My car is over 10 years old and has been beat up from many trips across the country. I decided to go to Shine and Style because I saw the good reviews and after talking with the owner, I was impressed. I decided to splurge and get the Ultimate Detail, and left my car with them over the weekend. They did an amazing job revitalizing my car. They went through areas that are time consuming but often overlooked, from the inside of the wheels to the deeper parts of my cars engine. My cousin owns a detailing business, so I knew what to look out for and they checked all of the boxes. Sadly my car still needs a whole new paint job, but they spent a lot of time on making my black paint shine again and getting my color corrected. I would and have highly recommended them to my other friends in the area.

Shine & Style exceeded my expectation. Nick from start to finish was very prompt and informal about what my car will need, had a fair price and was able to book an appointment on a timely manner. I needed a new detailer for my vehicles, which I kept clean on a regular before covid-19 shut down my former auto detailers business.I tried mobile, but the quality wasnt the same as using a shop. I did a Google search and came up with several detailer. Hes price was higher than what I pay, but I was extremely happy with the results. I had a massive amount of dog hair and I didnt see one strand of hair after my interior detail. I did a wax and ceramic, in which the results look good since my car is a 2004 GMC XUV truck.I was also pleasantly surprised the work detailer was my former detailer, Jesus, from another detail spa that had closed. Brought my Lexus here to have Nick & his team remove paint protection film wrapped around the car. The film was infused, and ugly, and required precision and patience, and it was removed flawlessly. The cleanings I get here are always fantastic. As long as I live here, I wont get anywhere else for detailing. But for this company to come through for me and repair some small damage to my car at a rate much lower than dealer and repair shops in the area were offering, is just awesome. I managed to pay less than I would going through insurance and this way can keep it out of the insurance companys hands. Im very pleased with the service, repair, and friendliness of the organization.

Nicholas has now fully detailed three of my cars. He first detailed my Escalade 8 months ago prior to me privately selling it. The attention to detail was incredible. I sold the car less than 24 hours of posting and the buyer was so excited. It was like a brand new car. Fast forward 8 months and I had Nicholas detail my husbands 2015 sedan and my 2002 SUV. The 2015 is hard to put inwords. Its an immersive experience with new smells, feels good, and looks brand new! I will tell you that Nicholas worked hard on my 2002 SUV. It was torn, dirty, stains, and a hot mess. My kids grew up in that car along with 3 dogs. I got it back and I was so emotional it looks so good. The carpet is spotless, tires shiny, dash slick, and every small little crevices you dont think to look is spotless.Enough time has gone by for me to think about Nicholass customer service, professionalism, and workmanship. I’ve been taking my Suburban to Shine and Style for years. I always get it back and it looks like I am driving it off of the new car lot for the first time. I drive about 40 minutes in order to have Nick and his crew wash and sometimes wax my truck. I can’t say enough about how professional, kind and talented these guys are. I have very high standards, I’m a bit OCD :) and I never find anything to complain about when I leave. If you haven’t taken your car here, trust me, you won’t regret it and you won’t go anywhere else again.

I had my car interior detailed here a few weeks ago. Ive never gotten detailing done before, so at first I was little intimidated by the cost but then again, I really felt like my 2002 Toyota really needed some TLC. I was sincerely impressed by the job that they did. I picked up my car and it felt like I was stepping into a brand new car. They literally took a decade and a half of abuse out of my car within a couple hours.Worth it!

Nick and team do a great job at a reasonable price. They buffed out some big scrapes and scratches at no extra charge and keep my older cars looking great. These guys know the science behind what a good detail is. Ive had many Detailers mess up my paint and interior trim pieces because they simply throw chemicals onto a car and think it works magic. These guys did a great job. My two cars hadnt seen a good cleaning in over a year, and the cars are parked outside, under trees. After the crew was done, they looked better than when we got them from the dealer. Every nook and cranny was cleaned, waxed and polished. I would heartily recommend them.

New to the area, I gave Shine and Style a call based on the reviews online. My interior was in shambles, but I had high expectations for what they could accomplish.My car had dog hair all over the back seat (From my Golden Retriever) and dirt on every surface. There was spilled wax in the seats, grime all over the leather steering wheel, and black scuffs all over the door jams. I was embarrassed to offer anyone a ride in it. I could not have cleaned it myself given any amount of time. I needed a pro.Shine & Style completely lived up to their reputation. My 2007 Pontiac G6 hasnt looked this good since I bought it. Thats no exaggeration. Their attention to detail really impressed me. Every nook and cranny inside that car has been cleaned like its never been cleaned before. Nicholas expected to spend about 2 hours on the car, but ended up spending twice that much time to get it right (Without charging a penny more). I highly recommend them to anyone with a neglected car. I was extremely pleased with the value and courtesy I was shown.

