Niel was my angel this morning! Got to work and realized my tire was totally flat. So I drove to five points service center and saw Niel working all alone. He was extremely busy, however found it in his heart to put my dummy tire on. I am so grateful for his assistance! Allow me to begin my saying that Casey is outstanding and a world class manager! After a routine annual inspection Casey brought to my attention possible issues with the wheel bearings. Shortly thereafter I had them look at wheels and suspension. They found and verified that all 4 wheels has worn out bearings on our 2004 Nissan Altima and needed replacement. Moreover one of the wheels was dangerously close to breaking off from the vehicle. I agreed to have the repairs performed and now it’s rides a new car. Their lead mechanic (Neil) was personally involved in the repairs ensuring the job was performed well. A few days later I noticed a new sound the wheels were making and I brought it right over late on a Friday afternoon. Neil came out and quickly identified the issue. They immediately put the car on the lift and within minutes the issues was resolved. I am thrilled with their work, recommend them others and will continue to use their services. Margo A.Raleigh, NC6/25/2021I would trust these people with my life. I was sad when I bought a Prius and figured that they couldnt service all the fancy stuff, and was correct, then. However, I recently had the opportunity to discover that Five Points now has the skill and equipment to do anything on my Prius.Recently my batteries both died. I spent two days on the phone trying to get information from Fred Andersons service department and Toyota Road service. No one called back, no matter how many times they promised to. They just expected me to spend nearly $200 for a tow to Fred Anderson and then trust them to fix the car. I havent been able to trust them since they redecorated. Long story, see my review for them.I called Casey at Five Points just to get a recommendation for towing. Well, Casey has been to school, learned how to do it and bought all the equipment to fix my Prius. Wow. He told me in 2 minutes exactly what was wrong and what they needed to do. He came to my house, jumped one battery so that I could drive to Five Points. He then fixed my car by the next day. It actually had more pep to it when I drove home.Now, this is very important. Casey and Five Points found water in the battery well so the cost was more than the original estimate. However, because of my decade-plus of experience with him, when he told me that (I could tell he hated having to do it, he personally cares about his customers) I had zero hesitation. I knew that if Casey said it needed to be done and that is what it cost, that is exactly the truth.I get free oil changes from Fred Anderson for life. However, I will happily forego that and pay for the oil changes just to know that my car is in the hands of Casey and the men at Five Points Service Center.Additionally, I was once there waiting for inspection (which I have had him do with my Prius) and met a young woman from Tennessee. She needed a lot of work. Her grandparents bragged so much about Five Points that she drove from Tennessee to get the work done. That is the kind of loyalty that the excellent work done here engenders.

My daughters car broke down when 2 engine belts broke. I had the car towed to 5 points service. The service center characterized the damage as catastrophic and ball-parked the repair at $3,600. This seemed excessive so I sent the estimate to another service center recommended by a friend.. this service center was shocked by the estimate and requested I tow the car to his service center ASAP. The car was quickly repaired for under $500. - so glad I was able to avoid being ripped off.

They were fantastic! Fit me in and got it done quickly! And they are respecting Covid policies. Ill use them again!

I brought my grandmother, who was skeptical of seeing any car shop after some previous bad experiences, and we were both thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and friendly service provided at Five Points. Been using Five Points service center for 20 + years. Casy is the best! Whenever Im up there having something done to my vehicle he is constantly on the move going from one point to another I think you could potentially use some more help but he is constantly working a hundred miles an hour any time I go up there. I know from just talkin to him he takes a lot of intercept and pride and what he does and these are truly honest people and mechanics at work here. A dealership in Raleigh wanted $500 to fix an AC issue and turned out it was a 50 Cent fuse and check did not even charge me for it. That was a long time ago but theyve had my business ever since. We have used Five Points Service Center since 2011. The owner, Casey, is honest, professional and straightforward! When it came time to tell us to let go of an old but beloved car, Casey told us so.But, more recently, when we thought our trusty Prius was a goner, he evaluated the situation with diagnostic tools and came up with an excellent, affordable solution. Great place. Had my tire patched up in about ten minutes and it only cost me about 20 bucks. Nice people too. Peace Street Auto recommended I go there. And that is a great place as well.

This was a great team! I went in for an inspection. It was fast and everyone I encountered was friendly.

I stumbled upon this place because I used to work nearby. Everybody is always friendly. They even remember me, and I only go there a few times a year. Ill be going more because I never will go to Subaru on Wake Forest Rd. Subaru took 3 hours for an oil change. I never have waited an entire hour. I usually havent even finished my coffee at Third Place when they promptly call me to tell me everything is ready. They are great, efficient, and nice.

Amazing management, fair diagnostics and pricing. I couldnt trust them more. Other places have given me quotes 200-300% higher but no explanations. This has never been the case here. If the job is better sent somewhere else theyll be honest with you. Honesty is everything and that is what youll get here.

My daughter just moved to Raleigh and this place was recommended. The estimate was extremely high, so we had the car towed back home to High Point for our local mechanic to give a second opinion. Turns out many of the repairs they quoted were bogus. They lied. On top of that, they charged her $200 for the diagnostic (no repairs). Despicable. Dont go there!

Great customer service and very accommodating when I had to change my appointment time short notice. Explained maintenance I’ll need to take care of in another 5000 miles or so without trying to push any sales. Will be back

Honest and reliable! If it aint broke - they wont charge you, if it is - always a fair price, if its more - theyll give you a call. Tack on friendly and its the only shop you need!

Over $500 for a fuel line cut and die tap is extremely expensive. Wont be going back.

I had an appointment for 7,30 in the morning to check out the break circuit and completed the break fluid.I get there at 7,30,man at the front desk told me the mechanic s will come at 8.What wass the point to make appointment at 7,30??????/By 7,50 he told me to left the car there because his mechanics have some emergency and will come late.....Poor service,thats not the way to do business .I not recommend this service shop to anyone
