My experience was strange, though it was not the shops fault. The action afterwards is what shocked me. There was a very helpful young lady and her children that was helping to keep the door open. The door ended up closing anyway and in the interim my one year old grandson ran out to the down escalator. His mom and I ended up chasing after him trying to catch him ( with me limping and using my cane). My grandson got to the escalator and attempted to get on where he fell and almost got caught. I caught him and ended up falling myself. I had some swelling on my arm. The young lady I spoke of earlier came over and was helping me to get up. One of the barbers from the shop came and helped me up. I really appreciated that. It upsete when I was informed that the barbers in the shop said that they were trying to figure out how they should laugh at the fact that I fell. When l was told that I was shocked. Needless to say my daughter was not happy at all and we ended up leaving. We will not be going there again.That is why I gave only 1 star. I didnt understand why they wanted to laugh. It was a strange expierence. Not only this incident but the wait time rules take time to get used to.

I took a chance and booked an appointment online. I didn’t know anything about the barber, but Stanley gave my 11 year old the best haircut he has ever had. The process to schedule an appointment was great, and I was able to pay online. I was very pleased with the process from beginning to end.

I took my son to get a haircut while shopping in the mall. No, I didn’t have an appointment but I was going out of town and couldn’t get my son to his regular barber. All we needed was an edge up. The lady told me the guy would be back soon and it took him at least 20 mins to come back. I was going to leave but she insisted he was coming. My son is 2 and never cries or moves too much he just thinks the clippers feel funny. This man who cut my child’s head had no patience what so ever and my son barely moved. He was forcefully trying to hold his head which made my son uncomfortable. He was huffing and puffing every time he moved just a little. Rolling his eyes as if I didn’t see. Then had the nerve when I pointed out his edge up was not symmetrical on each side to say it was. To answer any follow ups my son didn’t move too much he just did a poor job. If you don’t cut kids hair just say that. I will never come back because it wasn’t a good edge up nor was his service good. I don’t recommend this shop for children at all.

AB is the best barber in the city...hands down...no questions. I dont even mind hes a Steelers fan 😂

So I came here to get my haircut yesterday because I’ve heard good reviews. I asked for a low taper fade and the barber seemed confused. He barely cut anything off and it looked almost the same before and after. I didn’t get the fade I asked for and no shampoo to my hair and this was $48? Never again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Hadnt had my hair cut in over 15 years and so my terminology of getting cuts is low. But dang really? This barber jacked my hair up and was cutting it so roughly as though he didnt care, that he was bored or mad he was there. Worst experience ever.

I have been going to billionaires for about 3months all because they have one of the best barbers in North Carolina in Mr.Stanley (Steady Hand Stan). He definitely looks out every time no matter if it’s a edge up or fade, he’ll put 110% on it. But honestly overall great shop better people highly recommended

$40 for a haircut. Not worth it. They wont wash it unless you ask. They used to charge 20-25 and they have doubled in price.. Washing your hair with a $40 haircut should be automatic .

Idk his name but he is rude he needs some manners and how to treat people the right way was on the phone getting an attitude with someone that was checking up on their appointment he doesn’t know how to cut hair and gives you attitude if you say anything about something that he just hacked at, was rolling his eyes behind me and raising his lip if you don’t know how to cut hair don’t even try only good thing about this place is that I got a refund it used to be better

I got referred to this barbershop a couple months ago and I’m glad I did. I was introduced to AB and he has been cutting my hair ever since. You can tell he really enjoys what he does by his professionalism and by his quality of work. I have been getting compliments on my cuts quite often since going to him. This barbershop does get busy so I would recommend anyone to set an appointment and that will keep you from waiting around.

I’ve been going to the Billionaire barbershop for a while and I’ve got to commend them for how friendly, and polite they are. They’re all great barbers and I recommend everyone to check them out.

Took my grandsons to BBS today for a cut. This place is awesome. Juice is the best. Great cut sharp lined edging. This is our barbershop from now on. Cant say enough good things about the place the staff the services. Dakota and Devon both love their new cuts and cant wait to go again. Thanks BBS for everything.

Decent haircut, but they always charge for beard even if you specifically ask not to and then proceed to give an excuse why they’re doing so. They also have an issue cutting hair evenly. Only reason to go is if you want your sides faded half decently.

This is the best barbershop I’ve been in since leaving Alabama. The barbers are very detailed and they provide a great atmosphere. I never have to wait long. I highly recommend this barbershop. The best in the triangle area. Claudio is by far my favorite barber that I have had since I been in North Carolina.

I always use Claudio. All of the barbers in this shop cut well. But I personally like how Claudio cuts. He’s super reliable and cuts with precision every time. My line up is never pushed back and his attention to detail is impeccable. I recommend him highly.

Got my cut here yesterday, excellent barbershop. Welcoming atmosphere, all the barbers are respectful, they greet you when you walk in, and most importantly....clean.Their convos are funny and appropriate. All the barbers look talented, but I preferred Claudio. He took good care of my cut, and proposes new interesting styles. I highly recommend this shop, go to Claudio for the hook up A++++. They are double charging people. My son wwent for a hair cut a couple of weeks ago and the charged him 50 dollars for the hair cut. When he was getting it for 20 and then had another 60 on hold that he never got back. These guys are crooks BEWARE!

