Worst experience with a body shop EVER! Was in a hit and run accident the weekend of 4th of July. July 5th to be exact. Gerber was chosen as the body shop to repair the damages. It took them 3 weeks to repair My car. They had a painter that they claimed kept calling out for medical issues. Im sorry hes not feeling well but uh dont you have someone else that cam paint! My literally sat the last week untouched. When I finally get it back the front passenger side light is quite noticeably misaligned. There are finger prints stuck on to chrome surfaces and chips paint spots that were NOT there before dropping the car off. Poor quality of work from a collision shop!

They had my Tesla for 5 months and blamed every delay on someone else. Not surprising that everyone involved is no longer there 3 months later and Gerber as a whole isnt able to work on Teslas any longer.Place is a total joke that cant even back up their own work at this point.

Great employees and customer service . They did exactly what they said they would do, completed the work earlier than expected and kept me informed daily . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services .

Each and every person I had the pleasure of meeting at Gerber was informed, helpful, available and generally more competent at doing their job than is the norm. Not the usual response to a review of an auto body shop, I know. However, each point I made is a differentiator all by itself. If you want your vehicle returned to you in factory condition, you really need to do yourself a major favor, ask Gerber to make it happen.

They cannot installed the headlights correctly. My headlight melted after 3 weeks replaced brand new one because it’s not installed correct, and they also gave me ton of reasons that’s not there false.

The repairs were done and the car looks great. Minor corrections were made and I am satisfied with the services.

I came here to get my mirror replaced after it was hit by another vehicle. They put the wrong mirror on and when I tried to have them replace it with the correct mirror they stalled. I no longer have that car so it’s too late to fix but I don’t recommend anyone going to this establishment as they are unprofessional, dishonest, and a waist of time.

I don’t really know where to start. My truck had major hail damage. It was a LONG process to say the least to get it repaired. Mike and the staff there was amazing. They kept me updated every step of the way. Mike made sure I was taken care of from day one. Even when my insurance company neglected my request for updates, Mike was there for me. I had heard great things about this Company before taking my truck there. I now have a personal experience of just how great they are. Even if you have wait before they can do your repairs.. Trust me when I say ITS WORTH THE WAIT.. I can’t brag about them enough. If you guys see this review. Thank you again for all your hard work.

Very friendly people and staff, my vehicle was completed in a timely matter, they called me everyday to give me an update on the status of my vehicle. If something need to be done or underlying issues came up they where quick to give me a call to let me know. I recommend anyone who needs body work or glass work done to take it to Gerber Collision.

AKA Janet West, I would rate them higher than a 10 if I could! They treated me like a queen! My Toyota was hit in the rear. They put on a new bumper. My car looks brand new! They also went the extra mile! For example, they made sure my rental car got back to Enterprise. They took away extra stress! Gerber Collision & Glass is great! Thank you!

I have used Gerber a few times and havent had any issues with the quality of work...other than the fact that they reinstalled the inside hand hold to close the back door upside-down but it wasnt troublesome enough to suffer the inconvenience of tacking it back to be redone.Customer service has always been great and very communicative each time weve used them.Heres where things get bad. We just had our truck in last month to repair damage sustained when I was rear-ended. When I got a call from them to confirm I would be dropping the vehicle off the following Monday, the gentleman I spoke with mentioned that we needed to remove all personal items from the vehicle. I told my husband this since all of the junk in the truck is his. He got out most of the stuff, but left some junk in the center armrest compartment and door pockets, a childs car seat, 2 umbrellas and a blanket which was neatly tucked in across the entire back bench seat as a seat cover. The blanket was missing from the truck when he picked it up and, of course, no one knew anything about it. the center armrest storage compartment had clearly been riffled through as well.I understand that there are people who would claim they left something of value in the car and then claim it was missing so Gerber probably tells people to remove all personal belongings as there blanket protection (excuse the pun) against false claims like that....but for goodness sake, if your employees cant keep their hands off other peoples belongings, you have a serious problem with the type of employees you hire! Why dont you do more to ensure that your employees cant get away with this type of behavior?The damage to the truck was on the rear bumper and quarter panel so there was absolutely no reason anyone should have ever been in the back seat. Access to the inside of the vehicle was only required to move it since no part of the repair involved the interior of the vehicle.

Im totally disappointed in my experience with this Gerber Collision.I took my car there to be fixed...fix bumper,and dent....I was later told AFTER dropping my car off that only one side of my bumper would be fixed!After explanation I understood what was being explained and realized this was an issue to be taken up with my insurance company. So here is my issue with Gerber Collision, I was notified AFTER they had already taken my car apart...then told Id have to pay 200$ to have it put back together while I try to get things straightened out with my insurance, my question is why take my car apart BEFORE speaking with me?Who would only want half their bumper fixed?Now Ive paid 200.00 and my car is still not fixed!!Totally disappointed and when I asked to have my car put back together the receptionist gave me a smug response.

