Marshall, Chris and the team did a fantastic job in ceramic coating my car. I had many (many!) questions and went by to do a walkthrough to check that they could do what I needed.They had my car for three days and di an amazing job on the body, door panels (inside), wheels and brake calipers. They even did the engine compartment and, unexpectedly, the engine cover.They I get the walk round and invite back in two weeks for instruction in how to properly was the car.Outstanding, and their price was at the low end of the range.

These guys know what theyre doing. I was concerned about anyone messing with my truck after it sustained smoke and ash damage in a fire, but felt comfortable after an initial consultation with Chris. They provide advice and guidance as to what you need (or dont need) and it is obvious they take great pride in their work. My F250 looked great already, I wasnt sure if anyone could really make it look better. But after they finished with a full detail, wax, polish and interior clean with odor removal the difference was amazing. The truck looks shiny and new and the interior is restored to what it looked like on the showroom floor . This is a real detail shop that I highly recommend. I will use them again and again.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with August Precision detailing that I have had recently during the ceramic coating and paint correction process. I had called and interviewed numerous other establishments prior to meeting and talking with Chris and Marshall at August Precision. I knew during the first few moments of speaking with these two very professional and personable fellas that my search was over trying to decide who I would choose to apply the ceramic coating process to my$80,000.00 Dodge RAM HD 2500 Laramie Longhorn truck! The truck of my dreams as a retirement vehicle! I had saved for 15 years for my RAM. And did my research prior to the purchase of the Cowboy CADILLAC! So having said this I did the same with choosing the folks who would be applying the ceramic coating. Let me just say Chris and Marshall were very educated,experienced and patient with me explaining the whole process from start to finish. I had picked up some scratches on my bed rail somewhere. So paint correction was needed prior to the ceramic coating. Chris assured me he would be able to take care of it without any issues. And he was right! Im very happy that I chose to come here to get paint correction and a ceramic coating. They did a walk around on the car and pointed out all the imperfections the car had from the dealership as well as pointed out a cover up job on one of my rims. When my mother in law when out of town, she left her car with us and we dropped her off at the airport. They accidentally scratched my paint pretty badly with a ScotchPad (Oops - totally MY fault for not giving them any kind of direction). I recently purchased a used 2018 Audi A5 Sportback. Despite being a beautiful vehicle, there was some obvious signs of wear and tear as the previous owner had been careless in its upkeep. I wanted to experience the car as if I had driven it off the show floor, and brought it to August Precision to get it back in the shape it was in when it originally left the dealers lot.Not only did they deliver on exactly that, but the attention to detail and customer service was exemplary. The car looked better than new, with time and effort paid to the little things you dont think about, but nag at you everyday while youre behind the wheel; the dust in between the seams of the leather, the grime around rotary dials, the dirt built up in the nooks and crannies of the interior paneling.Ive been using detailing services since I bought my first car in 1996. I can honestly say the precision in August Precision is absolutely accurate; this was the best detail Ive ever paid for. The team took a good vehicle and turned it into a near perfect one, and I left their shop so thoroughly impressed that I will never go anywhere else.For the money, I cant recommend any other business if you want a true detailing experience. There is no better team in Raleigh, and Id argue theres no better company in the state of North Carolina if you want this level of precision and care spent on your vehicle. Brought my BMW M5 in for a Ceramic Coating. The guys at August Precision are courteous, professional, and treat your car as if it were their own. This is the second time I have used August Precision Detailing in Raleigh for washing, waxing and interior clean. These are the folks you want to use in the Triangle. They really know paint protection. They did a super job on the black paint on my Impala, which was the test for me. Marshall is knowledgeable and responsive, and his staff is skilled, courteous and friendly. They are a little tricky to find the first time, as they are behind another business, but it is worth the search. They are near CarMax off of Glenwood. Most definitely give these folks a try.
