What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didnt have any leaks.We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.I will definitely use them again and recommend them.Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Your Service Professional was the low bidder on a contract job and failed to include concrete replacement and power washing after trenching a long line through an asphalt parking lot and cutting a sidewalk, although a large change order for about 50% of the initial $48K job was requested and granted. I ended up paying for the concrete and power washing out of pocket, but the most disappointing thing is they have failed to pay an electrician for his emergency call after they hit a power line and left it exposed at a place of business.

We called Your Service Professional beginning of this week to help us with a bathroom remodel. Not only did they respond fast, their technician was outstanding. Kevin was fast, honest with answers and did an outstanding job. Our vanity was a challenge but he worked with it and it looks wonderful. I hired Your Service Professional to come out an take a look at a couple things related to the plumbing in a condo Im buying. Jason was super helpful, offering some advice for several questions that I had about the place. As it turned out, the toilet only needed to be tightened with no other repairs. Jason didnt charge for the visit at all! I was very happy with the level of service and will be calling them if I have any other plumbing/heating/cooling issues in the future.

Where do I begin... Do I start with the estimate that didnt show up in the 2 hour window until I called and then showed up an hour and a half later for ten minutes without much equipment, or the couple weeks (and calls to the owner) it took to get someone to fulfill the order, and when he came out, had zero idea why he was at my house and told me they couldnt fix the problem. I have taken multiple days off work and had to buy a new stove because I couldnt wait any longer. I still have not heard back about a second project that I was hoping to get done, and a willing paying customer! The only bright spot was dealing with the secretary, as she was very understanding of the frustrations... I can continue on the steps of this mess, but will leave my frustrations here.

Fantastic experience! I had a quote for well over $3000 for an A/C repair and the technician from Your Service Professional was able to fix this (very small) issue and was on his way in less than an hour and I only paid the fee for the technician coming out!!! When my maintenance agreement expires, I will be moving all my business to Your Service Professional! Highly recommend!!

My service guy is amazing, he showed him within the same day I called, was super respectful, honest, and did the job all in one trip. I had to leave the house and left my sister with him, he called me before he swiped my credit card for payment. I will continue to use this company over and over.

I called these guys after using another company for a second opinion. The first company said my freon was at a critical level and I was better off replacing the entire unit for 6-7k. The technician from Your Service Professional laughed when I told him this. He fixed the problem I was having (blown capacitor), topped off my freon, told me there was no leak to be worried about and didnt try to upsale me on an unneeded repair. Will definitely be using them for now on.

The service we received from Jason was professional, efficient and polite. I felt sorry for his having to install the gas line in this heat, but he was prepared to keep himself hydrated and cheerful about the situation. We are quite happy with the work.

WORST EXPERIENCE!! This company bought out the company that my AC unit was installed and purchased under. They just came out yesterday to diagnose/fix our unit thats only been installed for 1 year and was manufactured in 2014. Two relays were broken and the freon was completely empty. Our house was being heated with the emergency heat strips and our power bill was through the roof because we didnt know the unit had defaulted. Our parts were covered under our warranty, however, they wanted to charge us $580 for freon plus a service fee of $79+tax. We need 7lbs of freon and its usually only $30 per pound, but at their price it comes to over $80 a pound. We opted to have them just replace the parts and have a friend of the family fill our freon up at the normal price. Of course they didnt have the parts to fix it yesterday, so they had to come out again today. We were then charged $170 today instead of the initial service fee agreed upon. They did not disclose that we had to pay two service fees. Apparently we suffer because they didnt come prepared to fix anything yesterday. If two service fees needed to be paid, they should have made it clear and should have charged us yesterday before they left and today after the repairs were made. We will NEVER call them again. Thanks for ripping us off.

The service techs were friendly and fast, they had a 24/hr phone line and web chat available. We used both and got our hot water heater replaced fast.They got to us quick, I think on the way to work. After they determined the problem (not to hard, as it was leaking) then had a new unit at the house in less than 2 hours. And with 2 techs were gone in another hour.My opinion is, the only way it would have faster or cheaper, is if I owned the company. Which I do not.

I have used them before and received excellent service. This time I am extremely disappointed. They repaired a leak in our main water line on a Friday but found there was another leak just barely under our driveway. Due to this, they needed to get different equipment and would have to come back probably not Monday but Tuesday. The office called on Tuesday and said they needed to get a concrete cutter and wouldnt be able to come fix the repair until Thursday. So while water is streaming down our driveway and our water bill is $150.00 more than this time last year (due to the leak) they call on Thursday and said they couldnt do the work in this weather (its raining outside but it was also raining the day they did the initial repair). At this point they will try to get us on the schedule for MONDAY! WTF?!If we knew that Friday that it would take over another week to get this repaired, we would have found another plumber.Were really disappointed because we really liked them and would have continued to do business with them but not after this bad experience. There are many plumbers in the triangle area to do business with.

I have a 4 year old Goodman system that we bought from them, and it has had 3 Freon leaks already. Every year since weve had the system its had issues. Clearly this was poorly installed and they have no desire to make things right. Save your money and buy from someone else!!

They came out to my mothers home to redo her pipes under the house, and her sewage started to back up in her showers & tubs, we also started to smell sewage outside the home. Then she had someone else to come out and check her pipes, & Your Service Professional Plumber had left a pipe a loss and sewage had covered the ground up under the house. They do not want to give my mother none or some of her money back for the mess they made & she had to end up paying someone else twice as much to clean up their mess & fix their problem.

I was originally going to have the company do the plumbing and concrete work in adding a bathroom in a basement area. Kevin dropped by on time, after setting up appointments with 4 other plumbers, all 3 no-shows with no calls. I described the project and he told me that the company could do the whole thing. I asked him for a plumbing estimate, and for a whole project estimate. I got both quickly. After the 4th plumber actually came and gave me an estimate (both were fairly close on the plumbing only portion), I decided to go with the full project estimate.The estimate of how much time it was going to take was off, significantly. I contracted this house, and I am used to aggressive, going-for-the-sale time estimates. Long story short, with a few missteps and regular phone calls, the project was done.The good side was they took care of the project site. They cleaned up at the end of the day. They stored materials properly. They didnt leave tools lying around. Thats a very good project work ethic. Also, they called when they were coming over or if they werent going to make specific times. You have to understand that small local companies like this have manpower limitation. The real issue in getting done is do they respect their customers enough to make the call even if they might get yelled at. They did.The project took a bit longer than I estimated, but was still done in good time. The quality was excellent, well, except the concrete work, but concrete is hard. I think theyll get better. They showed up to do the finish work on a timely basis, which is usually the glitch part in any project.Finally, they asked for no money up front. The price I was billed was the price we had agreed to. Needless to say, I paid promptly, and I feel good about the outcome. In fact, I felt good enough to buy their plumbing and HVAC yearly contract. I should mention that the Fall HVAC check was made already and I like the service. I am happy I found them.UPDATE 11/23/17: I had to have some plumbing work done in the kitchen, a vent valve was stuck and had to be replaced. I couldnt be there, just gave them the entry codes and they came in, no issues. Replaced the valve, cleaned up, put everything back where it was before, no smell any more. Painless and great price! I am so glad I found them years ago!!! So now after years of using their services I wish I could add a sixth star.

They showed up one hour late for my appointment, which was the first appointment of the day. They added 1-3 pounds of R22 coolant and charged me what I could have bought a full 30# tank full for. This is the last time that I will ever hire them for any A/C work. Very dissatisfied with the whole appointment.
