I think he could use some organization and a case management system.

I was very impressed with TV Tech. George is the the type of repair guy I want to do business with. He is responsive, listens, provides options, and is easy to do business with. I had a 60-inch Samsung that I tried to fix myself, but still could not identify the problem. He was able to identify the problem very quickly and gave me a call back to explain the problem and my options. I was able to make an informed decision. In this case, my panel was bad and I chose not to have it repaired. For the diagnostic fee (which goes toward the cost of service if one gets it fixed) I have the piece of mind that I did everything I could to save the TV but feel good to know that it would cost more to repair than to replace and that it is better to replace the TV. I will bring all of my TVs here for repair. TV Tech is affordable and local. George has 30 years experience and really knows his stuff. I dont want my TVs to break - but if they did, I look forward to coming to TV Tech and have George take a look at them!

Had to drive 40 miles from my home to TV Tech on a Saturday and George was able to diagnose and repair my Sony TV in about an hour and a half while I went shopping so I wouldnt have to drive home and come back the following week. Glad to find a reliable TV repair shop; called other shops with no answer or wouldnt return my call. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

I bought a junk TCL TV just under 2 years ago (please dont buy this brand for your own sake) Anyhow George was great and helped to diagnose the issue quickly and helped with my warranty. George just repaired my dead Samsung 65. He was very good to work with and charged what I consider a very fair price for the repair. Overall, a very good transaction. Before I found him, I called two other local companies and left messages but they never bothered to return my call.

TV Tech did a wonderful job replacing/repairing my power supply to my 50 LG flat screen. The power supply was damaged during a storm. My picture quality is as good as new!!

I researched several TV repair options before I found TV Tech. Most of the reviews were mixed. TV Tech seemed to have consistently good reviews, so I thought Id give them a shot. George responded quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, kept in communication the entire time, and fixed the TV faster and for less money than I expected. I read a couple of opinions online about repairing TVs vs replacing them. I have a 65 plasma, and they dont make plasma TVs any more. I called George in hopes of saving some money and resurrecting the plasma screen. He came out the next day and took the TV back to his shop. He called with a repair estimate within 48 hours and repaired the TV over a holiday weekend. I had the TV back on the wall in less than a week and for WAY less than the cost to replace it.George was respectful and conversational. He took care to mark the TV mount so that it went back the same way. He stayed to ensure everything was hooked up correctly and working. I couldnt be happier with the level of service, communication, work ethic, and cost. I would highly recommend George to anyone considering TV repair.

Great job! Responded quickly. The TV was a very heavy 64 plasma TV that was attached to the wall. Furniture had to be taken apart and moved to get access to the TV, which was done professionally and without incident. The TV was taken to the shop, repaired, returned and reinstalled on the wall with a competitive price within a day.

George replaced the main board in my 65 inch Samsung TV and was extremely pleased with the service I received. He picked up my very large tv, determined the problem and promptly fixed and returned to me. The fee charged was very reasonable considering how much work I am sure he had to put into it. Power went out on our 65 TV and I did a bunch of research and decided to bring it to TV Tech to make sure it was fixed properly. They were fairly quick with turn-around time, which was appreciated. We did have some miscommunication as to whether the replacement parts would be new or used. Other than that, the TV seems to be working well and we are happy to have it back and on the wall :)

Great company in my experience. They seem to have a lot of integrity. If I need a TV repaired again I will definitely give them my business. My TV would not turn on. I called them to see if they could come take a look at it. I told him what was wrong. He looked it up, called me back, and indicated it was probably still under warranty and to call Panasonic. Panasonic will now fix it for free. I know many other stores would have came out, charged me a fee, then fixed it or referred me to the vendor. They showed that they are a good business with integrity. I would recommend them!!! The reviews on of the other repair shops are horrible. These guys have good reviews and I can see why!!!!

My Hisence TVs input kept switching without command so I called TV Tech. The Owner told us to bring the TV in and he was such a nice guy. He told us not to worry about anything and he called back later that day and told us what the problem was. He fixed the TV and called us swiftly and told us that it was ready the next day. I thought it was beyond repair after finding out that a few blown capacitors scorched the TVs power supply unit. To my surprise, George was able to source the correct parts and install them in a time manner. George kept me apprised of his progress and his repair rates were very reasonable. Ive repaired TVs twice through TV tech, a Phillips 58 in. And a Dymex 40in. Each time the service was great, and the prices were fair. Both of my TVs are still fully functional.

Video board blew on a 2011 Panasonic Viera plasma. I called George on a Thursday afternoon and dropped it off later that day. Left a deposit, which was applied to the total service charge. The TV was repaired and ready for pickup less than 24 hours later. Keep in mind that plasma TVs are now an extinct technology, but their picture quality is second to none - even when compared with today’s 4K sets.With that said, George was able to replace the faulty boards and restore the TV to like-new quality! Saved me a TON of money and prevented me from having to buy a new set.His customer service is amazing and his prices, especially given the difficulty of sourcing parts for a plasma set, are well beyond reasonable. I’d recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. Beyond grateful for having found him!

My father-in-law has a DLP rear projection TV that he wanted repaired as it had black spots all over the picture. I call the TV Man and he was able to get me set up with an appointment the next day. He quickly diagnosis the trouble and restored the old 73in DLP back with a beautiful picture. The price was very reasonable and the repair was completed in a timely manner.I received news that a family member had passed away while he was there and gave words of encouragement which I felt was above and beyond what he was had to do. He came to my house to wrestle a TV out of the cabinet I couldnt have managed by myself, took it back to his shop, fixed it to its original picture quality (which is a good one, why I wanted to keep the TV) and returned it, all at a reasonable price and much cheaper than buying a new TV. What an awesome service experience. I took my 50 Samsung Plasma TV in for repair after it sudden;y shut off without any warning or prior issues.
