Great experience. Norton called 30 minutes before arriving, and gave a detailed estimate before beginning the work. He was very thorough and responsive to my questions and requests. When I asked about chimney cleaning, he rearranged his schedule to clean it while he was here. The house smells so clean with clean vents and chimney!

From scheduling an appointment, to receiving a follow up call to discuss details of the services and costs to the call I received 20 minutes before the technician arrived...very thorough, polite and kind. My house is very hectic with 4 kids, a dog and 3 cats and the technician was very patient while I rearranged baby gates and blocked areas to accommodate his work space: I’m very appreciative! I could feel a huge difference in the air quality right away.

Norton was great- kind, respectful, and hardworking. Our 3 month old is having allergies upstairs only and we think the dirty ducts are the cause. He came in and not only helped with the 1 unit I thought was getting cleaned but helped us with the whole house system (we have two units) Looking forward to sleeping In our room again with clean air!

Left mess. Why? He had a vacuum. Thought the cleaning would be deeper. Except for main returned duct most were just vacuumed, I could have done that. Package included Unlimited vents, 1 return vent, 1 main duct, furnace check up, and dryer vent. I was charge $142.00 extra, I only have 1 main duct. My dryer was never touched. My unit was not looked at, air filter not changed.Waste of money.

Technician was on time and professional. He took the time to listen to the areas of concern and focused on what I wanted rather than trying to talk me into a bunch of unnecessary expenses. The overall price was a little more than I had anticipated but he was a hard worker and removed a lot more than I expected from my dryer vent. Friendly and did good work. Would use again.

This duct cleaning company hit all off the markers we where looking for quatilty for the price was unbelievable and not to mention they are super punctual and responsive as I had to reschedule several times dude to the closing of our home being difficult but they accommodated us every time and made it work.
