I went to get my mothers iPhone 6+ Screen fixed for her birthday. Ryan was very helpful for me! He fixed the screen but her camera wasn’t working, so Ryan went the extra mile to diagnose the problem and got my moms camera back working! I had a great experience there and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and go back for another service.

The staff did an outstanding job. Even though backing up the data was recommended, I could not do it. However, they did an excellent job.They promised to complete changing the battery in 20 minutes, they did within the time promised. It seems to work. They asked me to charge it for 8 hours, which I am doing.The staff members were very courteous. The discount was very beneficial. It took me longer to write this review than it did for Batteries+Bulbs to fix my phone screen. I have an older Android phone that I dropped yesterday morning. No place keeps my screen in stock, but Batteries+Bulbs found a screen and they were able to fix it before the day was over. Addison, Nathan, and Ryan were all extremely helpful. The battery in my iPhone 5s was replaced by a courteous and professional staff but the battery itself was bad. It wouldn’t hold a charge as long as the old battery that was removed. Fortunately, Batteries Plus has a warranty that’s good nationwide. This store was out of the battery I needed. I got the bad battery replaced under warranty at another store in Raleigh and now the battery is holding the charge as it is supposed to.
