I got my car cleaned with the Deluxe Interior package and I was very impressed. It was done in less than a few hours and my car looked better than it had in forever! I would absolutely recommend their services to others

Best car wash I have had in awhile. I have had people come to my house and not do as good of a job.

Bait and switch business practices. We bought a Groupon for this company. My wife called to schedule the appointment and were immediately told there would be an additional $30 fee due to covid and having pets.....fine I get paying a little more due to dogs but we already purchased the Deluxe package and not a basic clean due to that. Once my wife showed up for the appointment they said there would be another $100 fee to clean the car....When it is all said and done they took a $70 prepaid deal and tired to turn it into a $200 deal. They were trying to take advantage of my wife and just expected her to pay for it. I do not recommend this company.

This company did a fantastic job! They made my old Corrolla look almost brand new again. 5 star service!

I purchased a Groupon in June and called last week to set up an appointment for today. Even though when I set up my appointment I talked all about what my cars condition was like and what I was looking for and I had a Groupon that specifically said it was for interior detailing and shampooing I was told all I could get was a basic car wash and vacuum or I should reach out to Groupon for a refund. Groupon doesnt know theres a pandemic and cant see your car and how dirty it is (its not really even THAT dirty but so what if it was, your business is too clean cars! And what does the pandemic have to do with any of this??) The place is also a dump. Dont waste your time.

This place was excellent! Brought my Honda Pilot to get washed and they did such a great job that I brought my truck in right afterwards. If you want a clean car.... bring it here! Very nice people and a good price!

Definitely 5 stars. Friendly staff and they did really good job in cleaning interiors and exteriors. They have taken real care to car, soaped, cleaned, steamed my car seats, cleaned my mats. Everything is good, very gopd service.

Not sure how the other people posted where even able to get an appointment set up. I purchased the voucher off of Groupon. I called the number multiple times to set up an appointment and left a voicemail each time stating my reason for calling and a callback number. Never got a callback or anything. Avoid buying this deal off Groupon. It’s not worth the hassle. I’m trading my deal in and going somewhere where they want customers.

I will not be taking my car back here, ever. First of all, setting up the appointment should not have been such a hassle. I tried to request an appointment time on their website, noone ever bothered to contact me to confirm. I waited a day, tried to request another appointment online and then I tried calling. The voicemail box was full and noone was answering the phone. I was annoyed and left a 1star review asking if I could just get my money back.The next day I tried calling again, finally someone answered. I told them the trouble I had setting up my appointment and they basically said it was crazy busy, no apology though. I took the review down bc I wanted to see how the detail service would go.Carlos did a decent job on the interior, I still found myself using my microfiber cloth to wipe things down in the interior that he seemed to have missed. The exterior at first glance looked fantastic! Then I took it home..It had rained the day after my car was detailed. I had soooo many water spots all over my car. I was not happy. Even going through a normal carwash, Id never gotten water spots on my car. I contacted the owner, sent him pictures. He said to bring it back in and theyd take care of it.Its not exactly close to my house, its about a 30 min drive, but I took it in. When I get there and show them the water spots they immediately blamed me. Said it wasnt them, that I mustve ran through a puddle of oil. Bullcrap. How the heck does oil splash all over the sides of my car and above my window and all over the back of my car?! Rude to blame the customer, dont ever do that.Carlos kindly cleaned up the spots and the head guy kept telling me to leave a good review. Well, heres the review you deserve. I only give good reviews if Im happy with the result. I was not happy.If you all do Groupon, I highly suggest you are prepared for the volume of calls and customers youd be receiving. I dont know exactly what products were used to wash my car, but they shouldnt have left a ton of water spots after a rain shower. And no, I did not run through a puddle of oil!I will not be returning. If I had known I could exchange this Groupon, I would have.

Paid very close attention to detail, didn’t take long & to be honest this is one of the best details I have ever gotten on my Lexus. Will be coming back

I will save you from having to read the long review below, and just tell you simply NOT to come here and do not buy the Groupon. The owner of this establishment doesn’t respect his customers, nor their time.I purchased a voucher for Etalia on Groupon, and was told to make an appointment with the number that they list here. I tried between five and seven times to call the establishment, but no one would pick up even after I left a couple messages. Finally, someone picked up and I made an appointment for a Saturday morning.When I showed up on time, no one was there. After waiting for 20 minutes, the woman at the car shop next-door told me that the owner of the car wash was there and I should talk to him. So I went over to talk to the owner, and he told me that he was so sorry that the person who typically does carwashes was running late. He then told me that he would wash the car himself, and to return in 40 minutes.When I returned, my car had not been cleaned. It was sitting out in the sun, with the doors open, in a line of cars that was waiting to be cleaned. The owner had disappeared, and someone who was cleaning cars didn’t even seem to know that I had an appointment.As someone who typically doesn’t have time to do things like this, I was very frustrated that I had wasted over 90 minutes and was left with a dirty car.I am very disappointed that I wasted my time and money on a place that doesn’t respect people or their time. Save yourself the hassle and do not come here!

So, we are hurricane victims from (Florence)..These guys are tuely the best, as a lyft driver. I couldnt afford the full price for a wash, the owner and his employees were so kind and helpful to the situation..There are not many people/owners who care this much anymore! Must visit with them!!!!!!