Claudio does exceptional work. My son and I always come out with a fresh cut. The staff is courteous and friendly. They make you feel like you been coming there for years.

Best place in Raleigh to get a cut. I’m relatively new to Raleigh and this was the first place I came. The guys in here have some serious skill. Coming from someone who takes his haircuts very seriously, I highly highly recommend this barbershop. Claudio hooks it up, but they are all great.

Great barbershop. When you come in you get a good vibe off the back and you can talk about anything. They know how the cut and have plenty of barbers so you can find the right one. I definitely made the right move by coming here.

Excellent customer service from the young lady at the front desk and the barber. I think his name was Miguel, I forgot. The young man was attentive and accomplished the look I wanted. Im completely happy with my cut. I look forward to future business with them.

The slowest barbershop in the world. Every time I go I’m waiting for At least 1.5 hours. I’ve seen people walk in 1 hour after me and get in the chair before me. I don’t even have a preferred barber so I always go to the first available. This place really needs to treat their customers better. I’ve seen them rush on certain heads and take 45 mins on the next. I think it’s time for me to visit another barbershop

Very well run and professional establishment. I have gone to this barbershop many times to get a haircut and I’ve never been disappointed with the results. I like that they have a sign up sheet that I am sure is intended to make sure first come first served basis is maintained. If they make a mistake, they address it and do what’s necessary to correct it

Having moved from NJ in August where Ive been getting my haircut by the same person for 10 years, I couldnt have asked for more since the second I sat down in ABs chair. The shop is very comfortable, the entire staff is very respectable, and the haircut has exceeded my expectations. I have no problem driving 25 from Northwest Raleigh just to get my haircut. Look no further for a great haircut than Billionaires Barbershop.

Not sure what one of the previous “commenters” is talking about. Claudio is one of the best barbers at Billionaires! My fiancé and I have been going to him for a little over a year now and he is amazing! Whatever you ask for, he gives to you! I’m not sure if the previous person did not know what she wanted or what the issue was, but he is a beast with the clippers for sure! I wish I could post a picture of all of my haircuts! He is amazing! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Barbershop being open on Sunday is good. I didnt like the fact that the guy who cut my hair was getting ready to set me loose without trimming my facial hair. And I plainly told him that once he asked, what could he do for me.So once I reminded him to trim my face he showed me the mirror it looked ok. Once I got to my car and really looked I saw where he did a very bad job Imma have to re shave my own face. The price of $25 is not bad for a decent cut. But when you getting paid and and getting a decent tip please do a decent job. If I knew the persons name I would have put it up here. I may be back but definitely want let that guy cut my hair.

Im sure its a great place, but unfortunately was unable to find out! This is the second time I went in there & felt the same way both times. The 1st time was right before school started & they were very busy. Thought maybe they looked at us funny bc they were so busy & we were a walk in...tried again today, & the same thing. I walked in with my son & was polite. The guy at the desk was cool but the one barber & his client were staring at us & laughing while whispering to each other...looked around & others were eyeballing us & talking to whomever was next to them.. Maybe because I was white & my son is mixed! I swear in the 20 yrs I have been with my husband, I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life! I will never know the work they do bc I will never go back. So I guess if your not darker skinned, your not welcome here because that is exactly how they made both me & my son feel.....twice!

Took my two sons to this shop.. one got a decent haircut, the oldest was upset...understandably so..his hairline is horrible.. no fade.. no taper.. he wasnt given a mirror to see the back when finished so he didnt see the back until we got home. I am sorry I took him there. Not worth the $25 per head plus tip... Wish I could post pics. His hair is JACKED.. front and back. 😑

No one should ever go to first barber on the left.. HE SUCKS!!! He practically steals your money. I went in there asking for a fade, I even showed him a picture and this guy did the total opposite, he went back on my hairline, fade looked extremely uneven, and edge up was not straight at all.. how do an establishment like that hire folks without properly examining their work... never again going in there....

Very very slow. Staff wasn’t friendly and didnt communicate that the barbers have appointments lined up that turns into a 2 hour wait in an empty barbershop. Me or my boys will not be returning again. New to Raleigh and very disappointed in this place.

Carlos (LOS) has been cutting my hair since I moved from Philly to Raleigh 3 years ago. Took me about 6 months to find someone that could execute a skin fade the same way it was in the North East. I havent tried any of the other barbers in the shop buy they all seem to give great cuts as well

Do NOt go to Claudio if youre a female! You will leave out looking like a dude! That was my main fear trying someiso new with my hair. He went in too far with my shape up and he was going so freakin fast! My edge up, shape up... whatever you call it was over in less than 3 minutes if that! I wish I could attach a pic...SMH Im glad it was only $10 and that I dont have anywhere important to go over for the next week or so while it grows back out! Wish the hours were correct we drove 20 minutes to get there and arrived at 8:30 and they were closed.

Been going to this barbershop since they opened in 2010. Everyone is freindly and they have great customer service.

I have walked past this shop in the mall a couple of times, and so I finally decided to try them out...well that was mistake. Dude did ok on the facial hair, but he straight jacked hair line up, pushed it back to the point where you can see the bulb/ hair shaft. just overall thought the hair cut was rushed, not worth $25.

Took my son there for the first time today. We waited an hour. When they finally called his name some other jerk went instead and they did nothing and let him take my sons spot. An hour of our time wasted and a disappointment 5 year old who wanted a haircut.
