The customer service rep named Heidi was nice and professional, she greeted me when drove up to the drive-through car wash. She had the workers look inside my car to see exactly what needed to be done and quoted me an affordable price to shampoo the carpet. It was about 45 minutes to an hour-long process, and I waited in their outside patio because it wasn’t too hot. whenever I had a question they currently answered and continued to check in on me.

I was very impressed when we received her ‘18 Jeep back. It was the first real good cleaning since she bought it so it had a little work. My best friend owns his own mobile detail in NYC and unfortunately we are no longer in the same city so I had to shop around. I read reviews and made calls, by far the most professional and friendly service. I also have a brand new vehicle and refuse to take it to a machine car wash, so they will be getting my service for any wash on my vehicle while I am here in Raleigh. I’ll be doing that this week! Definitely worth the extra dollars vs the other places to protect your car and have great service!

Yesterday was my first time ever having had a car detailed. Before yesterday, I had always washed, waxed and cleaned my vehicles myself.My wifes 9 year old Camry was looking pretty sorry, especially the exterior. The paint had turned a chalky white that was getting difficult to keep clean.Because I had neither the time, nor the energy to clean her car up, I took it to Expert Auto Detail (which is located at Bunkys Car Wash).The car went in Saturday morning looking worn and tired, and came out Saturday late afternoon looking brand new. The price I was quoted was greater than the standard, as the guys knew that they would have to spend time cleaning and buffing the paint surface. Worth every penny.
