Sharon and Rebecca are amazing!! They provide excellent customer service. they go out of their way to help. It is s great place to rent from because of the customer service provided. wish is was less money though

Friendly, quick and responsive staff, and very safe and modern facilities. Cube Smart was exactly what I needed for a month in between moves and it was fantastic. I will definitely use them in the future.

Sharon was great and went over and beyond to help resolve my issue with a unit that was accidentally leased out to someone else due to a glitch in the system. The district manager however refused to return my calls nor honor the original rate that i originally agreed to. I was a repeat customer and was hoping to make this my go to storage for years to come but David Gustafson (DM) only cares about his quarterly bottom line and will gladly let a dissatisfied customer leave than resolve an issue. I guess there will always be another person to scumbag into the unit when I leave. JUST BE AWARE When signing your lease. Rates change frequently and you may be the next victim!! End of Rant!!

Ive used this CubeSmart facility for the past two years. The customer service is top-notch and the facility is very clean and safe. The reason Im only giving it a 4 star rating because the price increases about $20 per year. Its now nearly $200/month(w/ insurance) for a 10x15 unit. I feel thats too high for a medium size unit. I no longer need the unit, but I think I wouldve switched to a less expensive facility.

I have been renting for 21 years at this location. A group of us nurses started a loan closet in 1998 to help those with basic needs get by. Staff, nice! Facility, clean and convenient!But totally ridiculous that CubeSmart _requires_ insurance on top of their monthly rental fee. Adds about 20% to the cost. Should be included in quote if required, otherwise should be optional. Fee not disclosed until Id moved everything in!

They are supposed to provide storage and access to you storage unit during posted hours. After signing up and moving in, was not able to get past the keypad at the gate when I really needed something out of the storage unit. After an hour trying to get customer service on the phone since their office closed earlier than the gate, was told to come back when office is open.The keypad to enter gate is broken down and they admitted several other customers have been having issues with it, but they do not care! They also advertise a free moving truck to assist customers, they said it is rarely available!There are plenty of storage options nearby, I highly recommend using anybody else!

Quick and easy set up and super nice people

I paid extra for climate controlled unit. The day I move out it is hot and humid and I was told the AC unit malfunctioned last night - but then when I went through my suitcases of clothes they were damp and musty, I had to wash and dry everything. I called back for some refund, especially since I moved out after 1 week into the month and was charged a full month, and was told - oh we are so sorry, nothing we can do. Very poor customer service as far as Im concerned!!