Gerber will restore your car and your faith that trustworthy, caring businesses still exist! Great experience both times I dealt with them. Hope I dont need them again, but if I do...

He kept me informed on the repairs and when it would be ready and it was ready when promised. He guided me through the whole process when I called and he also made me aware that I might be eligible for a rental car. Richard was very friendly, straight forward, honest and efficient. I had a tire blowout due to someone here carelessly putting air in a tire that did not need air. I called to speak with Ross who handled my vehicle. He stated that they did put air in my tires. Especially if the tire light was on. Once I explained what happened his story then changed. Poor service.

They first said that it would take 1 month to fix my car but got it back to me in 2 weeks. Well done!

Great experience with this Gerber Collision location. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful. Repair was quick considering the damage and they finished ahead of the originally quoted schedule. Ed was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair!

We woke up to find our truck had been broken into via our drivers window being smashed in. Without issue I was able to call at 730am spoke with Melissa who was very friendly, informative and empathetic with me. She assured me the tech would have me taken care of same day and call when he was on his way to my location (they even came to my place of work withour issue). It only took an hour and the work done was great. Wally, our tech, was very professional and helpful. If we ever get into a spot like this again, we definitely use Gerber again! Thanks for making this nightmare easier to handle!

I have taken my car to many places for work but Gerber by far is distinct. 1) The two girls up at the front are extremely personable, enthusiastic and friendly. I was there early in the morning and they treated me like gold. 2) Ask for Frank to manage your repair. Frank has years of experience in the business and personally called me twice to update me on the car repair. My repair was supposed to take 30 days but it took nearly half that. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and took utmost care to any question I had. 3) The repair so far has been flawless. I cant find one fault and its like having an entire new front end on my Honda CR-V. 4) Gerber does not report to Carfax, fyi. I personally like that fact. 5) They have an automated notification system that emails you updates on your car and the status of your repairs. Their communication is excellent. 6) There hourly labor rates are less than half the dealer rates and they use manufacturer parts. 7) They can do general car repair beyond just collision.I will be taking my car here in the future.

Amazing place to go get your car repaired and I would recommend it to everyone, amazing customer service and polite employees and they keep you updated with every move they make and even with an update with the status of the repair status!

To be perfectly honest if I could give lower than one star I would. I have been debating if I should leave a review for this joke of a body shop because I dont want to waste anymore of my time on them, but I thought if I can help someone else out by warning them about this place.My experience with this establishment was so terrible I honestly dont know where to start.Here are the positives:The front office staff is very nice and engaging. The two young women who keep things running smoothly do a very good job of it. However, its simply amazing how both the management and the auto body techs are so incompetent at what they do.My wifes new car was scratched by someone and it required some very light paint work and my insurance company asked me to go to this body shop. The scratch was a very easy fix to do. Well my at first the car was not ready on schedule, which is not a big deal to me. However, I was simply blow away by the way the car was returned to me. First, the paint work was terrible! They used a fast drying clear coat that obviously got away from the tech because it looked terrible and they ended up painting a whole side of a car to try to blend it. The inside of my car was covered in compound (especially the carpet and leather seats). The headliner was also covered in black grease finger prints!!! When I took the car back they all agreed that the car should have never been returned to me in such condition. At the time the estimator told me that insurance companies dont pay much so sometimes they have to cut corners.So then they had attempt number two and unfortunately the results were not any better at all. Each time the car was returned to me in worse condition. They kept damaging my car in different and new ways. I wanted to take my car to another body shop to fix the issues, but my insurance company kept insisting me to take it back there. Well after the third failed attempt, the gerber area managers got involved and at that point I finally thought we would get the issues resolved.When I met with the manager he told me he would call me the very next day to coordinate everything. Well TWO WEEKS go by and I have yet to hear from him. When I do hear from him I just end up getting handed back off to the original estimator. Well unfortunately attempt number four to fix everything THEY screwed up ended up as a total failure as well. There were numerous imperfections in their paint work and my interior ended up being damaged further. At that point I said enough is enough and sold traded in the car. What really upsets me is I had to take a loss of several thousand dollars due to their mistakes!!! I loved my 2012 and we planned on keeping that car for a very long time, but they took a new car and quickly turned it into a POS because of their lack of skill and attention to details.Also, at no point did management ever follow up with me or follow through with their promises. According to the enterprise rent a car manager (which this shop uses and is located near by) what I experienced is pretty normal.If you go there, its on you, dont say you havent been warned.

They did not complete all of the repairs on my vehicle. I had to leave it longer for them to do the job that should of been done the first time.
