I am LIVID and WashNwerk’s customer service is TRASH! After my detail, I got in my car to leave for a very important event to find my battery dead and my car would not start. When I called and spoke with Brian he was asking questions and insinuating it was a fault of my own and this had never happened to them before and would not offer even a partial refund. I am a first time customer, they cost almost triple the price of my regular detailer, I was completely inconvenienced and there was no attempt to rectify the situation. After asking someone to go pick me up, test my car, jump my car and take it to the auto shop there was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY BATTERY, THEY KILLED IT!!!

WashNWerk was very professional, showed up timely and did a great job detailing the car. Would definitely recommend using WashNWerk and specifically Chevy again!!

Michael stehman gave me the best rim job ever and then cleaned my car amazingly. very satisfied!
