My experience with My Neighborhood Storage at this location has been awesome. Jeff is absolutely great at what he does, personable, and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. I even got a free lock with some snack goodies after paying for our storage. What a lovely surprise! Also, they actually do have the lowest rates for storage in Raleigh for the places I looked up when comparing prices. I highly reccomend this location!

Great storage place. I couldn’t get to the office before close and the staff completed my check out over the phone and left my lock plus a bottle of water in the storage unit for me. It’s little touches like that, that made my experience much better than other storage locations

I have previously rented from other storage facilities; however, this by far has been my best experience. The facility is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Kierra, the manager was extremely patient and answered all my questions. She took the time to walk me through the process and gave me a tour of the facility. We have a 35’ travel trailer that we park here. The prices are reasonable, the lot has access 24x7 that is video monitored and they pay attention!!! We requested a change in spot and Jeff was happy to accommodate! We feel like our items are secure and the customer service is excellent. 10 out of 10!

Signed up for a unit late at night and was a little confused by the online stuff. The store was closed when I reserved the unit so I could call to ask questions. Then first thing the next morning I got a call from the store manager to review everything I had signed up for and answer all my questions. Came into the store and she was very helpful and nice.

I had a great experience at My Neighborhood Storage Center with getting set up, it was nice and easy! Jeff Valero was a really great help with getting all the paperwork squared away, showing me how to get into my unit, and they get back to you quickly. I would use them again and highly recommend others use this Storage Center as well!

My first time renting with My Neighborhood Storage Center, & I would highly recommend them for storage options. Jeff made the rental process go very smoothly, and was polite & friendly. I like that the building is climate controled, has 24/7 access (through coded door) to my unit, & building is very clean. Location is also convenient, right off 540.

I love it here! It is very clean, climate controlled is a plus, and the motion sensor lights are great! I also love the fact that they have rodent control to make sure that your items are pest free.And the staff, what! I looked online for storage space and I found that they had the best prices for the closest location I needed. When I called, I spoke with Jason who was very nice and extremely helpful! When I came in that day he was super helpful in explaining everything to me. He even walked me to my unit and taught me how to use my new lock I received from them! He even taught my 8 year old son how to open and close the lock! He took the time out for my child! I dont think anyone has ever done that before. Im forever grateful for Jason & I HIGHLY recommend this extremely clean and temperature controlled storage space! You will NOT be disappointed!

Jeff and Kierra have made this place worth renting at. Were storing an rv here and initially had some parking issues where we were unable to move our rv due to the layout of the lot paired with other vehicles stored arround us. After explaining the situation to Jeff and Kierra, they went out of their way to arrange a suitable change in our parking location that would both protect our property and allow us to access it comfortably. We looked at a few places before we decided to use Extra space storage. If you are looking for a clean, climate controlled and well maintained storage facility at a good reasonable price, Extra Space is definitely the place to go to. Erin and Jason were very helpful. Erin was very patient and showed us the facility and the available units too.

This is a great, clean place. Erin and Jason are warm and friendly people. I had a great time while Erin showed my husband and I our storage room. She was helpful and efficient and a bit of a geek which is awesome. :) 11/10 would recommend.

We have used extra space self storage since they opened. We have always had great customer service and an extremely helpful staff to deal with. We just recently moved units from a smaller unit to a larger unit and they made the transfer very easy and stress free.

The Extra Space facility at 6401 Town Center Dr. in Raleigh is very convenient, ample and very well maintained. But what really makes the difference is the service provided by Jason, who is very helpful and friendly. Promotions and rates are great... so we made a wonderful deal.

We began storing our belongings here in October after moving cross-country. The management changed hands a few months ago, but we couldnt be more satisfied with the friendly and professional attention from the team in the office. The facility is always clean and well maintained, and we rarely run into anyone else when we would stop by to pull things out from time to time. We are moving out at the end of this month and the process of releasing the unit couldnt be any more painless. If you need a place to keep your stuff, we highly recommend this secure and convenient location.

I never had not one problem with this storage space. The management was great and friendly. When I moved out they knew me by name when I walked through the door. The prices are great, the units are clean and they have a dock to move your things! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Erin and Jason were wonderful to work with. We we relocating from out of town and they both worked hard to make sure our storage experience was quick and easy. The storage facility is very clean and easy to maneuver.

So far so good. Reason I didnt give it 5 stars, the loading dock in the rear have a ramp and the truck cant back fully up to the top of the dock. Spend hours pushing furniture and boxes up the ramp to the loading dock entrance. Be ready for a workout.