I just want to say that Ive been getting my vehicles detailed for years and Ive never had anyone take the time, detail, and attention to my vehicle that these guys did.They cleaned places on my car Ive never even paid attention to, but once it once cleaned I noticed a HUGE difference! Like the inside of the car rim... Who knew?They used tools and techniques Ive never seen anyone in the industry use. They took the time to use separate water buckets as to not get any old dirt mixed with the new clean wash water.If you want a beyond quality clean these are the guys to see!I wont ever let anyone else touch my cars besides these guys! Would not book an appointment without a deposit.In response to the owners response:I did not choose to book an appointment with you. I attempted to book an appointment and was told you would not book without a deposit. No mention at all of my being a new customer, as you claim. You never offered to waive the deposit. Since I have never been to your place of business before and frankly do not know or trust you, why would I give you my home address and credit information over the phone?Additionally, the person who answered the phone did not even inform me that there was a deposit until after she asked for my address and credit card information. If she, immediately upon learning I wished to make an appointment, had informed me of the need for a deposit I might not have been so uncomfortable when she asked for that information.

Good News Everyone: Your search for an auto detailer just ended here!I own a Black Ford Explorer that wound up on the wrong end of a buffer with a guy who had no idea what he was doing (*cough* me...) Thousands of swirls and scratches in the clear coat later... Yeah. It was bad. I finally gave up on trying to fix it. It got so bad that I started using the phrase Dont make me buff your car. as a threat to my friends.I did a search for Auto detailing on Google Maps much like how you might be doing now! I stopped by for an evaluation and left it with them on a Monday Evening. I was told it would be Friday before it was finished. Wednesday morning I get a phone call and it was ready! I am truly impressed with the service provided and work done on my car. Nick had scheduled to come out on the weekend but due to the below freezing weather it was not possible, he promptly rescheduled for a convenient time for me in just under a week. As I am sure he was behind in his schedule it did not seem to affect the service provided, they took the required time on my car and left me very satisfied with the job.The vehicle he detailed had sat in the sun / rain for years with little cleaning and had caked on dirt in all nooks and crannies for which I couldnt even remove by scraping it with my nails, but he managed to get it all clean. It looks like a brand new car.Great service, great work and great website. Service advertised is delivered as expected. If you want someone true to their word, this is the place.

I was looking to get my car detailed as I now live in a condo and no longer have access to a space where I can do it myself. I am a very tough critic since I used to do auto detailing part time, so I was skeptical about hiring somebody to do this type of work. However, the reviews on here seemed to be very consistent, and I was also impressed with the pictures. Nick came over this weekend and spent about 2.5 hours just on the exterior of the car alone. The car looked just like it did the day I took delivery of it 5 years ago. Its been awhile since my white car had quite the pop that it did when he was done with it on Saturday. Every crevice and crease was wiped down and cleaned, and they even cleaned the entire rim all the way to the other side of the tire (not easy!).They showed up on time at the scheduled appointment slot and were professional.Not only would I recommend him to anybody who is considering a detail, but I will definitely not hesitate to use his services again in the future. If you want the best auto detail in the Raleigh area, Nicholas and his crew at Shine & Style are excellent!I have an average aged car that is far from a Mercedes or BMW but they treated my car and took their time as if it was a Rolls Royce.Attention to detail included cleaning every nook & cranny in my car getting it to near showroom condition again!His services are a bit steeper in cost then other detailers Ive used, but this is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

I had the Ultimate Detail package and it was worth every penny. My car looked like it just came out of the factory. Nick and his colleague was professional and on time. Nick called and confirmed in the morning that we were ON. They cleaned every small detail on/in the car. They really take their job seriously. When they were detailing my car – sun came up and they took out their tenth to make sure that sun would not leave any marks on the paint. They also covered non-painted parts with yellow tape to avoid any damage. I would definitely recommend them and I will be back.

Just tried to call and get some questions answered. This guy was rude and very short on the phone. I would not recommend going to this place just based of basic customer service skills over the phone. Might be able to detail cars but when it comes to being courtesy, thats a joke.

These guys are incredible all around. First and foremost, Nick was very good at communicating with me back and forth to set up an appointment for a day that worked to come out and that fit my schedule. They showed up right on time and took the time to examine my car to find out what it truly needed, and to make sure I was getting the appropriate service to get exactly what I wanted done. They worked non-stop on my Mustang GT for over 6 hours going above and beyond and making sure every little thing was done to perfection. Not only that, I also found their price to extremely fair for the work performed and Im more then satisfied with the outcome. I made the mistake of taking it through Bunkeys Car Wash and it came out completely scratched up. These guys cleaned up Bunkeys mess and more. Trust me when I say you are doing the right thing by calling these guys if you want to revitalize your vehicle, its very obvious they know what theyre doing and Ill be using them again in the future.
