These guys helped me out when I was in a jam. The driver arrived quickly, loaded my car with care, and took me where I needed to go. Very professional and reliable. I hope I dont need to be towed again anytime soon but if I do these are the guys I will call!!

I dont understand why this company was called to an incident that occured in south Wake. When we asked what the charges were I was stunned. Labor charges, trip charges and storage. What was interesting was the fuzzy math used to calculate days in storage, the incident occured on a Saturday evening. The car was picked up at that time, we made our call at 12:08 P.M.Monday. According to the gentleman who answered the phone the car had been in storage four days. He stated that their days change at noon, according to that they only had possession of the car for three days, I was talking to them at just after noon on Monday. It took me 15 minutes too get him to understand the math. Im not just questioning this tow, but also the State Police for not asking if AAA was available, which it was and who ultimately towed the car to our house for free as our membership includes 100 miles free towing. Be careful of this company.
